Terry Wayne Higgins, 48, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at the Taco Bell restaurant, located at 555 NE U.S. Hwy. 19 in Crystal River, as a fugitive from justice on a Jefferson County, AL warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of receiving stolen property (no bond).

Frank Meyer, 60, of Floral City, FL, was charged with battery of a perrson 65 years of age or older ($2,000 bond), and domestic battery (no bond).

Jesse Thomas Martin, 34, of Floral City, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of resisting a law enforcement officer without violence (no bond).

Charlene Elaine Frazier, 42, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of possession of drug parpahernalia (no bond).

Joseph Stanley Shoemaker, 52, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia ($5,000 bond).

James Morgan Ault, 29, of Inverness, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence ($500 bond).

Timothy William Lachenmayer, 51, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($1,000 bond).

Mark Anthony Rhodes, 53, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended, second offense (no bond).

Heather Marie Hapney, 32, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested at her residence on a Polk County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of petit theft, first offense ($2,000 bond).

Deanna Catheryn Wallace, 54, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of petit theft (no bond). She was transported from the Levy County Jail in Bronson, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.

Shyla Lynn Solar, 43, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond), and domestic battery (no bond).

Melinda Denise Edwards, 29, of Inverness, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning ($1,000 bond).

John Allen Rambuski, 69, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, charged with driving under the influence ($500 bond). The report stated that a Citrus County deputy, driving behind a motorcycle on W. Citrus Springs. Blvd. in Citrus Springs, FL, noticed that the passenger was leaning from side to side as though she may be in danger of falling from the motorcycle, so he slowed down for her safety, and when he rounded a curve in the roadway, he saw the motorcycle's tail light flashing, the woman passenger lying on the ground, and the driver, Mr. Rambuski, rendering aid. The report stated that Mr. Rambuski admitted he'd consumed 4 beers, he performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing, and his breath alcohol test results were 0.136 and 0.142 (the legal limit is 0.08). The condition of the female passenger was not addressed in the report.

Corey Craig Horton, 33, of Floral City, FL, was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender ($2,000 bond).

Joshawa Cameron Colvin, 19, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with theft of a motor vehicle ($2,000 bond). The arrest report stated that a deputy was answering a call for service to a residence located in the 9500 block of E. Oak Ct. in Floral City, where the deputy observed Mr. Colvin taking a large speaker from a 1999 white two-door Toyota Solara car - that had been reported stolen in Hernando County, FL - and taking the speaker inside the house.

Krista Nicole Pierce, 21, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($2,500 bond).

Christopher Jackson Lee, 40, of Floral City, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).

Jennifer Elizabeth Castillo, 44, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with 2 counts of violation of an injunction for protection against domestic violence (no bond).

Robert William Johnson, 60, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop on Beverly Hills Blvd. in Beverly Hills, charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third offense with a previous conviction ($2,000 bond).

Joseph William Martin, 27, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation on original charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of methylphenidate (no bond).

Nissa Dawn Gaskins, 45, of Floral City, FL, was charged with falsely reporting a crime to a law enforcement officer ($1,000 bond). The report stated that Ms. Gaskins reported that her vehicle had been stolen the previous night, about 10:00 pm, along with items inside it that included approximately 20 pieces of jewelry valued at $4,483, and a handgun valued at $700. She told a deputy that she'd had several attempted breakins at her residence, but she had no suspects in mind. Upon further questioning, the report stated, Ms. Gaskins told the deputy that she'd crashed her vehicle and admitted that the theft report was false.

Debora Alajane Iverson, 57, of Floral city, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction by going to or being within 500 feet of the petitioner's residence, school, or place of employment, etc. (no bond).

Zachary Scott Gregory, 45, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of his State of Florida parole for original offenses of aggravated child abuse and domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).

Christopher Edward Pearson, 29, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond). The report stated that a complaint was made regarding a verbal altercation between several people at a Beverly Hills residence and Mr. Pearson, who was allegedly high on heroin, and he fled from a deputy who was attempting to evaluate his mental status.

Benjamin Drew Rhodes, 34, of Hernando, FL, was charged with aggravated battery of a pregnant victim (no bond).

Angelique Pauline Fitzpatrick, 37, of Floral City, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop conducted at Mossy Oak Dr. and Old Floral City Rd. in Inverness, due to Ms. Fitzpatrick allegedly running a stop sign at at E. Highland Blvd. and U.S. Hwy. 41. She was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended, first offense ($500 bond).
