Ryan Michael Smith, 37, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction by contacting the petitioner, either directly or indirectly, by phone or other communiciation (no bond).
Sherrie Norris Benson, 65, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of felony probation (no bond).
SEE MUGSHOT Noah Keith Bevins, 39, of Inglis, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was found to have, and was arrested, on a Levy County arrest warrant for 2 counts of failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges: one for driving while never having a driver's license ($2,000 bond), and the other for driving a vehicle with no motor vehicle registration ($500 bond).
SEE MUGSHOT Matthew Allen Vanslette, 29, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance ($4,000 bond).

Karla Michelle Gandia, 24, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($500 bond) during a traffic stop conducted in Inverness, FL, due to the driver (Ms. Gandia) failing to stop for oncoming traffic at the stop sign located at E. Inverness Blvd. and S. Florida Ave.
SEE MUGSHOT John Elden Ward, 47, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with battery of an emergency medical services (EMS) provider ($5,000 bond). The arrest report stated that deputies were dispatched to the Taco Bell restaurant in Homosassa, and a deputy observed Mr. Ward being combative with medical personnel, kicking and punching at them. While enroute to Bayfront Health Seven Rivers in Crystal River, Mr. Ward is accused of punching, then kicking, the left jaw of a paramedic with Nature Coast EMS. A deputy reported that the victim's left lower jaw was red and swollen, and after Mr. Ward was medically cleared by hospital staff members, he was placed under arrest.

SEE MUGSHOT Marcel Adrian Drouin, 53, of Hernando, FL, was charged with disorderly intoxication in public ($500 bond). Mr. Drouin was trespassed from the Party Store, located at 2846 N. Carl G. Rose Hwy. in Hernando, accused of causing a disturbance inside the store regarding the price of an alcoholic beverage which he consumed outside the business, and refused to leave the store as requested by a store employee.
Jason Jay Riley, 41, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at S. Barbour St. and New North Ct. in Beverly Hills, FL, on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation on an original charge of possession of methamphetaine (no bond).
Christopher Michael Rigos, 24, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at S. Barbour St. and New North Ct. in Beverly Hills, FL, on a Levy County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).
Walter Harvey Rogers, Jr., 39, of Hernando, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense; and possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond).
David Alan Piwinski, 53, of Inverness, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation for retail petit theft of $100 or less.
SEE MUGSHOT Jose David Mayol, 27, of Inverness, FL, was charged with violation of probation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance (no bond) when he was arrested on charges of fleeing from law enforcement, 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance, knowingly driving while license suspended, resisting an officer without violence, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($11,000 bond).

Phillip Sawhill, 54, of Land O Lakes, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Nov. 25, charged with 3 counts of vehicular homicide. He was incarcerated at the Citrus County Detention Facility with his bond set at $90,000. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, on Dec. 24, 2019, Mr. Sawhill was driving a 2012 Toyota Highlander sport utility vehicle (SUV), traveling north on on CR 581 (S. Pleasant Grove Rd.), just south of E. Amy Ln. in Inverness, FL, and crashed head-on into a 2012 Kia Optima sedan, while driving recklessly, passing several cars in a no-passing zone, seriously injuring himself and killing three women: Amalia Gomara, 62, of Dunnellon, FL; Nilda Cordovi, 85, of Pembroke Pinesd, FL; and Clara Adela Gorrin, 86, of Hialeah, FL. Several witnesses who were passengers inside vehicles that Sawhill passed, remained on scene and spoke with law enforcement.
SEE MUGSHOT Regina Cassie Ritter, 34, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon (no bond).
Robert Eugene Herr, 20, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly supended or revoked, first offense; and fleeing from or eluding law enforcement in a marked vehicle with lights and sirens activated and disregard for safety($5,500 bond).
