Coty Philip Adams, 27, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 28, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($15,000 bond), possession of drug equipment ($2,500 bond), and two counts of probation violation (no bond).
Darrell Anthony Barry, 35, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 1, charged with driving under the influence. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance.
Racheal Machell Berryhill, 32, of Fanning Springs, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 3, charged with battery.
Amster Leon Brown, 55, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 28, charged with battery ($30,000 bond).
Mary Jane Cassels, 48, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Dec. 30, charged with driving under the influence, third violation within ten years ($25,000 bond).
Ira Colon Cribbs, 40, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, Jan 1, charged with possession of drug equipment ($2,000 bond).
Marshall Ray Daugherty, 34, of an undisclosed location in Florida, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 30, on an out of county warrant (no bond),
Victor Alejandro Martinez-Rivas, 33, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 29, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and obstruction of justice by tampering in a misdemeanor proceeding ($200,000 bond).
Darric Dwayne McDaniel, 42, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 28, charged with battery (no bond).
Brandon Berry Mims, 36, of Ceday Key, FL, was arrested by the Cedar Key Police Department, Dec. 31, charged with disorderly conduct by public brawling or fighting, and threatening a public servant or his or her family ($6,000 bond).
*Jacqueline Marie Owen, 44, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 30, charged with battery (no bond). According to the arrest report, witnesses told a deputy that Ms. Owen kicked the victim's leg, which caused the victim to stumble, and the victim then punched her face, and later when she began throwing items, the victim attempted to grab her, to stop her, and she is said to have bitten the victim's hand. Mr. Owen told a deputy that she pushed, but did not touch, the victim.
Shane Poole, 35, of an unstated address location, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Dec. 28, charged with driving while license suspended as an habitual offender ($25,000 bond). He was also arrested on an out of county warrant ($10,000 bond).
*Garrett Thomas Powell, 26, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 2, charged with criminal mischief with property damage of $200 or less, armed burglary, and second degree petit theft, first offense ($5,000 bond). The victim told deputies, that about 2:20 am, he went outside his home because he saw Mr. Powell sitting in a white Ford F-250 truck, and Powell then went inside his house, without permission, locked the door behind him, armed himself with a knife and then went back outside, but came back inside his home through a window, then left, walking toward his mailbox and then onto Hwy. 27 Alternate, yelling, "I'll come back for my truck." Inside the home were two women and a girl. At 5:58 am, deputies were summoned back to the home when Powell returned for his truck. The report stated that Powell was apologetic, explained that he was under the influence of methamphetamine, and thought he was at his girlfriend's house, but noticed that something didn't look right. He said he'd looked inside vehicles on the property in the hope of finding his vehicle's keys, which he'd lost.
*Scott Daniel Rector, 37, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Jan. 1, charged with domestic battery by strangulation, aggravated child abuse, and child abuse without causing great bodily harm ($40,000 bond). According to the arrest report, deputies arrived at a Williston residence at 1:57 am to find Mr. Rector "very agitated and intoxicated." Mr. Rector is accused of slapping the back of an infant's head while the infant was being held by another person, whom Mr. Rector allegedly struck on the face and briefly choked, then of getting into a physical altercation with a juvenile, and then of walking into a wooded area where he was located by deputies.
Larry Wayne Rippy, 42, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Probation Department, Dec. 29, charged with probation violation (no bond).
John Rivers, 43, of Alachua, FL, was arrested by Officer Hartopp with an unspecified agency, Dec. 31, charged with failure to appear in court, and probation violation (no bond).
Paul Robert Scott, 66, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 31, on two out of county warrants and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence (no bond).
Jenny Leola Sellers, 42, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 30, charged with two counts of failure to appear in court ($11,000 bond).
Sean Andrew Stott, 47, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 31, charged with battery ($2,500 bond).
