Ryan Elison Barr, 40, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Oct. 20, charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine) with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; and possession of drug equipment.
Marlow Bowers, 28, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 22, charged with criminal mischief - damaging property in the amount of $1,000 or more. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance.
Donna Boyd, 38, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct.19, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($35,000 bond).
Dustin Aloysius Brooke, 36, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 24, during a traffic stop of a red Ford Focus, at E. Cason Blvd. and US 19 in Inglis, due to the vehicle having black-tinted head and tail lights. Mr. Brooke, the driver, told the deputy that he was enroute to the auto parts store to purchase mineral spirits to get rid of the black tinting. When the deputy learned that Mr. Brooke's license had been suspended, he was placed under arrest. Inside the vehicle, the deputy reported, he located a pistol case that contained a loaded 0.22-caliber Ruger pistol with a laser sight and an extra magazine, other 0.22-caliber ammunition, a partially smoked marijuana cigarette, "copious amounts of jewelry," and a blue ceramic container that tested positive for methamphetamine residue. The report stated that Brooke has 12 previous felony convictions, so he was charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon, in addition to driving while license suspended as an habitual offender, along with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, and possession of drug equipment ($65,000 bond).
Christopher Miles Cannon, 32 of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office during a traffic stop, Oct. 22, as the result of an investigation into shots being fired at a residence located south of Chiefland, FL. He was charged with driving while license suspended as an habitual offender ($15,000 bond), and probation violation (no bond).
Arthur Hall Carrozza, 39, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Cedar Key Police Department, Oct. 24, charged with driving under the influence ($10,000 bond).
Marac Allen Cole, 40, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 20, charged with probation violation (no bond).
John Theodore Creal, 55, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 19, charged with failing to register as a sex offender as required by law ($100,000 bond).
George J. Dilts, 48, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 21, in the 2200 block of SE 147th Ave. in Morriston, on a Levy County warrant for grand theft of $300 or more, but less than $5,000 ($10,000 bond).
Paige Maxine Dreyfuss, 27, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 21, on an out of county warrant (no bond).
Davie Lee Ellison, 21, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 21, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Brian Wilson Evans, 47, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, Oct. 21, charged with battery ($1,000 bond).
Jessica Ann Gleason, 34, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Oct. 19, charged with driving under the influence. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance.
Jerry Gasper Gore, 41, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 25, charged with contempt of court by violating an injunction by stalking (no bond).
Hinton Hodge, 52, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Dixie County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 18, and booked into the Levy County Jail, Oct. 20, charged with failure to appear in court ($5,000 bond).
William Luther Hodson, 29, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 21, charged with 3 counts of lewd and lascivious molestation, 1 count of sexual battery by a person in familial or custodial authority, and 1 count of child abuse ($1,500,000 bond).

Tommie ("Yogi") Durrell Neal, 35, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 22, accused of firing shots, earlier in the day, into a residence located south of Chiefland and at a vehicle parked at the residence. Mr. Neal allegedly confronted two residents in an unsuccessful attempt to obtain money for the illegal sale of drugs, and fired the shots after being forced out of the residence. He was charged with aggravated assault with a firearm, firing into a dwelling, 2 counts of possession of a firearm or ammunition by a convicted felon, criminal mischief, and burglary of a dwelling (no bond).
Ra'shard Dwight Newberry, 32, of Jacksonville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 24, on an out of county warrant (no bond).
Christopher Matthew O'Bry, 30, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 24, on an out of county warrant (no bond).
Rachel Nicole Olier, 35, of Candler, NC, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Oct. 21, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell or deliver, possession of a Schedule II hallucinogen with intent to sell or deliver, possession of marijuana greater than 20 grams, possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, and possession of drug equipment ($8,000 bond).
Torrance Tyrone Pitts, 50, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 20, charged with probation violation (no bond).
