John Graydon Pendergast, 35, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at his residence on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked, second offense (no bond).
Michael James Massey, 31, of Hernando, FL, was arrested at the intersection of N. Branding Iron Way and E. Cart Lane in Inverness, FL, on 2 Citrus County warrants: one for failure to appear in court on charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, second offense; and having an attached registered license plate attached to a vehicle not assigned to it (no bond), and the other for failure to appear in court on original charges of driving while license suspended or revoked, second offense; having an attached registered license plate attached to a vehicle not assigned to it, and failing to register a motor vehicle (no bond).
Jason David Sherman, 46, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop conducted at 116 N. Florida Ave. in Inverness, FL, due to a blue Kia car failing to stay within a single traffic lane. Mr. Sherman, the driver, was found to be in possession of two suboxone strips, that were located inside his wallet, and he was charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond).
Joseph Paul Golish, 30, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).
Trissie Rose Stewart, 42. of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with resisting an officer with violence, and battery of a law enforcement officer, firefighter, medical services provider, or public transit employee ($10,000 bond); and domestic battery (no bond).
George J. Reider, 63, of Hernando, FL, was charged with driving under the influence, fourth or subsequent offense; and driving under the influence with property damage ($11,000 bond). Mr. Reider is accused of running a stop sign and crashing into a maroon Toyota pickup truck at the intersection of NE 10th St. and NE 5th Ave. in Crystal River. His arrest report stated that he exhibited signs of impairment, and his breath alcohol test results were 0.126 and 0.119 (greater than the legal limit of 0.08).
(SEE PHOTO) Andrew Lynn Martin, 24, of Inverness, FL, was charged with child neglect with great bodily harm, aggravated child abuse, and manslaughter - causing the death of a person under the age 18 by culpable negligence (no bond). A press release stated that a medical emergency was reported, and emergency medical services and deputies with the Citrus County Sheriff's Office arrived at the location to find Mr. Martin performing CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) on his 3 month-old infant son, who was transported to Citrus Memorial Hospital in Inverness, where he wss pronounced deceased. The medical examiner found that the infant's death was caused by numerous blunt force injuries. According to the press release, Mr. Martin admitted he'd been alone with the infant for several hours prior to his death, and he detailed several of his actions that would have resulted in injuries to the infant.
Randy Earl Duff, 39, of Ocala, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of felony probation on an original charge of 2 counts of simple battery (no bond).
John Clayton Thomas, 38, of Florida, was charged with retail petit theft or more than $100, but less than $750 ($500 bond).
Bryan Michael Rodriguez Soto, 18, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000 ($2,000 bond).
Theodore Gene Benfield, 44, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of possession of cannabis less than 20 grams (no bond).
Matthew Steve Williams, 36, of Inverness, FL, was charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).
Joseph Anthony Castellano, 33, of Hernando, FL, was arrested at N. Elkcam Blvd. and W. Deltona Blvd in Citrus Springs, FL, on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).
(SEE PHOTO) Robert Quinton Williams, 38, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on numerous charges, when a deputy observed a silver SUV fail to come to a complete stop at a stop sign at Claymore St. and Old Floral City Rd. in Inverness, FL. The report stated that a deputy activated the emergency lights on his patrol vehicle, but instead of stopping, the driver, Mr. Williams, traveled behind a business and traveled onto Hwy. 41 South at a high rate of speed. Another deputy observed an object being tossed from the driver's side window, at the intersection of S. World Way and S. Rainbow Dr., than was later found to be a Keltec firearm and a baggie that contained 54 grams of methamphatamine. The pursuit continued until the vehicle came to a stop in the front yard of 6046 E. Glencoe St. The report stated that Mr. Williams' front passenger was Barbara Wise. Deputies found a black zippered pouch in Mr. Williams' back left pocket that contained 3 grams of methamphetamine and 2 grams of heroin. The report stated that Williams' driver's license had been revoked in 2011, with 7 previous convictions for driving while license suspended, and he had several guilty convictions, the most recent on March 2, 2015. Williams was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a firearm while committing a crime, possession of a controlled substance, driving while license revoked as an habitual traffic offender, fleeing from law enforcement, trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with evidence ($87,000 bond).

Tyler David Cote, 29, of Inverness, FL, turned himself in, at the Citrus County Detention Facility, and was arrrested on a Citrus County warrant for grand theft of $5,000 or more, but less than $10,000 ($2,000 bond).
Thomas Alvin Hall, Jr., 28, of Inverness, FL, was charged with violating an injunction for protection against domestic violance (no bond).
