SEE PHOTO Andrew Daniel Joseph Barber, 21, of Inverness, FL, was charged with carrying a concealed firearm, 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($9,000 bond).
Donna Gayle Strickland, 49, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at her residence on a Citrus County warrant for battery ($1,000 bond).
SEE PHOTO Travis Dean Harscher, 36, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested at the Citrus Couny Probation Office located at 1930 North U.S. Hwy 41 in Inverness, FL, on a Hernando County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation of original charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of a controlled substance (no bond). He was also arrested on a Citrus County warrant for battery ($1,000 bond).
Michael Thomas Tazzetto, Sr., 47, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of violation of a domestic violence injunction (no bond).

Jennifer Erin Trebour, 37, of Zephyrhills, FL, was transported from the Pasco County Central Jail in Land O Lakes, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of driving while license cancelled, suspended or revoked ($555 bond).
Jose David Mayol, 27, of Inverness, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL, was charged with violation of his felony probation (no bond), due to his Nov. 24 arrest for fleeing and eluding law enforcement, resisting arrest without violence, driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, possession of heroin, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

SEE PHOTO Chuck Elwyn McNett, 45, of Hernando, FL, was arrested at 6885 S. Suncoast Blvd. (Walmart store) in Homosassa, FL, on a Citrrus County warrant for causing conditions capable of breeding flies or mosquitos, and animal cruelty ($1,500 bond).
Chet Daniel White, 36, of Ocklawaha, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less ($500 bond).
SEE PHOTOS A man and a woman were charged with non-consensual sexual battery and false imprisonment in regard to an incident that was reported by the victim on Oct. 22, 2020. Jamie Rene Tobey, 38, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested Dec. 2, and Anthony Reed, 40, of Beverly Hills, FL was arrested, Dec. 4, with their bonds set at $15,000 each. The two are accused of hiring the 18 year-old victim to clean a home at $10 per hour, later texting her to wear a skirt to clean the home, and of drinking wine wih her before pulling her into a bedroom and restraining her by holding her down and sexually abusing her.

Evan Lee Bragg, 30, of Hernando, FL, was charged with carrying a concealed firearm ($2,000 bond) when a deputy saw Mr. Bragg riding a bicycle, traveling west on E. Buffalo Ln. in Hernando, at 11:06 pm, that had no front or rear lights, and conducted a traffic stop. Mr. Bragg was found to have a silver SCCY 9 mm pistol, loaded with 13 rounds, in his pocket, yet had no concealed weapon carry permit.
Jennifer Ellen Wiker, 43, of Floral City, FL, was charged with operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license ($500 bond).
Kimberly Marie Pope, 45, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).

Cynthia Laise Rowden, 34, of Altoona, FL, was transported from the Lake County Detention Center in Tavares, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto FL, on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine (no bond).
William George Buesing, 40, of Cedar Key, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecato, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, second or subsequent offense; operating a motorcycle without a license, and failing to register a motor vehicle ($2,000 bond).

Christopher Scott Schuler, 33, of Inverness, FL, was arrested in the 500 block of Zephyr St. in Inverness, on 3 Citrus County, FL warrants for failure to appear in court: 2 on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked, and 1 on a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, with his combined bonds totaling $6,000.
Cody John Brunner, 28, of Floral City, FL, who was already incarcerated at the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a Marion County, FL warrant for theft of a motor vehicle ($2,000 bond).
Two people were arrested during a traffic stop of a red GMC sport utility vehicle that was conducted at E. Tepee Ln. in Hernando, due to a stop bar violation at E. Wagon Trl, and N. Carl G. Rose Hwy. Tammy Jo Bryant, 51, of Hernando, a back seat passenger, was found to be in possession of a smoking pipe; she was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond). Jessica Elaine Hodge Acosta, 40, of Homosassa, FL, a front seat passenger, was found to be in possession of small amounts of methamphetamine and cannabis; she was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of less than 20 grams of cannabis ($3,000 bond).
Angela Maria Rosado-Lozada, 27, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at her residence on a Marion County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while under the influence. After being booked into the Citrus County Detentin Facility in Lecanto, FL, she was released on her own recognizance.
John Allen Walmer, 36, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on 5 Citrus County, FL warrants: 1 for violation of misdemeanor probation for petit theft (first offense), 3 for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked, and 1 for failure to appear in court on a charge of trespassing. His bond was set at none on each of the warrants.
Ryan Lee Rovelto, 43, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of 2 counts of possession of a controllesd substance without a prescription (no bond).
Eric Scott Green, 36, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at a W. Erlen Ln., Homosassa residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on 2 counts of possession of a controllesd substance without a prescription, and 1 count of posession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).
SEE PHOTO Dakota Tylor Moore, 33, of Inverness, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop conducted at 1:41 am when he failed to come to a complete stop upon turning north onto N. Carl G. Rose Hwy (SR 200) from E. Buffalo Ln. in Hernando, FL. The report stated that Moore's license had been suspended, and he made several turns and traveled approximately 0.8 mile before he stopped the vehicle in the roadway (N. Carl G. Rose Hwy.) and refused to exit the vehicle until the deputy threatened to deploy his K9 (canine) partner. Mr. Moore was found to be in possession of 5.91 grams of fentanyl, packaged in numerous baggies inside a small Crown Royal liquor bag. He was charged with trafficking in greater than 4 grams of fentanyl, driving while license knowingly suspended, resisting an officer without violence, and possession of drug paraphernalia (bags containing the fentanyl). His bond was set at $27,500.
