SEE MUGSHOT Catherine Michele Puzino, 29, of Inverness, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, charged with driving under the influence with property damage to another person ($1,000 bond). The crash occurred on State Rd. 44 and N. Tighe Dr. in Inverness, in which the driver, Ms. Puzino, crashed into a metal railing, causing approimately $1,000 in damage. The report stated that Ms. Puzino exhibited signs of impairment, but refused to submit to roadside sobriety testing and was taken into custody. She later submitted to breath alcohol testing, with results of 0.209 and 0.209 (the legal limit is 0.08).

Darrin Layton, Sr., 55, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested  on a Pinellas County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of driving under the influence (no bond).

Angelique Pauline Fitzpatrick, 37, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance wihout a prescription, and petit theft, a third or subsequent offense (no bond).    

SEE MUGSHOTS Jessie Freeman, 35, of Dunnellon, FL, and Michael Neil Samples, 32, formerly of Inglis, FL, but now stated to be homeless, were arrested at a gas station located at 7985 N. Citrus Ave. in Crystal River, FL, accused of stealing a 2003 Chevrolet two-door pickup truck from the parking lot of the Homosassa, FL Walmart store that contained a chrome 1911 hankgun in the glove box and 8 to 10 fishing poles and fishing tackle in the truck bed. The report stated that Ms. Freeman was driving a silver vehicle, which was spotted at the Walmart store during the theft incident, that she admitted guilt, but Mr. Samples did not. Although the truck was recovered, the handgun and the fishing equipment was not. Ms. Freeman was charged with 2 counts of theft of a motor vehicle and grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000 ($6,000 bond). Mr. Samples was charged with theft of a motor vehicle, grand theft of a firearm, and grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000 ($6,000 bond).

SEE MUGSHOT Maya Leann Eubanks, 41, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon (no bond).

Bart Curtis Chisholm, 33, of Inverness, FL, was issued a noticed to appear in court citation, charged with possession of drug parpahernalia.

David Lucian Landis, Jr., 31, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of resisting a law enforcement officer without violence (no bond).

Christopher Brian Franke, 29, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with petit theft with a previous theft conviction ($1,000 bond). Mr. Franke is accused of passing all points of sale at the Lecanto, FL Walmart store without paying for a sweatshirt he took with him that was valued at $24.88. The report stated that he was convicted on a charge of misdemeanor retail theft on Jan. 14, 2016.

Jonathan Andrew Wallace, 36, of Dunnallon, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation during a traffic stop at S. Lecanto Hwy. and Trail 16 in Lecanto, FL, charged with possession of cannabis less than 20 grams.

Kaley Grace Parrish, 19, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested in the 4000 block of W. Roadrunner Ct. in Homosassa, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond).

James Harold Lord, 42, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia ($4,000 bond).

SEE MUGSHOT Vanessa Ladawn Naylor, 32, of Hernando, FL, was charged with felony petit theft, with two or more previous theft convictions ($2,000 bond).

SEE MUGSHOT Wayne Anthony Raguseo, 51, of Inverness, FL, was charged with child abuse without causing great bodily harm ($4,000 bond).

Kimberly Rochelle Johnson, 43, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at her residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $750; and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).

Antoinette Civil Dietrich, 24, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on felony charges of driving with a revoked driver's license, and fleeing and eluding a law enforcement officer with disregard to persons or property (no bond).

SEE MUGSHOT Dane Michael Stracco, 51, of Hernando, FL, a passenger inside a vehicle during a traffic stop conducted at N. Carl G. Rose. Hwy. and N. Birch Ter. in Hernando, was found to be in possession of 23.8 grams of methamphetamine, 0.9 grams of marijuana, 0.6 grams of THC wax, a scale, and small baggies, after a K9 alerted to the presence of narcotics, and the vehicle was searched. Ms. Stracco was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, trafficking in greater than 14 grams of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($29,000 bond).

Avis Yvette Ware, 52, of Inverness, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

SEE MUGSHOT Rebecca Leigh Mowat, 34, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at her residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine (no bond). She was also charged with criminal use of personal identification information ($2,000 bond).

Corey Craig Horton, 33, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge (no bond).

Ryan John Dunn, 36, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at her residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of petit theft, a third or subsequent offense (no  bond).

SEE MUGSHOT Christopher Brian Franke, 29, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a concealed handcuff key, resisting an officer with violence, battery of a law enforcement officer, firefighter, EMS provider, or public transit employee; and possession of drug paraphernalia ($15,000 bond).
 
Christopher Michael Lanford, 31, of Ocala, FL, who was already incarcerated at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Marion County, FL warrant for two counts of felony petit theft (two or more previous theft convictions), with his bond set at $4,000.

Joseph Gerald Mingo, 31, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving while license suspended ($2.000 bond).

SEE MUGSHOT Troy Hilton Pittman, III, 34, of Inverness, FL, was charged with felony petit theft (two or more theft convictions) and burglary of an unoccupied structure ($7,000 bond).

SEE MUGSHOT Vonda Margaret Leighty, 26, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond). The arrest report stated that a deputy observed Ms. Leighty walking in the middle of the roadway on E. Buffalo Ln. in Hernando, and when he stopped to speak with her, he learned that she was in possession of approximately one gram of metamphetaimine.

SEE MUGSHOT Hayley Dawn Ross, 30, of Inverness, FL, was charged wih four counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of less than 20 grams of cannabis, and being an inmate at a state correctional facility in possession of contraband ($11,000 bond).

SEE MUGSHOT Jacob Earl Keefer, 21, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less ($500 bond). Mr. Keefer is accused of having household items from the Homosassa Walmart store, valued at $27.70, concealed on his person while he was sitting at the Dunkin Donuts restaurant at the front of the store.

SEE MUGSHOT April Albury Keller, 53, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

SEE MUGSHOT Justin S. Kowalik, 41, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop conducted on N. Lecanto Hwy., just north of W. Black Diamond Cir., due to his vehicle traveling 40 mph in a 20 mph speed zone. The report stated that Mr. Kowalik exhibited signs of impairment, and his breath alcohol levels were measured at 0.259 and 0.238 (the legal limit is 0.08). He was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, and driving while under the influence, third offense ($5,500 bond). 

SEE MUGSHOT Kyle Phillip Cole, 25, of Floral City, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop that was conducted because he was driving on the wrong side of the road and nearly struck a deputy head-on, according to his arrest report. The report also stated that Mr. Cole exhibited signs of impairment, and his breath alcohol test result was 0.341 (the legal limit is 0.08). He was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond).
