Free Covid-19 testing, Homosassa Library, Nov. 8, 9:00 am-4:00 pm

Homosassa, Florida - According to Audrey Stasko, Public Information Officer with Florida Health, Citrus County, the State of Florida is offering a no cost, one-day testing for COVID-19 in Homosassa, Florida, via a mobile tessting lab bus that will be parked in the parking lot of the Homosassa Public Library, located at 4100 S. Grandmarch Ave., on Sunday, Nov. 8 from 9:00 am until 4:00 pm.

The walk-up/drive-thru test site will be available at no cost, on a first come, first served basis for Florida residents with or without symptoms. Identification is required for adults. There is no age requirement.

Testing will be done using a nasopharyngeal (nasal) swab. The people who obtain testing will be notified of the test results, by phone or email, within two days of the test.
