Julius Michael Horvath, Jr., 36, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at W. Roosevelt Blvd. and N. Chickasaw Way in Beverly Hills, on a Citrus Couny warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an oriinal charge of driving while license suspended or revoked (no bond).

Michele Irene Autenrieth, 52, of Inverness, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop (conducted at the Beverly Hills Cleaners, located at 2181 N. Lecanto Hwy. in Lecanto, FL), driving a 2014 GMC Savannah U-Haul box truck, reported as stolen, that had been leased by Ms. Autenrieth from Signs Fast U-Haul Rental, located at 625 South U.S. Highway 41, in Inverness, on Sept. 20, 2020, but not returned on Sept. 29, 2020, when the lease expired. The arrest report stated, that according to an interview, Ms. Autenrieth was aware of her contractual obligation, but  had no intention of returning the truck. She was charged with failing to return hired or leased property with intent to defraud ($2,000 bond).

Prema Benson, 39, of Floral City, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detentin Facility, was charged with violation of Bay County, FL felony sex offender probation (no bond). He was also charged with failing to report vacating or relocating his residence, as a sex offender, within 48 hours, as required by law ($5,000 bond).

Christopher John Colon, 36, of Citrus Springs, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of felony probation.

Wayne Lamont Wilkins, 38, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for 3 counts of sexual battery of a physically helpless victim between the ages of 12 and 18 (no bond). He was transported from the Suffolk County Correctional Facility in Riverhead, New York to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Ryan Patrick Groom, 32, of Floral City, FL, was arrested in the 2400 block of N. Florida Ave., in Hernando, FL, on 2 Citrus County warrants for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked ($7,000 combined bond).

Jonathan Thomas ("J.T.") Cooper, 33, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning ($500 bond). The report stated that Mr. Cooper was taken into custody when he returned to the Walmart store, located at 6885 S. Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa, when he'd been trespassed from the store on March 23, 2020.

Jeanine Marie Digiovanni, 41, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on an Alachua County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($276 cash-only bond).

Corey Dalton Maynard, 29, of Jennings, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for petit teft of less than $100 ($500 bond).

Krystal Dawn Rose, 34, of Hernando, FL, was charged with battery of a person 65 years of age or older ($2,000 bond).

Eric Robert Channing, 30, of Inverness, FL, was arrested in the 200 block of N. Apopla Ave. in Inverness, on a Pinellas County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of petit theft ($2,013 bond).

Mariah Destiny Jouvert, 23, of Hernando, FL, was charged with petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $750 ($1,000 bond).

Shawn Everett Dillon, 45, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond), which placed him in violation of his Citrus County probation for possession of cocaine, so he was additionally charged with violation of felony probation (no bond).

Justin Maurice Taylor, 36, of Hudson, FL, was arrested at the Ridge View Apartments, located in the 800 block of SE 8th Ave. in Crystal River, FL, on a Citrus County warrant for trafficking or endeavoring to traffic in stolen property, and giving false verification of ownership or false identification to a pawnbroker ($4,000 bond). Upon his arrest, Mr. Taylor was found to be in possession of a syringe, a smoking pipe, and 1.34 grams of cocaine, so he was additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Robert Gary Seward, Jr., 40, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County writ of bodily attachment in the amount of $870, for failure to pay child support, with his bond set at a cash purge of $870.

Rhonda Renee Ridley, 49, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested as a fugitive from justice on an out of state warrant (no bond).
 
Leanna Marie Callahan, 39, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine (no bond).

Ronald James Meadows, 46, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested as the suspect of a burglary to the Elegant Pelican restaurant, located at 7395 W. Pinebrook St. in Crystal River, FL, that was reported to the Citrus County Sheriff's office, Oct. 21. Items reported stolen included a karaoke machine and speakers, several electronic tablets and a computer. The stolen items were valued between $3,000 to $4,000. Entry was made by prying a hasp and lock off an exterior door. A ceiling tile was also broken out during entry into the office. Although the stolen computer accessed the security cameras, the surveillance video had been uploaded to the cloud. A deputy and a witness both identified Mr. Meadows as the suspect in the video surveillance. He was taken into custody at his residence, charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000; criminal mischief of $200 or less, and being armed with a dangerous weapon (machete) during the commission of a burglary ($27,500 bond). He was also charged with 2 counts of violation of his felony probation for grand theft (no bond).

