Karen Gale Moore, 47, of Inverness, FL, was charged with driving while license permanently revoked, driving under the influence, fourth or subsequent offense; and refusing to submit to testing ($10,500 bond). A Florida Highway Patrol trooper and a Florida Wildlife Commission officer were directing traffic on W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. (at W. Old Citrus Rd.) in Lecanto, FL, when a sports utility vehicle, driven by Ms. Moore, attempted to travel around several vehicles that were stopped in the northbound lanes. The officers smelled alcohol on Ms. Moore's breath and noticed other signs of impairment, the report stated, and she admitted she'd consumed a shot of a White Russian alcoholic drink, but stated that she was not drunk. She performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing, according to the report, and later refused to submit to breath alcohol testing. She has 6 previous arrests and 4 convictions for driving under the influence, the report stated.

Thomas Odis Bonnell, 38, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence, driving under the influence, and fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pusuit in a marked vehicle with lights and sirens activated, along with another unspecified charge, with his combined bonds set at $14,000.

Jason Edward Daykin, 45, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender ($2,000 bond).

Ryan Anthony MacDonald, 34, of Hernando, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less.

Jill Renee Rhoads, 54, of Inverness, FL, was charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000 ($2,000 bond).

Robert Matthew Smith, 23, of New Port Richey, FL, was charged with hindering, delaying or preventing communication, to a law enforcement officer or judge, information relating to an offense or violation of probation ($5,000 bond), felony domestic battery by strngulation (no bond), and false imprisonment ($5,000 bond).

Nicholas Rangel Ferran, 21, was issued a notice to appear in court citation for allowing minors to use alcohol or drugs at an open house party.

Ty Roland Bradford, Jr., 19, of Inverness, FL, was charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).

Dawn Marie Bodine, 47, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested at her residence on a Lake County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $300 ($2,000 bond).

Amanda Nicole Provost, 26, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance, and 1 count of drug trafficking ($29,000 bond).

Angela Kay Seaton, 39, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Justin Newton Fuller, 40, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Brenton Bowdrie Vinson, 29, of Dade City, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop in Inverness, FL, that was conducted due to the driver, Mr. Vinson, not wearing a seatbelt. Mr. Vinson, whose driver's license had been cancelled, was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and a smoking pipe that tested positive for methamphetamnine. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving while license suspended, cancelled or revoked as an habitual traffic offender, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($8,000 bond).

Mark Allen Stacey, 51, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).

John Christopher Frazier, Jr., 27, of Inverness, was charged with trafficking or endeavoring to traffic in stolen property.

Randy John Knox, 38, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County warrant for placing a vessel's hull registration number on another vessel ($2,000 bond).

Ryan Keith Riggs, 34, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction by contacting the petitioner by phone or other communication, and violation of an injunction by going to or being within 500 feet of the petitioner's residence, school, or place of employment, etc. (no bond).

Gregory Kurt Thaler, II, 26, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of knowingly driving while license suspended or revoked (no bond).

Lisa Gail Mattson, 50, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Sarah Lee Justin, 31, of Floral City, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence, and trespassing ($2,000 bond).

Miranda Nicole Riggins, 40, of Dunnellon, FL, turned herself in at the Citrus County Sheriff's Office Warrants Division and was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charage of leaving the scene of a crash with property damage ($2,000 bond).

Michael Ray McClelland, Jr., 31, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County warrant for violation of probation on an original charge of criminal mischief - damaging property (no bond).

Nicholas Rory Havens, 18, of Hernando, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Tommy Dean Bowles, Jr., 39, of Inglis, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County writ of bodily attachment for failure to pay child support, with his cash purge bond set at $1,177. He was transported from the Levy County Detention Bureau in Bronson, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Johny Ramon Lopez, 37, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at his residence on 2 Citrus County warrants, each for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked, with his combined bonds set at $4,000. 

Ronald Jack Taylor, 47, of Floral City, FL, was arrested at the intersection of E. Gobbler Dr. and S. Bass Ter. in Floral City, on a Citrus County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked ($2,000 bond).

Jason Dakota Bovee, 25, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.

Alyssa Marie Stocklin, 28, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
