Jamie Lynn Mullen, 44, of Inverness, FL, was arrested in the 10400 block of E. Buck Ln. in  Floral City, FL, on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving with a license that has been expired for longer than six months ($2,000 bond).

Chase Grey Watson, 36, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, first offense ($2,500 bond).

William Francis Burch, III, 47, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with domestic battery, and felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond). Mr. Burch is accused of getting into an argument with a woman that became physical, at Room 1201 of the Best Western Motel, located at 614 NW Hwy. 19 in Crystl River. A deputy reported that Mr. Burch had dried blood to his face and right hand, which he said was from a dog scratching him, and the victim was bleeding from her nose and had light bruising around her right eye. The victim told deputies that Mr. Burch had pushed her onto the bed and choked her with his hands around her neck, and she believed he could have killed her, the report stated. A deputy noted seeing droplets of blood outside of the motel room, broken beer bottles at the base of the stairs near the couple's motel room, and blood near both beds inside the motel room.

Ricky Zackary James Dyess, 30, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office at 3:12 am, charged with trafficking in lysergic acid diethylamide ("LSD") and possession of tetrahydrocannabinol ("THC"). His bond was set at $27,000. The arrest was the result of a traffic stop on N. Florida Ave. at the intersection with N. Carl G. Rose Ave. in Hernando, FL, due to Mr. Dyess's  vehicle traveling 39 mph in a 55 mph speed zone, while swerving over the white line and nearly traveling onto the grass shoulder, but quickly correcting itself and then doing the same erratic maneuvering again, according to Mr. Dyess's arrest report. The report also stated, that inside the vehicle, deputies located $15,035 in cash, 577 doses of THC edibles, 56 grams of THC oil, and 327 doses (approximately 3.4 grams) of LSD, and when asked if he had a medical marijuana card, Mr. Dyess replied, "I wish."

Linda Francis Seymour, 58, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon (no bond).

Shirley Rena Hughes, 28, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond). Ms. Hughes's arrest was the result of a search warrant that was served at her 6451 W. Park Dr., Homosassa, residence. A search of the residence turned up several baggies that tested positive for methamphetamine (residue), according to the arrest report..
