Alagbara Awolowo, 52, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 16, on an out of county warrant ($60,000 bond).
Martika Baker, 28, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Dec. 19, charged with trespassing, and resisting an officer without violence. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance.
Noah Keith Bevins, 39, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 19, on a Levy County warrant for violation of pre-trial release for the original charge of grand theft of a motor vehicle, with his bond set at none.
Martha Beatriz Burr, 41, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, Dec. 17, charged with battery. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance.
Shane Carnes, 26, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 17, charged with felony battery, resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, and obstructing justice by tampering in a third degree felony proceeding. His bond was set at $10,000.
Luis Diaz-Cruz, 23, of Kissimmee, FL, was arrested by an unspecified agency, Oct. 15, 2020, and was booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, Dec. 14, charged with probation violation, with his bond set at none.
Dana Nicole Dotson, 27, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 16, charged with battery. Her bond was set at $1,000.
David Florance, Jr., 25, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 16, charged with possession of methaqualone or a methoqualone derivative. His bond was set at $15,000.
David Dwayne Greene, 47, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 15, charged with failing to register as a sex offender as required by law ($50,000 bond), failing to report his internet identifiers as a sex offender ($50,000 bond), and violating a condition of release (no bond).
Justin Hart, 32, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 17, charged with possession of burglary tools with intent to use, loitering or prowling, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. His bond was set at $85,000.
Hans Hernandez, 54, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 18, charged with driving under the influence ($5,000 bond).
Burt George Massey, 52, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 17, charged with criminal mischief of $200 or less (his bond was set at release on his own recognizance) and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence (his bond was set at $5,000). Mr. Massey is accused of smashing the metal gate of a neighboring property with a pipe, causing damage estimated at $160 to repair. The report stated that Mr. Massey was emotional and told deputies he damaged the gate because he believed it was his. Upon his arrest, the report stated, Massey refused to get inside the patrol vehicle and also resisted deputies, so one of the deputies used his taser (electroshock weapon) twice, once without affect, to gain Mr. Massey's compliance.
Shannon Lee Miller, 48, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 19, charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance. Ms. Miller's arrest report stated that she and another person got into an argument at a NE 49th Ln. Williston residence, which became physical when she attempted to leave the residence in a 2011 Toyota Highlander that did not belong to her, and she did not have permission to use. The report stated that physical evidence corroborated the accounts of the people involved in the incident.
Dolores Ann Parthree, 63, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 14, charged with driving under the influence, and resisting an officer by refusing to sign a citation or post bond. Her bond was set at $3,000.
John Kenneth Rosenbaum, Sr., 51, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Dec. 18, charged with public disorderly intoxication causing a disturbance. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance.
Tiy William Stratton, 27, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 15, charged with domestic battery by strangulation. His bond was set at $5,000. The victim told deputies that she and Mr. Stratton had gotten into an argument when he accused her of cheating on him, and during the argument, he'd placed her into a chokehold. The deputy reported that the victim had slight rednes to her neck area, which corroborated her account of the incident.
Ryan Wayne Tomkins, 29, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 18, charged with battery, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill. His bond was set at $30,000.
Edwin Torres, 50, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, Dec. 16, charged with battery ($5,000 bond).
Michael Tucholski, 33, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 16, charged with driving under the influence with serious bodily injury to another. His bond was set at none.
Emmanuel Young, 19, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 16, charged with battery ($1,000 bond).
