SEE MUGSHOT  William Francis Burch, III, 47, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with burglary, and grand theft of $5,000 or more but less than $10,000 ($7,000 bond).

SEE MUGSHOT  Harold John Walsh, 52, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with lewd and lascivious molestation of a person under the age of 12 (no bond).

Nicole Ann Smith, 37, of Inverness, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond). The arrest was the result of an investigation into a complaint made about a suspicious person, later determined to be Ms. Smith, inside a vehicle at an unstated location. When a K9 made a positive alert on the vehicle, it was searched, and a deputy located a blue plastic sandwich type bag that contained methamphetamine residue.

Taiwan Bacome, 44, of Inverness, FL, was charged with domestic battery, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill (no bond).

Kevin Gunner Gulbrandsen, 32, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond) during a traffic stop conducted at N. Turkey Oak Dr. and W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Crystal River, due to a traffic infraction. The report stated that Mr. Gulbrandsen, the driver, smelled of alcohol, exhibited signs of impairment, and admitted to having consumed two alcoholic beverages, that he perfomred poorly on roadside sobriety testing, but refused to submit to breath alcohol testing.

Elvin M. Mendez, 26, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($5,000 bond). The report stated that a deputy conducting a security check at The Loft Bar & Grill, located at 10131 N. Citrus Ave. in Crystal River, found three men sitting inside a Ford pickup truck, and one of the men, Mr. Mendez, was found to be in possession of 0.56 gram of cocaine, 6.14 grams of cannabis, and a $10 bill and a small plastic bag that both tested positive for cocaine.

Juston Martin Boswell, 35, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

SEE MUGSHOT  Othello James Cleveland, 19, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested after Citrus County deputies were dispatched to an Inverness, FL business and were informed by witnesses, that during a verbal dispute, Cleveland had displayed several firearms, forced a person into his vehicle, and fired several rounds toward them as he drove away, but no one was injured. Deputies later located Mr. Cleveland at an Inverness residence. He was in possession of a firearm, and deputies located two other firearms at the residence. The press release stated that Mr. Cleveland admitted he'd displayed and discharged a firearm during an argument with the victims. He was charged with 1 count of firing a firearm from a vehicle within 1,000 feet of people, and 2 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($19,000 bond).

Leo Michael Wilkie, II, 33, of Inverness, FL, was charged with petit retail theft of more than $100, but less than $300 ($500 bond). Mr. Wilkie is accused of taking three items valued at $59.11 from the Walmarrt store, located at 2461 E. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Inverness, and leaving the without paying for the items, then driving away. Mr. Wilkie was located a short distance from the store and taken into custody. The incident was recorded on security video, the report stated.

David Carl Watson, Jr., 28, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Christopher Lee Armstrong, 35, of Inverness, FL, was charged with domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).

Kurt Matthew Freyman, 43, of Crystal River, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with trespassing. Mr. Freyman had been trespassed from the Crystal River Plaza, located in the 200-300 block area of N. Suncoast Blvd. (US 19) in Crystal River on July 17, 2020 and returned to the plaza, Nov. 8. The report stated that Mr. Freyman told the deputy that he needed to buy items at the Dollar Generl Store, located at 298 N. Suncoast Blvd. in the plaza, and went to the store because the thought he'd been trespassed only from the plaza's parking lot.

Christopher Jason Egbert, 36, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of failing to register a motor vehicle ($2,500 bond).

Reinaldo Castellano, 44, of Hernando, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Michael Allan Sturgell, 62, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon ($10,000 bond).

Michael Wayne Sexton, 53, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested by his probation officer for violation of his felony probation on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine (no bond). The report stated that Mr. Sexton 's urine specimen, on Nov. 8, tested positive for methamphetamine.

Derek Joel Lakadawalla, 18, of Crustal River, FL, was charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($5,000 bond).

Alexander Edward Gerber, 38, was charged with resisting an officer without violence, and possession of cannabis less than 20 grams ($2,000 bond).

SEE MUGSHOT  Benjamin Weston Cummings, 31, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with theft of a motor vehicle ($2,000 bond).

Veronica Kellie Meadows, 23, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine (no bond).

Constance Suzanne Louramore, 58, of Webster, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Sumter County, FL pickup order to revoke bond on charges of possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond), and a warrant for failure to appear in court on charges of possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).

Benjamin Henry Strickland, 55, of the Chazzahowitzka and Homosassa, FL area, already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of trespassing (no bond).

Robert Todd McCarthy, 36, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on an original charge of leaving the scene of a crash with property damage. He was also charged with failing to stop when ordered to stop by a law enforcement officer ($2,000 bond).
