Three people were arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Tactical Impact Vice/Narcotics Unit on July 10, when a search warrant was served at an unspecified Floral City residence at 8:20 am. The arrests were of Scott Evan Graver, 58, and Jennifer Lynn Winner, 33, both of Floral City; and Travis Ray William Mason, 37, of Brooksville.
Mr. Graver was found to be in possession of 2 morphine 30 mg pills, 28 clonazepam pills, approximately 0.57 gram of heroin, approximately 0.69 gram of methamphetamine, and 1.5 grams of cannabis, along with numerous pipes, tin foil, straws, baggies and scales. The report stated that Mr. Gaver admitted to selling and using heroin and methamphetamine. He was charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance, 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($17,000 bond).
Ms. Winner was found to be in possession of 1 alprazolam 1 mg pill, and approximately 0.1 gram of fentanyl, a shortened straw, a pipe with methamphetamine residue, a digital scale, tin foil, baggies that tested positive for methamphetamine, and a narcotics ledger that contained the names of both Ms. Winner and Mr. Graver. Two children under the age of ten were found in a room in deplorable condition with a foul odor, the report stated, and in close proximity to the location where the methamphetamine, paraphernalia and fentanyl were found. Winner was charged with child neglect without great bodily harm, 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($7,000 bond). The Department of Children and Families (DCF) and a relative of Ms. Winner were contacted regarding the welfare of the children.
Deputies arrived to find Mr. Mason on a couch on an enclosed front porch. On the couch, deputies found what apeared to be a bloody fluid on a needle that tested positive for methamphetamine. He told deputies he does not shoot up, and the needle did not belong to him, but he'd smoked methamphetamine the previous night. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).
The report stated that two other people were at the residence when deputies arrived: William Griffiths, and Kristen Hansen.
