Daniel Elias Irizarry Ballagas, 39, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County warrant for 2 counts of violation of misdemeanor probation (both for criminal mischief), with his bond set at none.
Marianne Moralis Leato, 47, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at her residence on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of battery ($1,905 bond).
Ravene Lavone Coby, 31, of Kernersville, NC, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).
Bobby Ishmel Hayslip, 70, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence, driving under the influence with property damage, and driving under the influence ($3,000 bond). He's accused of crashing his vehicle into a red Chevrolet Camaro and a white GMC Yukon at the intersection of N. Suncoast Blvd. and W. Venable St. in Crystal River, refusing to submit to roadside sobriety testing, and then pulling awy from two deputies when they attempted to take him into custody. The report stated that his breath alcohol test results were 0.195 and 0.197 (the legal limit is 0.08).
Pamela Olga Storms, 45, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with failure to report vacating or relocating her residence within 48 hours as required of a sex offender ($5,000 bond). She was also arrested on 2 counts of violation of misdemeanor probation.
Robert Hager, 51, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with burglary of an unoccupied structure, criminal mischief of $200 or less, and grand theft of $750 or more but less than $5,000 ($7,500 bond).
Abraham E. Ellis, 58, of Crystal River, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with trespassing at the Crystal River Plaza, located at 304 N. Suncoast Blvd. in Crystal River.
Angela Kay Seaton, 39, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop that was conducted due to a vehicle failing to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of S. Hanburg Ter and W. Cardinal St. in Homosassa. The driver, Ms. Seaton, was found to be in possession of 0.4 gram of heroin and 23.4 grams of methamphetamine. She was charged with possession of heroin, and trafficking in methamphetamine ($27,000 bond).
Andrew Robert Kluth, 27, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at a residence in the 6000 block of W. Fox Ln. in Crystal River, on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).
Christopher Joshua McKeown, 32, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at S. MacArthur Ter. and W. Homosassa Trail in Homosassa, on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of having a license plate attached to a vehicle not assigned to it. He was released on his own recognizance.
Terry Wayne Higgins, 48, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with burglary of a conveyance, and grand theft of $750 or more but less than $5,000 ($7,000 bond).
John Patrick McGahen, 30, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked ($2,000 bond).
Jennifer Elizabeth Castillo, 44, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on original charges of driving under the influence with one prior offense, and driving while license suspended or revoked (no bond).
Matthew Kyle Thweatt, 31, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for 2 counts of violation of probation on original charges of battery and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).
Tiffany Renee Durham, 27, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, and leaving the scene of a crash involving damage to property ($2,000 bond). She was transported from the Levy County Detention Bureau in Bronson, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.
Matthew James McKeown, 34, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with felony petit theft (two or more theft convictions), with his bond set at $2,000. He's accused of entering the Homosassa, FL Walmart store with no items in hand, and leaving the store with a backpack filled with merchandise. The report stated that the value of the stolen backpack and other items totalled $113.54.
Cody Lane Nelson, 18, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, first offense ($500 bond).
Todd Robert Patterson, 41, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a writ of bodily attachment in the amount of $785 for failure to pay child support (cash purge of $785 bond) and failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended, a second or subsequent offense (release on his own recognizance bond).
Daniel Lee Benoit, 21, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on 2 warrants, each for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge, with his combined bonds set at $4,000.
Danny Joseph Suggs, 67, of Hernando, FL, was arrested at his residence, on a Citrus County warrant for using a check or debit card with insufficient funds ($1,000 bond).
William Lee Gamble, Jr., 43, of Inverness, FL, was arrested after a deputy attempted to conduct a traffic stop due to Mr. Gamble, the driver, failing to come to a complete stop at a stop sign while turning onto N. Florida Ave. from E. Kelley Ct. in Inverness. The arrest report stated that Mr. Gamble drove away recklessly, for a short distance, before stopping his truck in the back yard of an E. Kelley Ct. residence, and running into a wooded area. When deputies attempted to take him into custody, the report stated, Gamble kicked at them. He was found to be in possession of 3 smoking pipes that all tested positive for marijuana. Gamble was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense; resisting an officer with violence, possession of drug paraphernalia, and fleeing from a law enforcement officer in a marked vehicle with lights and sirens activated with disregard for safety ($18,000 bond).
