Donte Demetrius Lewis, 31, of Crytal River, FL, was arrested at the Quality Inn, located at 4486 N. Suncoast Blvd. (US 19) in Crystal River, on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on felony charges of possesion of marijuana more than 20 grams, resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, introduction of contraband into a detention facility, two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).

Johnny Aaron Wood, 46, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of his misdemeanor probation for battery, and transported from the Marion county Jail in Ocala, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility (no bond).

Cevion Jackson, 20, was arrested at the Cypress Creek Academy in Lecanto, FL, on a Marion County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving without a license. He was booked into the Citrus County Detention Facility, then released on his own recognizance and returned to Cypress Creek Academy.

Aaron Joseph Rose, 31, of Weirsdale, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked ($2,000 bond).

William Raymond Graham, Jr., 37, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with violation of a condition of pretrial release for domestic violence (no bond).

Zackary Ray Bunger, 19, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested around 6:34 am, when a deputy was dispatched to N. Meadowcrest Blvd. and W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Crystal River, due to the report of a person (Mr.  Bunger) asleep inside a gray Chevrolet Camaro, with the engine running, at the traffic light. Bunger was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). The report stated that a search of the vehicle turned up 83 grams of marijuana wax inside a container marked with a triangular label featuring a marijuana leaf and an exclamation point. Other items mentioned in the report included a vape pen cartridge with the same triangular lable, a small blue bag that contained a powdery substance, a clear tube labeled "Remy’s Pre-Rolled Woods, 2 grams with Keif + Wax" with the triangular label, an empty package labeled "Sourz, Extra Sour Medicated Gummies, Hawaiian Punch, 450 mg THC, 75 mg THC per Gummy," 2 packages of Game cigarillos (commonly used to smoke marijuana, the deputy reported), and $1,293.30 in cash.

Michael Scott Farmer, 57, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with battery ($1,000 bond). During an altercation at his residence, around 3:00 am, Mr. Farmer is accused of pushing the victim on her chest area, grabbing her hair and pushing her to the ground, and then striking her numerous time with a closed fist to her right hip and lower back. The report stated that Mr. Farmer admitted his guilt.

Joshua Lyle Creller, 36, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Hillsborough County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation on an original charge of possession of a controlles substance (no bond).

Lyn Ann Farmer, 55, of Homosassa, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation for retail petit theft of $100 or less.

Andrew Jesus Cannon, 31, was arrested on numerous drug charges after the Citrus County Sheriff's Office obtained a drug search warrant for his residence, located at 785 S. Doug Pt. in Inverness, FL. Prior to the search warrant being served, Mr. Cannon left his residence, and a traffic stop was conducted on his vehicle, due to two felony warrants for his arrest on charges of selling controlled substances. Deputies entered Cannon's residence with a key, provided to them by Mr. Cannon, and located 11 grams (g) of cocaine, 731 g of cannabis, 189 g of cannabis wax, 1444 g of THC edibles, 20 milliliters (ml) of liquid codeine, 18 LSD tablets, 30 amphetamine 10 milligram (mg) pills, 9 morphine 30 mg pills, 7 alprazolam 2 mg pills, 1 clonazepam 0.5 mg pill, 5 amphetamine 20 mg pills, 4 oxycodone 15 mg pills, 4 oxycodone 30 mg pills, and drug paraphernalia: baggies, scales, grinders, jars and pipes. Deputies also located 13 firearms, which included 2 shotguns, several rifles, an AK-47, an AR-15, a Tech 9 automatic pistol, and a 357 revolver. "There is nothing more dangerous...than an armed criminal roaming the streets," said Citrus County Sheriff Mike Prendergast. According to a press release, Mr. Cannon told deputies that he sells the cannabis and cocaine for income, but uses the pills for pain control. Cannon was arrested on the warrants and additionally charged with maintaining a drug dwelling; possession of cocaine, cannabis, cannabis wax, and THC edibles with intent to sell; possession of drug paraphernalia, and 9 counts of possession of a controlled substance, with his total bond set at $44,000.

Danielle Marie Snelling, 39, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with failing to return hired or leased property with intent to defraud ($5,000 bond).

Felicitie Marie Gillette, 26, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine (no bond).

Billy Dale Roach, 39, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with two counts of domestic battery, and one count of felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).

Anthony Elie Belcastro, Jr., 31, of Floral City, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of his felony probation for battery (no bond).

Christopher Michael Leonard, 34, of Inverness, FL, was charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000; and battery ($7,000 bond).

Melinda Arline Ward, 34, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at the Department of Corrections Probation & Parole office, located at 1630 N. U. S. Hwy. 41 in Inverness, on 3 Citrus County warrants: one for possession of drug parahernalia ($1,000 bond), and two for driving while license suspended or revoked ($4,000 bond). A few hours later, at the detention facility, she was arrested on a warrant for grand theft of $750 or more but less than $5,000, and burglary of an unoccupied residence.

William John McMurry, 50, of Inverness, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation for possession of drug paraphernalia during a traffic stop conducted on Mossy Oak Dr. in Inverness (to arrest a passenger inside the vehicle, Melissa Ward, on 3 arrest warrants). The report stated that Mr. McMurray was found to be in possession of a smoking pipe with methamphetamine residue, two clear plastic baggies that contained heroin residue inside a soda can, a used syringe, and a pink plastic case that contained cannabis and rolling papers.

Mykel Anthony Nelson, 27, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop conducted near Turkey Oak Dr. in Crystal River, on two warrants for possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; and unlawful use of a two-way communication device ($8,000 bond). When he was informed that deputies had a drug search warrant for his E. Delight St. residence, Mr. Nelson provided deputies with a key. A search of the home turned up approximately 51 pounds of marijuana, and drug paraphernalia items that included plastic baggies, pipes, and grinders. Nelson was addiitonally charged with trafficking in marijuana, leasing or renting a structure for the purpose of drug trafficking, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($31,000 bond).

Michael David Perez, Jr., 40, of Inverness, FL, was charged with hindering, delaying or preventing communication to a law enforcement officer or judge information relating an an offense or violation of probation ($3,000 bond), and domestic battery (no bond).

James Nathan Hutchinson, 54, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning ($1,000 bond).

Sean Joseph O'Brien, IV, 45, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with simple stalking ($5,000 bond).

Jennifer Banessa Funez, 35, of Inverness, FL, was charged with felony retail theft of $750 or more.

Justin S. Kowalik, 41, of Beverly Hills, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of driving under the influence, third offense (no bond).

Troy Elwood McLean, 46, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation.

Robert Eugene Herr, 20, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation.

Jennifer Banessa Funez, 35, of Inverness, FL, was charged with felony retail theft of $750 or more.

Juston Martin Boswell, 35, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; and unlawful use of a two-way communication device ($10,000 bond).

Joshua Lee White, 34, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on two warrants, each for possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; and unlawful use of a two-way communication device ($20,000 bond).

Jessica Laurie Hancock, 33, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). The arrest report stated that a deputy conducted a traffic stop of a black Ford Explorer, because its tag was registered to a blue Chevrolet utility vehicle that had been reported stolen to the Citrus County Sheriff's Office on Nov. 6, 2020. The traffic stop was conducted at the Marathon gas station, located at 6241 W. Cardinal St. in Homosassa, and the driver was Ms. Hancock. Inside her purse, the report stated, a deputy located 0.20 gram of methamphetamine and a glass smoking pipe.

Thomas Gary Williams, 66, of Homosassa, FL was charged with attaching a tag to vehicle not assigned to it, having    no motor vehicle registration or a vehicle that is not registered, and petit theft of less than $100 ($1,500 bond).