Dakota Lee Tedder, 30, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at his residence on a warrant by the Florida Commission on Offender Review, for violation of parole on charges of felony driving while license suspended, revoked, cancelled, or disqualified; possession of a controlled substance, burglary of a structure or conveyance as an habitual offender, and grand theft as an habitual offender (no bond).
Alexis Nicole Spaulding, 25, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).
Paul Joseph Wall, 40, of Dunnellon, FL, was arresed at his residence on a Citrus County warrant for fleeing from a law enforcement officer after being ordered to stop ($5,000 bond). He was later arrested on a second Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation on an original charge of burglary of a structure or conveyance (no bond).
Robert William Ballard, 26, of Floral City, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

Jennifer Lee Loftus, 35, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).
(SEE PHOTO) Angela Marie Evanoski, 40, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with 1 count of scheme to defraud less than $300, 3 counts of uttering a forged bill, and 3 counts of obtaining food with the intent to defraud ($8,500 bond). Ms. Evanoski is accused of obtaining food at three restaurants, Oct. 22, and attempting to pay with a counterfiet $100 bill, then fleeing when she was told the money was conterfeit. The restaurants were the Old Mill Tavern, located at 10465 W. Yulee Dr. in Homosassa, FL; Lollygaggers Sports Pub & Grill, located at 744 SE U.S. Highway 19 in Crystal River; and Marguerita Grill, located at 10200 W. Halls River Rd. in, Homosassa. The Citrus County Sheriff's Office issued a BOLO (Be On the LookOut) for Ms. Evanoski, the arrest report stated, and the Old Milll Tavern posted surveillance of the incident on social media websites. When Ms. Evanoski entered the bar at the Bella Oasis Hotel, located at 4076 S Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa, about 10:29 pm, the bar manager recognized Ms. Evanoski from Old Mill Tavern's security surveillance and contacted the CCSO.
Victor Manuel Higuera, 45, of Riviera Beach, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of probation on an original charge of possession of hydrocodone. He was transported from the Palm Beach County Jail in W. Palm Beach, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.
Michelle Marie Porter, 28, of Ocklawaha, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for credit card fraud ($2,000 bond). She was transported from the Homestead Corrrectional Institution in Homestead, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.
(SEE PHOTO) John Allen Irwin, 27, of Floral City, FL, was charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000; hindering communication to a law enforcement officer, and burglary with battery ($32,000 combined bond), and domestic battery (no bond). The victim told deputies that a relative of Mr. Irwin came to her residence and wanted to pick up items that belonged to him, and they'd gotten into an argument. The victim said that Mr. Irwin, armed with a baseball bat and accompanied by two friends, later entered her home with force. She said Irwin demanded his possessions and money. She said they got into a fight, during which she attempted to call fro help, but Mr. Irwin grabbed her by her throat and threw her into a wall and then onto the floor. She said she blacked out, and when she came to, Irwin was rummaging through her belongings and took several items from her home: a laptop computer, Motorola cell phone, Samsung Galaxy cell phone, a wallet that contained her driver's license and debit card, and a wooden flag. She said she tried to stop Irwin when he attempted to take an urn that contained the ashes of her deceased son, and he grabbed her arm, slung her onto the floor, and left in a white vehicle, with its trunk open. The deputy reported that the victim had redness to her neck, a bruise to one arm and a laceration to the other arm, the doorframe to the victim's front door was broken, and there was blood on the wall, all consistent with what the victim said had occurred. Mr. Irwin was located at his home and taken into custody,
Theodore Robert Sharp, 32, III, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop that was conducted in Crystal River due to the vehicle weaving in and out of traffic lanes. The report stated that the driver, Mr. Sharp, threw a black bag that contained drugs and drug paraphernalia from the vehicle onto SE Kings Bay Dr. when he turned into the Bank of Anerica parking lot for the traffic stop. Mr. Sharp was found to be in possession of 0.73 gram of heroin, 2 suboxone films, 2 alprazolam pills, 2.18 grams of cannabis, 4.3 grams of methamphetamine, 3 glass pipes, a scale, and clear plastic baggies. He was charged with 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance; possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver (methamphetamine); driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with evidence ($20,000 bond).
Veronica Marie Sorenson, 35, of Floral City, FL, was charged with possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance. The report stated that a deputy detained her for a pedestrian violation, walking with traffic, while she was walking in the 8300 block of S. Great Oaks Dr. in Floral City. She was found to be in possession of 0.14 gram of cannabis and an injection needle that tested positive for methamphetamine.
Wayne Howard Gaskill, 53, of Homosassa, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third offense with a previous conviction ($1,000 bond).