Christopher Mathew O'Bry, 30, of Inglis, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County misdemeanor warrant for violation of probation on an original charge of petit theft (no bond).

Cody Lyle Greenwell, 23, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of driving while license suspended or revoked ($505 bond).

Michael Angelo Perez, 41, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of driving under the influence (no bond).

Robert James Perreault, 49, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with hindering, delaying or preventing communication, to a law enforcement officer or judge, information relating to an offense or violation of probation ($5,000 bond), and felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).

Constance Suzanne Louramore, 58, of Webster, FL, a rear seat passenger inside a vehicle during a traffic stop conducted at E. Bushnell Rd. and S. Steeves Pt. in Floral City, FL, gave an incorrect name and date of birth to a deputy, the report stated, because she had "multiple" Sumter County, FL arrest warrants, and she then walked away from the deputy who was speaking with her. She was charged with falsely identifying herself to a law enforcement officer, and resisting an officer without violence ($6,000 bond). No further mention was made in the arrest report regarding the outstanding arrest warrants.

Leslie Evon Benfield, 42, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).

Chase Elliott McClelland, 30, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at the Circle K store located at 817 South U.S. Hwy. 41 in Inverness, on a Marion County, FL warrant for battery (no bond).

Janet Lynda Ryan, 50, of  Inverness, FL, was arrrested at her residence on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, and battery. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance.

Corey James Ross, 29, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of probation on an original charge of possession of alprazolam (no bond).

James Richard Medina, 48, of Tampa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation of an original charge of petit theft. He was transported from the Hernando County Jail in Brooksville, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Barbara Jean Rose, 45, of New Port Richey, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation on an original charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Her bond was set at none. She was transported from the Pasco County Jail in Land O Lakes, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

John Patrick McGahen, 30, of Dunnellon FL, was arrested on two warrants: aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without inent to kill ($2,000 bond), and failure to appear in court. He was additionally charged with resisting an officer without violence ($500 bond).

Tyler Owen Sexton, 20, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at E. Ming Ct. and S. Golddust Ter. in Inverness, on a Sumter County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of having no motor vehicle registration ($513 bond).

Christina Melissa Hamilton, 30, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at N. Rock Crusher Rd. and W. Mango Ln in Crystal River, on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).

Matthew Edgar Todd  Horne, 33, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation on original charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, and possession of heroin (no bond).

Jason James Moshier, 34, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with aggravated battery (intentionally causing great bodily harm, permanent disability, or disfigurement), with his bond set at $5,000. The arrest report stated that Mr. Moshier, according to numerous witnesses, struck a man while at a residence in the 6000 block of W. Orange Ln. in Crystal River. Citrus County deputies arrived at the residence to find the male victim unconscious, bleeding from his head. The victim eventually regained consciousness, the report stated, but had memory loss related to being unconscious, and an x-ray report from Ocala Regional Medical Center in Ocala, FL showed he'd suffered multiple facial fractures.

Scott Robert Miller, 30, of Hernando, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).

Seth Allan Risner, 18, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop as the suspect in an incident that occurred about 9:22 pm, Oct. 27. The video from the victim's Ring doorbell security camera showed a man, later determined to be Mr. Risner, obscuring his face with a white t-shirt that he eventually removed from his face, ripping out a Ring doorbell security camera from it's wall mount, rendering it inoperable. During the traffic stop later in the evening, Risner and his clothing matched that of the suspect shown in the victim's security video. He was charged with burglary, criminal mischief of $200 or less, and petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $750 ($11,500 bond).
