Steven Clay Whaley, 28, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no  bond).    

Amanda Jane Edmondson, 40, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction for protection against domestic violence, and violation of a domestic violence/protective injunction  (no bond).

William Richard McGuire, Jr., 36, of Floral City, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Marion County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for trafficking in stolen property, burglary, giving false information to a pawnbroker, and grand theft); no bond.    

Dana Marie Lewis, 40, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).

Raymond Harold Lucas, Jr., 32, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with knowingly driving while license suspended or revoked, third offense, with a previous conviction ($2,000 bond).

Michael Elliott Price, 26, of Hernando, FL, was charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).

Vonda Margaret Leighty, 26, of Hernando, FL, turned herself in and was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to apear in court on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (no bond).    

Travis Scott Harpst, 25, of Ocala, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Marion County, FL pickup order for possession of methamphetamine, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).

Andraius Robert McKinnon, 20, of Inverness, FL, was charged with burglary of an unoccupied residence ($10,000 bond).

Michael Gerard Burlew, Jr., 37, of Inverness, FL, was charged with burglary of an unoccupied residence, and petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $750 ($11,000 bond).

Christian Walter Anderson, 63, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of trespassing ($2,000 bond).

Jeffery Allen Taylor, 47, of New Port Richey, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended, second offense ($1,000 bond), and transported from the Pasco County Jail in Brooksville, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Pamela Olga Storms, 46, was charged with failing to report her address change to the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, within 48 hours as required by law of a sex offender in Florida, when she moved from her previous residence of 31 Cypress Blvd. in Homosassa, FL, to her current address of 3063 N. Chameleon Pt. in Crystal River, FL. Her bond was set at $5,000.

Ethan William Baker, 19, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on two Citrus County warrants: one for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of marijuana more than 20 grams (no bond); and the other for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($2,000 bond). He was transported from the Sumter County Detention Center in Bushnell, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Joshua Lee Collins, 35, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Ariell Nichole Pelham, 31, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at her residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for scheme to defraud less than $20,000 ($5,000 bond).

Lara Marie Havranek, 41, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $750.    

Pamela Olga Storms, 46, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with two counts of violation of felony probation, and two counts of violation of misdemeanor probation.

Janet Lynda Ryan, 51, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, and battery (no bond).

Larry Raye Scott, Jr., 33, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).

Richard Leroy Porter, Jr., 63, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence, and dumping trash in the amount of 15 pounds or more, but less than 550 pounds ($1,500 bond).

Rebecca Marie McKenna, 35, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less.

Leonard Edward Ringley, 44, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction by telephoning or contacting the petitioner, directly or indirectly (no bond).

Alexandro Bautista-Zavaleta, 20, of Smryna, GA, was arrested at the intersection of W. Main St. and S. Seminole Ave. in Inverness, FL, as a fugitive from justice on a Cobb County, GA warrant for failure to appear in court on eleven counts of violation of the street gang terrorism and prevention act, nine counts of aggravated assault, and attempted affray. His bond was set at none.

Tara Rena Stevens, 50, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with driving under the influence and refusal to submit to testing ($2,000 bond) as the result of a single-vehicle traffic crash that occurred at 11:40 pm, Feb. 22. Ms. Stevens was traveling north on US 41 (N. Florida Ave.) at a high rate of speed and failed to negotiate a curve in the roadway, traveled off the roadway onto the west shoulder and into the south wall of the Hoffman Chiropractic office, located at 6800 N. Florida Ave. in Hernando, FL. Ms. Stevens told a Florida Highway Patrol trooper that an unknown man was driving the vehicle, but evidence and a witness to the crash conflicted her statement. Prior to her arrest, Ms. Stevens was transported by Nature Coast EMS to the Bayfront Citrus Hills ER.

Dresdian Andrew Grippe, 28, of Dunellon, FL, was charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).    

Jennifer Carrie Williams, 37, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).

Edward Walter Myers, 66, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond).

Douglas James Barbee, Sr., 56, and Dawn Marie Barbee, 51, both of Inglis, FL, were each issued a notice to appear in court citation, accused of failing to scan numerous items when they checked-out their purchases at the self checkout area of the Lecanto, FL Walmart store, about 5:50 pm. Mr. Douglas Barbee was charged with petit theft with a previous theft conviction, and Ms. Dawn Barbee was charged with retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750.

Cameryn David Holloway, 20, of Floral City, FL, was arrested at E. Oange Ave. and S. Church St. in Floral City on a Lake County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation (probation for strong-armed robbery and domestic battery by strangulation); no bond.    

Marcie Kyleen Leffew, 37, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third or subseequent offense with a previous conviction ($1,000 bond), and violation of felony probation (no bond).

Deron Odell Bramlet, 54, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning ($1,000 bond).

Stephen Doran Shumway, 27, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with violation of probation (probation for fleeing from or eluding a law enforcement officer, and driving while license suspended or revoked); no bond.    

Maurice Charles Evans, 30, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office when the agency's Tactical Impact Unit served a drug search warrant at a 22 S. Dakota St., Beverly Hills residence. Mr. Evans was charged with trafficking in approximately 54 grams of heroin, possession of a controlled substance (buprenorphine), renting, leasing or owning a drug dwelling with a minor present (the minor was not home at the time of the search and arrest); and possession of drug paraphernalia ($63,000 bond).

Clarence Bryant, 55, of  Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office when the agency's Tactical Impact Unit served a drug search warrant at a 22 S. Dakota St., Beverly Hills residence. Mr. Bryant was charged with possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), possession of a controlled substance (heroin), renting, leasing or owning a drug dwelling with a minor present (the minor was not home at the time of the search and arrest); possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while license suspended as an habitual offender ($20,000 bond).

Dylan Lawrence Duquette, 28, of Brooksville, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked, second or subsequent offense (no bond).    

Shyla Lynn Solar, 53, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with violation of felony probation.

Bryan James Reed, 32, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl), possession of drug paraphernalia, and strong-armed robbery ($53,000 bond).

Rafael Michael Aleman, 29, of Orland Park, IL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence, and aggravated battery ($6,000 bond).
