Crystal River Man arrested after trespassing & exposing himself to deputies

On July 8, at 9:05 pm, Joan Morales, 43, of Crystal River, was arrested by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office, after deputies were dispatched to Strickland Funeral Home, located at 1901 SE U.S. Hwy. 19 in Crystal River, with the complaint of a trespassing.

When deputies arrived on scene, the arrest report stated, Mr. Morales walked toward them while hitting himself with his fists, both of which were balled up, and he then unbuckled his pants, pulled them and his underewear down, grabbed his penis with his right hand, and began shaking it while yelling at the deputies in Spanish.

Morales then pulled up his pants, the repport stated,  and began walking toward the deputies in an aggressive manner, refusing to stop as ordered, and on of the deputies subdued him by the use of his taser gun (electric shock weapon).

After Mr. Morales was evaluated by emergency medical services, he was placed under arrest, charged with resisting law enforcement without violence, and exposure of his sexual organs ($2,000 bond).
