Zackery Emory Ellis, 22, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon ($10,000 bond).

Daniel Joseph Luna, IV, 38, of Floral City, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked, second offense (no bond).

Timothy Emerson Gifford, II, 45, of Jupiter, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less.

Robert Lee Dionne, 33, of Lake City, FL, was charged with burglary, and petit theft of less than $100 ($5,500 bond). He was also charged with burglary of a conveyance, and petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $750 ($6,000 bond).

Cedrick Johnson, 35, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended, second offense (no bond).

Douglas Edward Nequist, 52, of Hernando, FL, was charged with violation of condition of pretrial release when the original arrest was for domestic violence (no bond).

Eddrick Chico Richardson, 45, of Inverness, FL, turned himself in at the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Warrants Duty Office and was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked ($5,000 bond).

Daniel Delbert Dewane Williams, 34, of Beverly Hills, FL, an inmate at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on two Marion County warrants: one for fraud (giving false information to obtain a refund), with his bond set at $1,000; and the other for driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, first offense, with his bond set at none.

Logan Duane Thompson, 32, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a warrant for domestic battery (no bond).

Nicole Marie Beshures, 39, of Inverness, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less.

Karelyn Medina, 39, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).    

Norman Earl Estelle, III, 35, of Inverness, FL, was charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000 ($2,000 bond).

Brodrick Larnell Houston, 31, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on two warrants, one for aggravated battery, and the other for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($4,000 bond). He was also arrested on a writ of bodily attachment in the amount of $1,178.

Tyler Scott Miles, 20, of Lutz, FL, was transported from the Hillsborough County Jail in Tampa, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL on a Citrus County warrant for lewd or lascivious molestation by a person over the age of 18 of a person under the age of 12 (no bond).

Jeffrey Clayton Bonney, 60, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of felony probation (no bond).

Sarah Ann Harscher, 28, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at the Homosassa Walmart store on a Hernando County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond). She was also charged with trespassing after warning.

Donna Marie Hucke, 52, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($1,000 bond).

Douglas Scott Dellinger, 60, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

Thomas Anthony Marsh, 48, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond).

Donald Joseph Clark, 58, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).

James Christopher Boone, II, 20, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County warrant for trespassing ($1,000 bond).

Robert Lee Walton, III, 18, of Beverkly Hills, FL and two juveniles, age 16 and 17, were arrested on numerous charges as the result of a two-day crime spree on Dec. 16 and 17, that included vehicle burglaries, attempted vehicle burglaries, and thefts of motor vehicles in Citrus Springs, Citrus Hills, Pine Ridge, and Crystal River. According to a press release by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, Mr. Walton was spotted driving one of the stolen vehicles on N. Tallahassee Rd. in Crystal River, and after a short pursuit, he was taken into custody with the assistance of Deputy Miller and his K9 partner Anakin. A second stolen car was located near the Lecanto, FL Walmart, and the two juveniles bailed out of the vehicle at the YMCA and ran toward the Black Diamond neighborhood. They were apprehended and taken into custody, in possession of several stolen firearms. The press release stated that all three suspects admitted guilt in the crimes. Mr. Walton was charged with 5 counts of vehicle burglary, burglary becoming armed, grand theft of a firearm, 3 counts of petit theft, 2 counts of grand theft of a motor vehicle, fleeing from law enforcement, resisting an officer without violence, driving while license suspended, and violation of probation. The 17 year-old was charged with 6 counts of vehicle burglary, 2 counts of burglary becoming armed, 2 counts of grand theft of a firearm, 4 counts of petit theft, 3 counts of grand theft of a motor vehicle, criminal mischief, and burglary of a structure. The 16 year-old was charged with 6 counts of vehicle burglary, 3 counts of burglary becoming armed, 2 counts of grand theft of a firearm, 4 counts of petit theft, 3 counts of grand theft of a motor vehicle, and criminal mischief.

Michael Alan Kogut, 52, of Inglis, FL, was charged wih domestic battery (no bond). The arrest report stated that deputies were called to the Crystal River Mall with the complaint that a man (later identified as Mr. Kogut) was near the south entrance beside the Rural King store, on top of a woman, punching her. Deputies arrived at 2:12 pm to find the victim standing at the access road to Rural King, and Kogut standing nearby in a field, between a vehicle and a motor home. The report stated that Kogut told deputies that everything was fine, that the victim was drunk and had fallen down. The deputy reported that the victim's sweatshirt was torn at the right shoulder, that her hair was in disarray, and she had reddened areas to her right cheek and eyebrow, that at first, she was reluctant to speak, but eventually stated that she had been drinking, because she was upset about being away from home during the holidays, and she and Kogut had gotten into an argument, during which he'd pushed her out of the camper, and she'd fallen to the ground and he'd punched her while she was still on the ground. She said Kogut was upset because they'd traveled to the area from Massachusetts, and she'd found a job whereas Kogut had not. She said Kogut had not been violent toward her prior to their arrived in Florida.

Roderick Dashaun Smith, 22, of Inverness, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for two counts of violation of misdemeanor probation (the probations were for driving while license cancelled, suspended or revoked; and attaching registration to the license plate of a vehicle not assigned to it), with his bond set at none.

Christopher Michael Leonard, 34, of Inverness, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (the probation was for trespassing after warning), with his bond set at none.

Sean Edward Nail, 28, of Pontiac, MI, was charged wih felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).
