Dustin Lane Beville, 24, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond). He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).

George Michael Orsic, Jr., 34, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $750 ($500 bond). He was also charged with failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

Dennis Earl Younce, 40, of Thornotosassa, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond).

Troy Sterling Thomas, Sr., 51, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Robert Kim Stoen, 67, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Monroe County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of animal cruelty ($2,000 bond). The arrest report stated that a deputy was dispatched to 2404 N. Florida Ave. (Hernando Hideaway Sports Bar) in Hernando, FL, due to the report of a suspicious person, and Mr. Stoen was found to have the active arrest warrant.

Tracy John Liepke, Jr., 31, of Hernando, FL, was arrested at the intersection of N. Wadsworth Ave. and E. Murray St.in Beverly Hills, FL, on a Citrus County warrant for violation of a condition of pretrial release when the original arrest was for domestic violence, and battery. His bond was set at none.  

Cherie Haarer, 49, of Inverness, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less.

Larry Alan Ebel, Jr., 44, of Bushnell, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond) when a traffic stop was conducted on a white sports utility vehicle (SUV) that failed to come to a complete stop at a stop bar at the inersection of E Floral Park Dr. and S. Appaloosa Ave. in Floral City, FL. During the traffic stop, when Mr. Ebel, the front seat passenger, exited the vehicle, he threw a plastic baggie that contained methamphetamine onto the ground, according to the arrest report.

Timothy Andrew Ciangiola, 28, of Inverness, FL, was charged with violating a condition of pretrial release when the original arrest was for domestic violence (no bond).
 
Jeffery William Harrigan, 20, of Imvermess. FL, was charged with 4 counts of aggravted assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($8,000 bond). The arrest report stated, that after a verbal argument on Jan. 20, Harrigan, while sitting in the driver's seat of a Silver Jeep, is accused of waving a black firearm at four victims as they were leaving the parking lot of the Walgreen's pharmacy, located at 104 S. Apopka Ave. in Inverness. The victims told a deputy that Mr, Harrigan has made previous statement about shooting them. The report stated that the pharmacy's video surveillance shows the alterllction. However, Harrigan denied that he pointed a firearm at the victims, stating that what he pointed at the victims may have been a knife he keeps in a sheath.
