Todd Wayne Bailey, 60, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop, conducted due to suspicion that the driver (Mr. Bailey) was impaired, at the Publix supermarket, located at W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Crystal River, FL, charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond). The report stated that Mr. Bailey smelled of alcohol, performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing, and refused to submit to breath alcohol testing.

Mark Vladimir Khokhlov, 34, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge.

SEE MUGSHOT Jonathan Gage Westerberg, 27, of Floral City, FL, was charged with felony retail theft $750 or more but less than $5,000 ($2,000 bond).

John Paul Mutch, 46, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked ($2,000 bond). 

Demond Tyrone Boykins, 40, of St. Petersburg, FL, an inmate at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was found to have and was arrested on a Highlands County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support, with his cash purge bond set at $1,500.

Hamon Johnny Miller, 50, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked, second offense ($2,000 bond).

Paul T. Morrison, 50, of Dunnellon, FL, turned himself in and was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of driving while license expired for longer then six months (no bond).

SEE MUGSHOT Dawn Marie Bodine, 47, of Dunnellon, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility on other charges, was arrested on a Marion County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of plea count one committing prostitution, and then released on her own recognizance.

Janet Susan Montgomery, 51, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond), after a deputy conducting a security check at the Citgo gas station, located at 7593 W. Grover Cleveland Blvd. in Homosassa, found her inside a running vehicle in the driver's seat, exhibiting signe of impairment. The report stated that Ms. Montgomery admitted she'd recently consumed alcohol at a bar, that she performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing, and her breath alcohol test results were 0.199 and 0.218 (the legal limit is 0.08).

Dominic Roland Thompson, 36, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked, a second or subsequent offense ($2,000 bond).

SEE MUGSHOT Tomas Muriel-Lozada, 53, of Beverly Hills, FL was arrested at his residence, charged with trespassing after warning ($500 bond) at the Lecanto, FL Walmart store. The report stated that on Nov. 5, 2020, Muriel-Lozada entered the store after having been trespassed from the store on Sept. 13, 2020, when a store asset protection officer, who suspected him of a possible theft, went outside the store to obtain a vehicle description and direction of travel for deputies, and was confronted by the suspect, who allegedly told him, "I'm going to come to your house. I’ll see you again." 

Jonathan David Rafaniello, 36, of Inverness, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Robert William Johnson, 60, of Beverly Hills, FL, who was already an inmate at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was found to have was a Citrus County, FL warrant and was arrested on the warrant for driving while license knowingly suspended of revoked, a second or subsequent offense ($2,000 bond).

SEE MUGSHOT Wayne Joseph Drake, 54, of Inglis, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, and grand theft of $740 or more but less than $5,000 ($12,000 bond). He was transported from the Levy County Detention Bureau in Bronson, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

SEE MUGSHOT Jake Junior Bryant, II, 40, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on 2 Citrus County, FL warrants: one for failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges of failure to register a motor vehicle, and driving while license suspended or revoked, second offense (no bond); and the other for driving while license suspended or revoked, second or subsequent offense (no bond). He was transported from the Levy County Detention Bureau in Bronson, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Joseph Edward Moore, 49, of Inverness, FL, turned himself in and was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for trespassing ($500 bond).

Tyler James Tambasco, 19, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with possession of a controlles substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Bamela Jo Roddenberry, 45, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a warrant for driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($500 bond).

Blake D'Brell Kirkland, 34, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Pinellas County, FL writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support, with his cash purge bond set at $550.

Steven Daniel Tyson, 21, of Lakeland, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($4,000 bond).

SEE MUGSHOT Matthew Nathan Barnes, 24, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with battery of a person 65 years of age or older, and domestic battery (no bond).

Gilbert Witchel, 53, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with battery.

Taiwan Bacome, 44, of Inverness, was arrested at a W. Foxhill Ln., Homosassa, FL residence on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug parraphernalia (no bond).

Sean Joseph O'Brien, IV, 45, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for petit theft of $100 or more but less than $750 ($1,000 bond).

Edward James Bennis, 22, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

Jonathan Brian Bagon, 35, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).

Domenic Shane Roberts, 20, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).

Joseph Anthony Diehm, Jr., 42, of Inverness, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Amanda Nicole Provost, 26, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($6,000 bond).

Domenic Shane Roberts, 20, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($13,000 bond).

SEE MUGSHOT Brian Christopher Curry, Sr., 39, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with burglary of a structure, burglary of a residence, petit theft of $100 or more but less then $750, and petit theft of less than $100 ($17,000 bond).

SEE MUGSHOT Daniel Elias Irizarry Ballagas, 39, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with exposure of sexual organs and burglary of an occupied residence ($16,000 bond). On Sept. 12, 2020, Mr. Ballagas is accused of entering a residence, uninvited, and going into the bedroom of a juvenile girl, who was home alone, and exposing himself to her.

SEE MUGSHOT Steven Richard Ball, Jr., 54, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Sarasota County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charged of prostitution ($2,000 bond).

Tracy John Liepke, Jr., 31, of Hernando, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. The report stated that a deputy was dispatched to a location of the 4000 block of N. Lecanto Hwy. in Beverly Hills to trespass a person (later determined to be Angela Marie Mathews) whom deputies located rummaging through a garbage dumpster on S. Melbourne St. with Mr. Liepke, who was found to be in possession of a smoking pipe that tested positive for methamphetamine.

Angela Marie Mathews, 50, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with trespassing ($1,000 bond), after a complaint was received of a woman trespassing on a property located in the 4000 block of N. Lecanto Hwy. in Beverly Hills. Ms. Mathews, who met the description of the trespasser, was found nearby, rummaging through a dumpster on S. Melbourne St.
