Tiki Albritton, 37, of Daytona Beach, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 4, on 3 counts of failure to appear in court ($6,000 bond), possession of cocaine ($15,000 bond), possession of drug paraphernalia advertise ($5,000 bond), possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (no bond), and possession of drug equipment (no bond).
Michael Artwich, 69, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 4, charged with aggravated battery of a person 65 years of age or older, and possession of a weapon on ammunition by a convicted felon (no bond).
Timothy William Bailey, 54, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 7, charged with driving under the influence ($2,500 bond).
Stephen Michael Baker, 29, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 3, when deputies went to a residence in the 18000 block of SE Butler Road in Inglis to locate another person on an arrest warrant. The other person was arrested, but deputies also found Mr. Baker, hiding in a closet, and learned that Baker had a Marion County, FL arrest warrant on a charge of grand theft. The report stated that Baker attempted to leave by way of a back door, but a deputy grabbed his wrist; however Baker broke away and ran outside. A deputy unsuccessfully attempted to strike Baker with his taser (a weapon that shoots stun darts), but a second deputy found Baker lying on the ground, and he was taken into custody. He was found to be in possession of 34 grams of methamphetamine. Baker was charged with resisting an officer without violence, trafficking in greater than 14 grams of methamphetamine, and possession of drug equipment (the bag that contained the drug), with his bond set at $60,500. No further mention was made of the Marion County warrant.
Caitlyn Michelle Boehm, 25, of Inverness, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 5, on an out of county warrant ($2,000 bond).
Tommy Dean Bowles, 39, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 2, on an out of county warrant. His cash bond was set at $1,177.
Gary Dewayne Brown, 51, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 6, charged with battery ($2,500 bond).
Jake Junior Bryant, 40, of Inverness, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 3, at a residence in the 18000 block of SE Butler Road in Inglis, on a Citrus County warrant (no bond).
Brandon Michael Cardwell, 30, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 5, charged with battery ($5,000 bond).
Jessica Elaine Cooper, 18, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 4, charged with battery. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance. According to the arrest report, the victim used to live at the residence where Ms. Cooper currently lives with a male roommate, and on the previous night, the victim had spent the night at the residence at the invitation of Ms. Cooper's roommate. The following morning as she was about to leave the residence, the victim told a deputy, Ms. Cooper took her to the ground and used her hand and knee to punch her head, and she called Levy County dispatch while she was running down the street, away from Ms. Cooper. The deputy reported that dispatch confirmed having heard the confrontation, and Ms. Cooper claimed that the victim had bit her arm, but he saw no mark there.
Wayne Joseph Drake, 54, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 4, on an out of county warrant ($12,000 bond).
Jeffery Deandre Hawkins, 37, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, Nov. 3, charged with fleeing from a police officer after being ordered to stop, possession of cocaine, and possession of drug equipment ($25,000 bond).
James Edwarde Hollriegel, 30, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 4, charged with felony battery (no bond).
Randy Nick Jordan, 53, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 2, charged with non support of a child, children, or spouse. His cash only bond was set at $1,000.
Dany Lee Kincaid, 34, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Dixie County, FL Sheriff's Office, Nov. 7, for failure to appear in court (no bond).
Crystal Marie Kirkland, 33, of Cross City, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 2, charged with 4 counts of failure to appear in court. Two of her bonds were set at none, one was set at $35,000, and the other was set at $2,000.

James Andrew Morris, 40, of Bell, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 6, charged with contempt of court due to violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence ($15,000 bond).

Geraldine Stover, 51, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Nov. 7, charged with a vehicle registration violation and disorderly public intoxication, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance. She was also charged with possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, with her bond set at $1,000.
Pamela Tucker, 55, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 5, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Isiah Valentine, 24, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 5, charged with battery ($5,000 bond).
Johnny Lee Welch, 41, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 2, charged with probation violation, with his bond set at none.
Kody Tyler West, 19, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 6, when deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 13000 block of SE 114th Place in Dunnellon, due to a residential alarm, and found two men at the rear of the property, one inside the fence whose name was redacted from the report, and the other, Mr. West, beyond the fence. The report stated that Mr. West dropped a bowl containing less than $50 of Bahamian coins when he saw the deputies. Both suspects admited that they did not live at the property. The unnamed suspect told a deputy that he was bored and instructed West to meet him at the house. He said he wanted to hang out inside the residence, which he believed was vacant, so he broke out the window with a limb, went inside the house by way of the window, then replaced the screen. He said they found the bowl of coins on the entertainment center, and when they heard the deputies arrive, exited the house through the back door, which deputies found ajar. He said, after West jumped the fence, he handed him the bowl of coins, and that is when the deputies located them. Both were taken into custody. West was charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, and petit theft of $100 or more but less tha $300 ($7,500 bond).
