James Kenneth Aspinwall, 56, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Cedar Key Police Department, Feb. 17, charged with contempt of court by violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence ($50,000 bond).
Bradley Ronald Brower, 21, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 21, charged with fleeing from law enforcement at a high rate of speed, operating a motorcycle without a license, possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, and possession of drug equipment (no bond).
Jesse Allison Brown, 23, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Cedar Key Police Department, Feb. 20, charged with failing to obey a police officer or fire department official, and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance.
Vernell Wesley Brown, 20, of Cedar Key, FL was arrested by the Cedar Key Police Department, Feb. 20, charged with reckless driving, first offense; driving under the influence, fleeing from police with disregard for property and the safety of people, and possession of liquor by a person under the age of 21. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance.
Sylvia Chisholm, 37, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 18, charged with withholding support of child or spouse
Kelsee Lauren Ecker, 21, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 16, charged with electronically submitting child pornography. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance.
Donald Edward Fisher, 49, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Feb. 17, charged with petit theft from a merchant, second offense ($20,000 bond).
Sydney Frasier, Jr., 28, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 20, charged with being an accessory after the fact, to a first degree felony (homicide). His bond was set at $250,000. Mr. Frazier is accused of driving the suspect of a Feb. 20 Williston homicide to Ocala, FL via Interstate 75, then exiting the interstate via exit 339 and dropping off the suspect at a Motel 6 parking lot. Later the same day, Mr. Frasier turned himself in to detectives with the Levy County Sheriff's Office at the Williston Police Department.
Sidney Carl Frasier, 61, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 21, charged with tampering in a first degree felony proceeding. As of Feb. 22, early morning, his bond was listed at none. Mr. Frasier is accused of threatening to beat up a female witness of a Feb. 20 Williston shooting homicide, for allegedly making negative statements about his son (who was nearby during the shooting incident, but not the suspect of the homicide) to law enforcement officers investigating the homicide.
Robert Gibson, 53, of Myrtle Beach, S.C., was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Feb. 18, charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($4,500 bond).
Geoffrey Todd Holgate, 47, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 16, on four out of county warrants. His bonds were set at $1,000, $2,000, $5,000 and none.
William Barney Jones, 44, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 16, charged with battery of a person 65 years of age or older. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance. According to the arrest report, Mr. Jones and the elderly person were arguing, and the elderly person allegedly slapped him, and he then allegedly struck the elderly person with his fist, leaving, "a small bloody red mark," on the victim's left cheek and redness around the victim's nose, according to the arrest report, although Mr. Jones denied that he'd struck the victim. The victim was transported to North Florida Regional Medical Center in Gainesville, FL because the victim told the deputy that the punch had knocked him/her to the ground and briefly rendered him/her unconscious. The deputy also reported that the victim appeared to be "very dazed," and he/she hesitated between some of his/her statements.
Jesse L'Hommedieu, 38, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Feb. 20, charged with driving under the influence ($2,500 bond).
Jose Lopez-Ocasio, 31, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 17, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond).
Jackie Mitchem, 62, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 15, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond).
Nichole Lynn Montalbano, 41, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 16, charged with driving under the influence. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance.
Marvin Timothy Perpich, 39, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 21, charged with battery, child cruelty without causing great bodily harm, and 2 counts of tampering in a third degree felony proceeding by interfering with attempted 911 calls (no bond). According to the people involved inthe altercation and a witness, Mr. Perpich, during an argument, is accused of pushing an adult victim against a fireplace and taking the victim's phone when the victim attempted to call 911. During this incident, the victim struck Mr. Perpick in self defense. Mr. Perpich is accused of then grabbing a juvenile victim, who attempted to call 911 in the front yard, and also attempting to choke the second victim, as well.
Gerald Ross, 49, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County Sheriff's Office on two counts of probation violation (no bond) on Feb. 9 and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau on the charges, Feb. 18.
Waylon Joseph Sheffield, 24, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 20, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, with his bond set at $15,000, and possession of drug equipment, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.
John William Smith, 35, of Newberry, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 21, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug equipment, and probation violation (no bond).
Naconie Amanda Sweat, 34, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 21, charged with driving under the influence (no bond). The arrest report stated that deputies were dispatched to a Linda St., Inglis residence due to a verbal disturbance between Ms. Sweat and another person. Ms. Sweat told deputies that the other person had locked her outside, and she needed to go inside to use the restroom and sober up, so that she could go home, because she knew she was in no condition to drive. However, Ms. Sweat then got into her vehicle, started the ignition and refused to exit it, the report stated, so that deputies were forced to remove the keys from the ignition, and she was then taken into custody. The report also stated that Ms. Sweat told deputies she'd consumed 7 or 8 Mike's hard lemonades and had not eaten in two days.
Paul Anthony Tedrow, 51, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by Officer Gerard Williams of an unspecified agency, Feb. 16, charged wth failure to appear in court. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance.
Todd Joseph Thompson, 42, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by Officer Mitchell Kernan of an unspecified agency, Feb. 17, charged with failing to register as a sex offender as required of a sex offender by law, and failing to report vacating his permanent residence as required of a sex offender ($300,000 bond).
Emily Timmons, 40, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Feb. 17, charged with pett theft from a merchant, second offense ($2,500 bond).
Dustyn McArthur Tolbert, 28, of Branford, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 18, on an out of county warrant (no bond).
Joseph Justin Tomaszewski, 29, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 15, charged with failure to appear in court, possession of cocaine, and possession of drug equiment ($17,000 bond).
Diana Topping, 44, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Feb. 17, charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon; resisting an officer without violence, and introducing a missile into a dwelling, vehicle, building or aircraft; ($30,000 bond).
Brady Benjamin Turner, 23, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 15, charged with driving under the influence with serious bodily injury to another person, driving while license suspended with serious injury or death, possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon, and possession of marijuana less than 20 grams (no bond). He was also charged with two counts of tampering with evidence($50,000 bond).
David Walters, 53, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 16, on an out of county warrant ($5,000 bond).
John Henry Williams, IV, 32, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 20, charged with driving while license suspended, third or subsequent offense; possession of marijuana with intent to sell manufacture or deliver; and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($25,000 bond), He was also charged with possession of drug equipment, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.
Robert Wilson, Sr., 41 of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Feb. 17, charged with fleeing from or attempting to elude a law enforcement officer in pursuii, with actiated lights and siresn, and driving while license suspended, first offense. His bond was set at credit for time served.
