Levy County Detention Bureau, Bronson, Florida

Sydney Allen, 22, of Silver Springs, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), Oct. 28, when deputies served a search warrant at the 91 NE 131st Terrace, Williston, FL residence of 50 year-old Michael J. Harvey. A report stated that Ms. Allen, who had 3 Levy County warrants for felony probation violation, was found hiding inside of a box spring mattress set in a northeast bedroom. According to LCSO Lt. Scott Tummond, when deputies placed the mattress set against the wall, deputies found Allen inside the mattress, hanging upside-down, requiring the help of deputie to free her. Inside the box spring set, deputies also located 5 grams of MDMA ("Molly"), 0.1 gram of methamphetamine, and a syringe with needle that contained a liquid substance and blood. Ms. Allen was charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($15,000 bond), possession of drug equipment ($5,000 bond), and 3 counts of probation violation (no bond).

Deontre Leron Baker, 21, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 27. The arrest report stated, that shortly after the victim's vehicle was burglarized, Mr. Baker was viewed on video surveillance, attempting to use the victim's credit cards. The report also stated that two attempts had been made, Oct. 20, to use the victim's stolen credit card to place an order with GSL Technology, Inc., and although the purchase was unsuccessful, the billing and shipping addresses were captured. Mr. Baker was charged with armed burglary, first degree petit theft, possession of a stolen credit card, and probation violation (no bond).
 
Lawrence Leron Baker, 41, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 27, charged with obstructing law enforcement personnel attempting to execute a search warrant ($10,000 bond).

Alan Dean Bivens, 38, of Chiefland, FL was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Oct. 31, charged with battery. He was released on his own recognizance.

Christina Margret Bostick, 34, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 29, charged with 2 counts of battery ($2,000 bond).

Jerry Dean Boyd, 52, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 30, charged with fleeing from a law enforcement officer at a high rate of speed, resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($40,000 bond).

Karina Rose Carroll, 20, of Cross City, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Oct. 30, charged with knowingly driving while license suspended or revoked, possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug equipment ($20,000 bond).

Kash Allen Carver, 49, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 31, charged with fleeing from a law enforcement officer with patrol vehicle's lights and sirens activated, and driving while license suspended as an habitual offender ($40,000 bond).

Qua'dre Dixon, 20, of Jacksonville, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 23, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Marvin Dunmore, 34, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 24, charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon ($100,000 bond).

Tiffany Renee Durham, 37, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 24, on 2 out of county warrants ($2,000 bond).

Braxton Epps, 27, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, Oct. 31, charged with battery. He was released on his own recognizance.

Anna Gonzalez, 29, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 28, when deputies arrived at the 91 NE  131st Terrace, Williston residence of 50 year-old Michael J. Harvey with a search warrant. She was charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($35,000 bond).

Wannell Guyton, Jr., 30, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 26, charged with domestic battery by strangulation ($100,000 bond), possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted Florida felon (no bond), possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (no bond), trafficking in cocaine greater that 28 grams but less than 150 kg. (no bond); and obstruction of justice by tampering in a first degree felony proceeding ($50,000 bond). 

Michael J. Harvey, 50, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 28, when the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Narcotics Unit and Criminal Investigations Division arrived at Mr. Harvey's 91 NE 131st Terrace, Williston residence to serve a felony drug warrant, and later, a search warrant. Mr. Harvey was located in a bedroom where syringes with needles  and a spoon with drug residue were found on the dresser. He was charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, 2 counts of possession of drug equipment, and 1 count of keeping a residence for the use of dangerous drugs (a subsequent violation). His bond was set at $28,500.

Jason Fredrick Heuck, 37, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Oct. 27, on an out of county warrant ($5,000 bond).

Edward Hines, 26, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 27, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Tami Lynn Lincul, 42, of Citra, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 29, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Jaramie Allen Mapes, 33, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Probation Department, Oct. 27, charged wih probation violation (no bond).

Justin Markgraf, 36, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 30, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Chris Charles McGee, 54, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Cedar Key Police Department, Oct. 26, charged with violating a condition of pre-trial release for domestic violence.

Angel Manuel Mercado, 37, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 27, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Cornelius Pitts, 44, of Deland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 1, on an out of county warrant. His cash-only bond was set at $370.

Casey Andrew Popp, 31, of Belleview, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 28, when deputies served a search warrant at the 91 NE 131st Terrace, Williston, FL residence of 50 year-old Michael J. Harvey. Popp was charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($20,000 bond).

Tommy Lee Porter, 74, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 26, charged with failing to register as a sexual predator within 24 hours, and failing to report vacating permanent residency as a sexual predator ($100,000 bond).

Charles Anthony Sermons, 42, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 26, charged with battery, and resisting or obstructing a law enforcement officer without violence ($50,000 bond).

Jason D. Shelton, 39, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 27, charged with failure to register a motor vehicle, and driving while license suspended, first offense ($4,000 bond).

Jonathan Ray Slaughter, 33, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 28, when deputies arrived at the 91 NE 131st Terrace, Williston residence of 50 year-old Michael J. Harvey with a search warrant. When deputies arrived, Mr. Slaughter was asleep, inside of a bedroom, where deputies found 3 diabetic syringes, one with 30 units of methamphetamine, one that had been used and one that had not been used; along with several pieces of crystalline methamphetamine. Slaughter was charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($20,000 bond).

Mark Isaiah Smith, 31, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 27, charged with battery, and child abuse without causing great bodily harm ($50,000 bond).

Zachary Tyler Smith, 32, of Duncanville, AL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 28, after a suspicious vehicle was reported at a vacant residence in the 16000 block of SW Airport Rd. in Cedary Key, FL. The report stated that the residence was in "complete disarray," with damages estimated at $20,000. The report stated that windows were broken, blinds were hanging outside of windows, a television set had been thrown outside, numerous household items were outside on all four sides of the house, items were hanging off the roof, a chair was stuck in an open window, and a mattress covered the air conditining unit. An electric meter had to be replaced because it had been damaged by an object (believed to be a lamp) that had been thrown at it. Furniture was turned over, a table top had fire damage, and coffee grounds had been thrown inside the house. Two people reported that Smith had attempted to fight them. Mr. Smith told deputies that he doesn't remember what happened, but he was supposed to meet family members in Panama City, FL. He said he takes Adderall (stimulant drug) for ADHD, which he sometimes abuses but had not taken for several days. A family member told deputies that she'd dropped off Smith in Marianna, FL, Oct. 22, and when she last spoke with him he was talking crazy, so she knew he was abusing his pills, which causes him to become paranoid and hallucinate. Smith was charged with criminal mischief of $1,000 or more, and burglary ($65,000 bond).

Shane Michael Styers, 27, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 28, when deputies arrived at the 91 NE  131st Terrace, Williston residence of 50 year-old Michael J. Harvey with a search warrant. Mr. Styers was located in a bedroom with a woman (Angela McCole, who was not arrested). The report stated, that on a bedside stand, a syringe with needle was in plain view, and Mr. Styers was found to have a felony arrest warrant from Marion County, FL. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($20,000 bond). He was also arrested on 2 out of county warrants (no bond).

Dottie Mae Wesley, 68, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 28, charged with battery, and aggravated battey using a deadly weapon ($55,000 bond).

Michael Lee Wooten, 46, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 1, charged with battery, and obstruction of justice by tampering in a first degree felony proceeding (no bond).
