Harold Levern Alford, 35, of Lady Lake, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 8, charged with driving while license suspended, third or subsequent offense ($1,000 bond).
Jamie Lea Beale, 34, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 9, charged with petit theft of $300, attempting to use the identification of another person without consent, fraudulent use of a credit card, and using a two-way communication device to facillitate a felony ($95,000 bond). The report stated that the victim paid for an order at the drive-through of the McDonald's restaurant in Williston, and the victim paid for his purchase using his Chase Bank debit card. A short time later, the report stated, the victim received notification from his bank via his cell phone, that a $300 cash application had been made to his account by Jamie Beale (a Williston McDonald's employee), and he was able to immediately have the cash transferred back into his account. After an investigation, Ms. Beale was taken into custody.
Robert Beck, 30 of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 8, on an out of county warrant (no bond).
Debra Ann Blair, 63, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 12, charged with battery (no bond). The victim told a deputy that Ms. Blair had been gone in his van most of the day, drinking alcohol, and when she returned without his van, they argued, and she struck him with her new purse to his arms and chest and slapped his face with her left hand. The deputy documented that the victim had a small cut to each of his forearms. Ms. Blair told the deputy that she drove the van to a home, where she consumed a couple of drinks, and when she went outside the residence, the van was gone, and a person at the residence dropped her off at the house where she had the altercation with the victim. She said she had not struck the victim, and told the deputy that a bruise to her left wrist was fom the altercation with the victim, but the deputy reported that the bruise appeared to be several days old.
Sylvester Joseph Carmauche, 37, of Summerfield, FL, was arrested by the Marion County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 1, and booked into the Levy County Detention Facility, Dec. 7, on a Levy County warrant for 3 counts of battery of a law enforcement officer, 1 count of aggravated battery of a law enforcement officer, criminal mischief to property of $1,000 or more, burglary with assault or battery, resisting an officer with violence, and obstruction of justice by depriving a law enforcement officer of means of protection or communication ($255,000 bond). The arrest was the result of an incident that occurred at a Morriston (Levy County) residence on Nov. 27. A presss release by the Levy County Sheriff's Office stated that Mr. Carmauche went inside a home uninvited, and stated to a deputy, "You need to help me, I’m going to burst into flames at any time,” then fought with the deputy and backup deputies who arrived on scene. The initial deputy and Mr. Carmauche were both transported to local hospitals; the deputy was treated and released the same day.
Michael Corbin, 48, of Yankeetown, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 10, on an out of county warrant (no bond).
Rudolph Nathaniel Cox, 37, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, Dec. 12, on 4 out of county warrants, with cash-only bonds of $370, $570, $670, and $1,170. He was also charged with driving while license suspended, third or subsequent offense, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.
David Lee Fike, 38, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 8, charged with possession of drug equipment ($1,000 bond).
Michael Florence, 50 of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 11, on an out of county warrant (no bond).
Kyle Dylan Guthrie, 28, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 10, charged with failure to register a motor vehicle, and driving while license suspended, a third or subsequent offense ($6,000 bond).
Cedric Johnson, 35, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 12, on an out of county warrant (no bond).
James Russell Kratzer, 38, of Florida, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, Dec. 8, charged with petit theft from a merchant, second offense ($1,000 bond).
Christopher Lanford, 31, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 13, on two out of county warrants (no bond). He was also charged with giving false information or identification to a law enforcement officer (no bond).
Reginald Glen McClendon, 57, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Dec. 6, charged with trespassing and resisting or obstructing a law enforcement officer without violence ($11,000 bond).
Breanna Renee Porter, 21, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Dec. 10, charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license ($2,000 bond).
Sean Ellis Sauls, 48, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 10, charged with two counts of failure to appear in court. His bond was set at $50,000 on one count, and at release on his own recognizance on the other count.
Steven Stacy, 37, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 8, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Walter James Tisdale, 23, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 9, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Bailey Marie Worrall, 24, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 9, charged with battery. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance. The report stated that Ms. Worrall got into an altercation with a man when he refused to take her to a friend's house. The report stated the man had a toothache, and her car was broken down, and the argument escalated when Ms. Worrall realized the man was recording her with his cell phone. During a struggle between the two to gain possession of the cell phone, the victim's necklace was broken and he received an injury to his neck when Mr. Worrall allegedly attempted to get him into a headlock, and Ms. Worrall had a "fresh scrape" to one of her knees, according to the deputy's report. Ms. Worrall was determined to be the primary aggressor.
