Levy County Jail, Bronson, Florida

Robert Barton, 27, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Marion County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 13, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense; and possession of drug equipment, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance. He was also arrested on an out of county warrant, with his cash bond set at $99.

Rexford Lee Batten, 36, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office during a traffic stop, Oct. 16, at 9931 NE State Road 24 in Archer, FL, accused of attempting to pay for his food order with a counterfeit $50 bill at the Bronson Subway restaurant, Oct. 6. The clerk told a deputy that the bill looked and felt odd, and it tested as counterfeit. The clerk told the deputy that Mr. Batten, a former classmate, had several other $50 bills in his wallet. She said that he went to the parking lot and returned with a $20 that he used to pay for his food. Upon his arrest, Batten was found to be in possession of 0.1 ml of liquid methamphetamine and 2 baggies that contained crystal methamphetamine, and "an adundance" of baggies commonly used for packaging drugs, the report stated. Batten was charged with passing a counterfeit bill, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($40,000 bond). 

Ashton Lee Beecher, 31, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office. Oct. 13, charged with  driving while license suspended, third or subsequent offense; and possession of drug equipment ($6,000 bond).

Maressa Bowers, 33, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 14, charged with battery, second or subsequent offense, with her bond set at credit for time served.

Jessica Lynn Clarke, 36, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 16, charged with withholding support of child or spouse ($2,197 cash bond).

William Jason Feliciano, 44, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 13, charged with driving under the influence, third offense; and driving under the influence with property damage ($45,000 bond).

Keniuel Jamara Gates, 45, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, Oct. 17, charged with disturbing the peace, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.

Tyree K. Gibson, 24, of Fairfield, AL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 16, charged with possession of marijuana greater than 20 grams, and possession of drug equipment ($1,000 bond).

Aaron Gonnelli, 30, of Lady Lake, FL, was arrested by a Sgt. O'Connor with an unspecified agency, Sept. 27, and booked into the Levy County Jail, Oct. 13, on charges of possession of marijuana less than 20 grams, and possession of drug equipment ($3,000 bond).

Tekoa Haynes, 43, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 14, charged with fleeing from a law enforcemen or failing to obey an order to stop ($10,000 bond).

Joseh Hertelendy, 78, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 12, charged with failing to register as a sex offender as required by law ($50,000 bond).

Rashonda Lyvette Hooper, 19, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Oct. 17, charged with battery, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance.

Douglas Robert Jones, 34, of Fort White, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Oct. 12, charged with disorderly public intoxication ($1,000 bond).

Neyolanda Kaham, 37, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 14, charged with interfering with the custody of a minor or incompetent person (no bond).

Anthony Knight, 54, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 15, charged with sale of methamphetamine, and sale of opium or an opium derivative, a Schedule I or II controlled substance ($15,000 bond).

Thomas Matthew Lamb, 23, of Fanning Springs, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Oct. 14, charged with operating a motorcycle without a license, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.

Michael Solomon Lambert, 37, of Tampa, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 13, charged with trespassing, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.

David Wardell Lewis, 39, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 15, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Justin David Markgraf, 36, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 16, charged with battery ($15,000 bond). The arrest report stated, about 10:08 pm, a deputy attempted to make a wellbeing check on a woman at a SE 216th Ave., Morriston residence, but the deputy was informed that the woman had gone to Ocala, FL with Mr. Markgraf. At 10:25 pm, the deputy was informed by the Marion County Sheriff's Office that the woman had returned to the residence. The deputy returned to the residence and noticed a mark on the left side of the woman's frehead, that she said she'd gotten during an argument with Mr. Markgraf, the previous evening, when he grabbed her left shoulder, spun her around, and pushed her into the side of a door. Mr. Markgraf told the deputy that he didn't know how the woman had received the injury, that he hadn't touched her.

Tyler David Medeiros, 27, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 17, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Juanita Nicole Milligan, 39, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 17, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Jeffrey Carl Mills, 38, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Oct. 15, charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle ($500 bond).

James John Mizell, 53, of New Port Richey, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 16, charged with driving while license suspended, third or subsequent offense ($15,000 bond).

Ashley Parkhouse, 34, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 15, charged with sale of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and introducing contraband into a detention facility ($15,000 bond), and possession of drug equipment (release on her own recognizance bond).

Jesse Dean Schisler, 35, of Florida, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 17, on an out of county warrant ($2,500 bond).

Kay Lynn Secord, 49, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Oct. 15, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence, and disorderly public intoxication, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance.

Donna Lorraine Smith, 49, of Groveland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 14, charged with battery ($5,000 bond).

John Summerhill, 57, of Florida, was arrested by the Alachua County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 12, and booked into the Levy County Jail, Oct. 13, on a charge of nonsupport of a child or spouse, with credit for time served and a bond set at $100.

James Ray Uhlig, 55, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 13, on an out of county warrant ($1,000 bond).

John Frederick Vandriel, 56, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 16, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Matthew Richard Walker, 32, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 13, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of equipment used to manufacture or transport drugs ($20,000 bond).

Stephen Werley, 37, of Perry, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Oct. 15, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Phillip Jemario Young, 32, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by Officer Justin Register of an unspecified agency, July 25, 2020, and booked into the Levy County Jail, Oct. 13, on two counts of probation violation (no bond).
