Casey Lyn Hale, 34, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance ($4,000 bond).

Two Crystal River men, Jeffrey Clayton Bonney (SEE PHOTO), 60, and Kevin Michael Vrabel (SEE PHOTO), 27, were arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office following three complaints made regarding verbal altercations with intoxicated people in the area of W. Admiral Byrd Ln. and N. Rhyme Pt. in Crystal River. The first complaint, at 2:53 pm, was of three intoxicated people, Bonney and Vrabel, and a female relative of Mr. Bonney. After a similar complaint at 5:20 pm, Mr. Bonney and the woman had left, and Mr. Vrabel "did not make sense" and was "argumentative," according to the report, so deputies left. At 7:06 pm, a different (second) person made a complaint, that Bonney and Vrabel had threatened to "shoot them up" with a gun and burn down the complainant's house, according to a report. Deputies found the two men, intoxicated, walking in the street, with Mr. Vrabel holding a shovel and an open bottle of beer. Each was charged with disorderly public intocation, with their bonds set at $500 each.

Lucus Frederick Sweetser, 45, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).

Kara Lynn Gaskins, 29, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon (no bond).

William Raymond Graham, Jr., 27, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with domestic battery, and violation of condition of pre-trial release (no bond).

Aaron Forest Miller, 31, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (no bond).

Abigail Arleen Dunham, 24, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond). 

Jeffrey Michael Yearwood, 36, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving under the influence with damage to the property of another person ($1,000 bond).

Christopher Schultz Gilles (SEE PHOTO), 29, of Hernando, FL, was charged with domestic battery, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill (no bond).

William James Blankenberg, 37, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $200 or less ($500 bond).

Nicholas Anthony Tamburro (SEE PHOTO), 27, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Scott Alan Powalish, 45, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($513 bond).

Jesse Bennett D'Onofrio (SEE PHOTO), 36, of Wildwood, FL, was arrested, Nov. 27, as the result of a traffic stop conducted on Nov. 14 at 3730 E. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Inverness, of a white 4-door Nissan traveling 58 mph in a 50 mph speed zone. Mr. D'Onofrio, the front seat passenger, was found to be in possession of 3.97 grams of heroin and a glass pipe that tested positive for methamphetamine. The report stated that Mr. D'Onofrio gave the deputy a false name and false date of birth (Jessie R. Dawson, May 29, 1982 - making him age 38). The report stated that Mr. D'Onofrio was not arrested and was released on the scene of the traffic stop, and the following day, the deputy learned that Mr. D'Onofrio had given him false information. When a traffic stop was conducted on the same vehicle, Nov. 27, and the initial deputy heard Jesse Dawson's  over the police radio, he went to the traffic stop and placed Mr. D'Onofrio under arrest, charging him with falsely identifying himself to a law enforcement officer, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($4,000 bond).

Douglas Edward Nequist (SEE PHOTO), 52, of Hernando, FL, was charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).

Johny Ramon Lopez (SEE PHOTO), 39, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, resisting an officer without violence, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($5,000 bond).
 
Aida Isabel Mayol Gandia, 26, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond).

William Edward Morris, Jr., 38, of Leesburg, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750.

Mariah Ann Breeden, 18, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with violation of a misdemeanor injunction by going to or being within 500 feet of the petitioner's residence, school, or place of employment, etc. (no bond).

(see photos) On Nov. 28, two people, Richard Thomas Dalton (SEE PHOTO), 28, of Crystal River, FL and Heather Ann Hammon (SEE PHOTO), 38, of Homosassa, FL, were arrested on drug charges during a traffic stop conducted at the intersection of US 19 and Cypress Blvd in Homosassa. Deputy Danner's K9 partner, Riggs (SEE PHOTO), alerted to the presence of narcotics inside the vehicle, and a search of the vehicle turned up 133 grams of methamphetamine, 3.7 grams of THC wax, 42 grams of cannabis, 2 diazepam 10 mg pills, 17 alprazolam 2 mg pills, 50 alprazolam 0.5 mg pills, 5 alprazolam 0.25mg pills, 22 clonazepam 1 mg pills, 41 buprenorphine 8 mg (30 pills and 11 sublingual films), 17 hydromorphone 8 mg pills, and 36 methadone 10 mg pills. Mr. Dalton was charged with trafficking in methamphetamine, 10 counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia - a digital scale with THC wax residue ($71,000 bond); on Nov. 30, Dalton was additionally charged with violation of felony probation. Ms. Hammon was charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($5,000 bond).

Kirstie Mae Watkins, 27, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $750.

Jared David Lanier, 40, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation on original charges of burglary and grand theft of $300 or more, but less than $20,000 (no bond).

Charles Matthew Weicht, 21, of Zephyrhills, FL, was charged with carrying a concealed firearm ($2,000 bond).

Ronald Alfred Mesick, II, 31, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at his residence on 3 Citrus County warrants for violation of felony probation, with his bonds set at none on each warrant. The three probations were each for different violations: one for possession of heroin, one for possession of methamphetamine, and the other for possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell and deliver and possession of alprazolam with intent to sell and distribute.

Jonathan Ryon Shults (SEE PHOTO), 39, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Jennifer Lynn Trotter, 34, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at the Racetrac gas station located at 2120 Colonade St. in Inverness, on a Dixie County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation on an original charge of introduction of contraband into a detention facility (no bond).

James Dieffenbacher (SEE PHOTO), 37, of Ocala, FL, was charged with failure to return hired or leased property with intent to defraud ($2,000 bond).

Gabriel Bencosme, 22, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at the RaceTrac gas station located at 3310 W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Lecanto, FL, on a Sumter County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation on original charges of possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of cannabis less than 20 grams (no bond).

Maya Leann Eubanks, 41, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with violation of condition of pre-trial release when the original charge was for domestic violence.

Caitlyn Michelle Boehm, 25, of Homosassa, FL, who was already incarcerated at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was charged with violation of felony probation on an original charge of uttering a forged insitument (no bond). She was also arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemenor charge of petit theft ($2,000 bond).

Eric Christopher Shade (SEE PHOTO), 47, of Orlando, FL, was transported from the Orange County Corrections Department in Orlando, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL, on a Citrus County warrant for violation of probation on original charges of kidnapping, 2 counts of sexual battery, and domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).

William George Buesing, IV, 40, of Cedar Key, FL, was transported from the Levy County Detention Bureau in Bronson, FL, to the Citrus County Detentin Facility in Lecanto, FL, on Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of driving while license suspended or revoked, a second or subsequent offense (no bond).

Kaeli Beth Ellis, 19, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).