Dustin Lee Allender, 36, of Inverness, FL, an inmate at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was found to have an outstanding Sumter County, FL warrant, and was arrested on the warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of knowingly driving while license suspended or revoked (no bond).

Joshua Dean Conover, 27, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested during an unrelated call for service at a S. Stanley Ter., Homosassa residence, on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of petit theft (no bond).
Roy William Bustrin, 60, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with property damage, and leaving the scene of a traffic crash with property damage ($3,000 bond). Mr. Bustrin is accused of crashing into the rear of a 2007 Ford F-150 pickup truck, causing approximately $1,000 in damages, as it slowed to turn into the Los Magueyes restaurant, located at 3887 N. Lecanto Hwy. in Beverly Hills, then leaving the scene of the crash, but returning a short time later with the explanation that he'd delivered items he'd picked up at the Lowe's Home Improvement store. Although Mr. Bustrin exhibited signs of impairment and smelled of alcohol, the arrest report stated, he declined to submit to alcohol testing.
Jaci Gayle McArthur, 25, of Morriston, FL, was charged with 4 counts of possession of a controlled sunstance ($8,000 bond).
Larry Raye Scott, Jr., 33, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled sunstance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; and possession of drug parpahernalia ($8,000 bond).
Clarence Steven Prescott, 55, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of parole.
Kenneth Anthony Davis, 55, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested after a Dunnellon resident reported that a stranger, later identified as Davis, went inside his unlocked home into a bedroom, closed the door behind him, then exited the bedroom and walked through the house into the back yard. The resident said that Davis damaged items on his patio, ripped up plants and threw potted plants, damaged the fencing when he left the back yard, and then re-entered his home. The deputy reported that Davis smelled of cannabis, and first appeared confused, but then ran toward the deputy making unintelligible statements, and the deputy deployed his taser, striking Davis in the chest. The report stated that Davis began screaming about demons and ran inside a shed, and the deputy pulled Davis out of the shed while Davis kicked the deputy. When the deputy took Davis into custody, he was found to be in possession of cannabis and a smoking pipe that tested positive for cannabis. He was charged with burglary of an occupied residence, criminal mischief of $200 or less, resisting an officer with violence, battery of a law enforcement officer, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($27,500 bond).
Jasmine Marie Lockard, 25, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,000 bond).
Brent Thomas Spicer, 42, of Floral City, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third offense plus a conviction; attaching a tag to a vehicle not assigned to it, and theft of a motor vehicle ($4,500 bond).
George Enoch Moon, 31, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($7,000 bond).

William Raymond Graham, Jr., 37, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with aggravated battery - intentionally causing great bodily harm, permanent disability, or disfigurement; and domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).
Charles Michael Clifford, 37, of Homosassa, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with possession of cannabis less than 20 grams. During a traffic stop on US 19 at W. Cornflower Dr. in Crystal River, due to traveling 70 mph in a 55 mph speed zone, Mr. Clifford, the driver, was found to be in possession of 0.81 gram of cannabis. Mr. Clifford told the deputy that he has a medical marijuana card, but didn't have it with him, the report stated.
Kenneth David Personette, 34, of Dunnellon, FL, was chargeed with retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750 ($500 bond).
Noah Keith Bevins, 39, of Inglis, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended ($1,000 bond). At 3:54 am, a traffic stop was conducted on a 2008 green Mercury sport utility vehicle driven by Mr. Bevins, due to the license plate being expired, as of August 2020. Mr. Bevins told the deputy that he was aware that his license had been suspended, the report stated.
Crystal Nadine Rollen, 31, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested in the 600 block of NE U.S. Hwy. 19 in Crystal River, on a Marion County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked ($1,000 bond).
Ashlee Weynona Hamilton, 37, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of felony probation (no bond).
