SEE MUGSHOT Carolyn Ausherman, 68, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 16, charged with fraudulently obtaining or swindling property valued under $20,000, and impersonating another person or fraudulently using the identification of another person without their consent. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance.
SEE MUGSHOTS Two Morriston, FL residents, Jamie Dale Brantley, 28, and Kyla Kay Wilcox, 29, were arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), Nov. 16, as the result of an incident that occurred in Bronson. According to the arrest reports, Mr. Brantley was driving a red Ford F150 truck, in pursuit of Ms. Wilcox, who was driving a white Cadillac. The two vehicles pulled up to the home of a LCSO deputy in the area of CR 337 and NE 60th St., and were told to leave, and as the vehicle drove away, the deputy heard what he reported sounded like gunshots. Another deputy conducted a traffic stop on the vehicles as they traveled on CR 337, toward Hwy. 27. Mr. Brantley told the deputy that he'd confronted Ms. Wilcox at a friend's house for taking his Cadillac, and he'd retreived his gun from the Cadillac. Ms. Wilcox told the deputy that Mr. Brantley had purchased the vehicle for her to drive back and forth to work, and she'd placed the tag of another vehicle on the Cadillac. During the altercation, she said, Mr. Brantley had tapped on the car window with the gun, and she'd taken off, in fear of her life, heading for the LCSO when she noticed the patrol vehicle at the deputy's house and stopped. Ms. Wilcox was found to be in possession of 2 grams of methamphetamine, 3 grams of marijuana, crushed up pills that were not identified, and numerous items of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Brantley was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, without intent to kill ($5,000 bond). Ms. Wilcox was charged with failure to register a motor vehicle, attaching a registration to a license plate not assigned to it, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, and possession of drug equipment ($22,000 bond).
Jimmy Lee Carr, 40, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 21, on an out of county warrant, with a cash only bond of $3,790.
SEE MUGSHOT Rebecca Ann Carter, 26, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by an unstated agency, Oct. 7, and transported to the Levy County Detention Burreau, Nov. 20, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment (no bond).
Christopher Harold Collins, 32, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 18, charged with driving while license suspended or revoked, and possession of drug equipment ($6,000 bond).
Felipe Dominguez-Fernandez, 62, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 18, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense ($1,000 bond).
Anthony Esquilin, 28, of Holiday, FL, was arrested by Officer Cochrane with an unstated agency, Nov. 12, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, Nov. 18, charged with probation violation (no bond).
