Michelle Rene Cothern, 39, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond), as the result of an incident that occurred at a traffic light at the intersection of W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. and Montgomery Ave. in Inverness, FL. The deputy reported that he was stopped at the intersection, and Ms. Cothern approached his patrol vehicle at such a high rate of speed that he had to move his vehicle forward, about two car lengths, to avoid being struck from behind. The deputy reported that he followed Ms. Cothern, who was traveling 61 mph in a 45 mph speed zone and swerving between lanes, that she exhibited signs of impairment, and performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing, but refused to submit to breath alcohol testing.
Clarence Emmanuel Day, 19, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving under the influence with damage to another person's property, and leaving the scene of a traffic crash with property damage ($2,000 bond).
Ashton Taylor Williamson, 21, of Beverly Hills, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750, accused of not scanning 36 items totaling $118.81, while checking out her purchases at the self checkout area of the Lecanto, FL Walmart store.
James Robert Bennis, 42, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less, accused of leaving the Lecanto, FL Walmart store with a bottle of Chrome cologne valued at $33.97 that he'd not paid for.
Charles Edward Yearwood, III, 31, of Homosassa, FL, was charged wih petit theft with a previous theft conviction.
Susan Marie Wasileff, 31, of Worthville, KY, was charged with resisting an officer without violence, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond).

Jennifer Lane Smolensky, 25, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with driving under the influence with damage to another person's property ($1,000 bond).
Emily Ruth Johnson, 26, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with domestic battery.
Colleen Ann Franzen, 39, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at the Bella Oasis Hotel, located at 4076 S. Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of petit theft, first offense (no bond). She was found to be in possession of approximately 0.1 gram of methamphetamine and 2 glass smoking pipes with methamphetamine residue, and was additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).
Jasmine Marie Lockard, 26, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with petit theft of $100 or more, but lels than $750; and grand theft of a firearm ($5,500 bond).
