Citrus County Arrests, July 10-11, 2020

On July 11, at 6:37 am, James Morgan Ault, 29, of Inverness, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, charged with burglary of an unoccupied structure, and resisting an officer without violence ($6,000 bond).


On July 11, at 1:15 pm, Jacob Kyle Foley, 19, of Inverness, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, charged with operating a vehicle without a valid drivers license, and driving an unregistered vehicle ($1,000 bond). While enroute to a call on E. Stokes Ferry Rd. in Inverness, a deputy saw Mr. Foley's vehicle traveling east on N. Nature Trail, then coming to a complete stop with the tires spinning rapidly, which caused the vehicle to slightly fishtail, which is known as a burnout, the report stated. The vehicle had no license plate or registration, and Mr. Foley, the driver, had no valid driver's license. The report stated that Mr. Foley told the deputy, since he is in the process of purchasing the vehicle from a friend, he has no insurance for it. Foley was also issued three traffic citations: driving an unregistered motor vehicle (with a mandatory court appearance), having no proof of insurance, and having no valid driver's license. 


On July 11, at 3:02 pm, Greg William Keebler, 49, of Tecumseh, Michigan, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, when deputies conducted a traffic stop on a black Chevrolet Silverado with a Michigan license plate at E. Turner Camp Rd. and N. Dee River Rd. in Inverness, due to information that Mr. Keebler, a wanted person, was inside the vehicle. The report stated that Mr. Keebler, who was inside the vehicle, had an unspecified Michigan arrest warrant. When Keebler was taken into custody, he was found to be in possession of 2.69 grams of methamphetamine. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond). No further mention was made in the report regarding the warrant for Mr. Keebler.


On July 11, at 3:29 pm, Shandis Marie Tedder, 38, of Homosassa, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, charged with petit theft with a previous theft conviction ($1,000 bond). Ms. Tedder is accused, while shopping at the Lecanto Walmart store, of taking a Powertek 6-foot glitter charging cable and a blue bangle keychain, with a combined value of $16.71, placing the items inside her purse and not paying for them when she purchased other merchandise in the amount of $61.20. The report stated that Ms. Tedder had been arrested for shoplifting at the Homosassa Walmart store on March 3, 2016.


On July 10, at 2:20 pm, Athena Marie Fouser, 40, of Crystal River, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).


On July 10, at 10:43 am, Mathew David Myers, 49, of Inverness, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation or community control ($1,005 bond).


On July 10, at 8:47 pm, Robert Edward Pine, Jr. 37, of Homosassa, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, charged with domestic battery (no bond).
