Jesse William Hooper, 27, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond). He was also arrested on two Citrus County warrants for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked ($4,000 bond).

Lucas David Britts, 24, of Floral City, FL, was charged with petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $750; and theft of a motor vehicle ($2,500 bond). Mr. Britts is accused of committing a robbery on Dec. 14 in the 2000 block of N. Crede Ave. in Crystal River, FL. The victim said that the suspect helped him load a mini bike into the bed of a 2000 GMC pickup truck, then pointed a black handgun at him and drove away with his truck (its value was not stated), the mini bike (valued at $300) and the victim's cell phone (valued at $30) which was inside the truck. Mr. Britts was located in the 100 block of N. Cedar Ter. in Inverness, identified by a distinctive tattoo on his face. He allegedly bragged about the theft to a witness. Britts told a deputy that the victim was in the back yard when he left with the vehicle, so he was not charged with carjacking due to the conflicting reports of the incident, the report stated.

Lisa Ann Farmer, 55, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with battery ($1,000 bond). 

April Christine Leshon, 44, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on S. School Ave. in Lecanto, FL, on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of petit theft (no bond).

Richard Kent Lefke, Jr., 55, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (his probation is for driving while license suspended), with his bond set at $1,200.

Christopher Michael Rigos, 24, of Inverness, FL, was charged with violation of misdemeanor probation.

Michael Walter Allen, 70, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at his residence on three Citrus County warrants for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of trespassing (no bond).

Edward Joseph Becker, 52, of Floral City, FL, was transported from the Hernando County Jail in Brooksville, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL, on a Citrus County warrant for trafficking in stolen property, and giving false verification of ownership to a pawnbroker ($6,000 bond).

Trevor Austin Willoughby, 18, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (the probation was for driving while license suspended or revoked, and possession of drug paraphernalia), with his bond set at none.

Vicki Gail Lay, 31, of Hernando, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($1,000 bond).

Randall Morgan Pepevnik, 30. of Floral City, FL, was arrested at S. Old Floral City Rd. and E. Sandpiper Dr. in Inverness, FL, on two Citrus County warrants: one for fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement with disregard for safety ($5,000 bond), and the other for petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $750; and theft of a motor vehicle ($2,500 bond).

Andres Cruz Alvarez, 29, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Leon Rhea Maclin, 31, of Inglis, FL, was charged with criminal mischief or $200 or more, but less than $1,000 ($1,000 bond).

Kristin Nichole Tottingham, 28, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Arline Barman, 55, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with petit theft of less than $100, and trespassing ($1,500 bond).

Tracy Renee Higgins, 50, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tiffany Loren Doersch, 32, of Inverness, FL, was charged with petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $750; and criminal mischief (no bond).

Amanda Lee Nodaros, 36, of Baker, FL, was arrested in Walton County, FL on a Citrus County, FL writ of bodily attachment in the amount of $1,070, for failure to pay child support. She paid her cash purge of $1070 in Walton County the same day.

Louis Edward Blanco, 48, of Inverness, FL, was charged with battery ($1,000 bond), and felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).

Michael Leroy Wenger, 49, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond).

Sean Patrick Douglass, 38, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with knowingly driving while license suspended or revoked, first offense ($1,000 bond).

Brooke Elizabeth Whisker, 46, of Hernando, FL, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill (no bond).

Maringo Willis Yeargin, 57, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond) and violation of felony probation (no bond).

Jake Howard Laduke, 30, of Fort McCoy, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

Alexis Elaine Minnie, 25, of Crystal River, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation for petit theft of less than $100 from the Walmart store in Lecanto, FL. Ms. Minnie is accused of scanning the bar codes of less expensive items for several items in her shopping cart while checking out her purchases at the self checkout area of the store and paying $46.87 less than she should have paid for her purchases.

George Carlos Watts, Jr., 30, of Inverness, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $200 or less.

Ryan Michael Jefferson, 24, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($500 bond).

Tyler James Tyree, 28, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at W. Homosassa Trail and S. Calais Ter. in Homosassa, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief with property damage ($2,000 bond).

Richard Jessie Moralis, 26, of Floral City, FL, was charged with domestic battery, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and false imprisonment (no bond).

Richard Joseph Sieber, 38, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at his residence on three  Citrus County warrants: one for possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia; and two for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license knowingly suspended of revoked, second offense ($7,000 total bond)

Michael Steven Miller, 28, of Port Richey, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($4,500 bond).

Robert John Lopresti, Jr., 28, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($2,000 bond).
