COVID-19 in the U.S.: (was 7,059,087 cases, 204,033 deaths and 311,102 cases reported within the last 7 days) and now is 8,028,332 cases, 217,918 deaths and 387,022 cases reported within the last 7 days. These numbers include 55 U.S. jurisdictions (the 50 states, the District of Columbia, Guam, Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
COVID-19 WORLDWIDE: (was 33,224,403 cases, 8,675,222 that are active, 1,000,709 deaths, and 24,549,181 who have recovered) and now is 39,805,682 cases, 10,013, 169 that are active, 1,112,200 deaths, and 29,792, 513 who have recovered.
COVID-19 in FLORIDA: (was 700,564 cases, 43,533 hospitalizations, and 14,032 deaths) and now is 752,481 total cases, 46,976 resident hospitalizations, and 16,118 deaths.
COVID-19 in LEVY COUNTY: (was 1,035 cases, 80 hospitalizations and 9 deaths) and now is 1,100 cases, 86 hospitalizations, and 97 deaths.
COVID-19 in CITRUS COUNTY: (was 2,745 cases, 286 hospitalizations and 103 deaths) and now is 3,030 cases, 312 hospitalizations and 126 deaths.
COVID-18 in MARION COUNTY: (was 9,708 cases, 940 hospitalizations and 288 deaths) and now is 10,416 cases, 1,030 hospitalizations and 334 deaths.
According to the Florida Department of Health (FDOH) in regard to COVID-19, the elderly and those with underlying medical problems like high blood pressure, heart problems and diabetes are more likely to develop serious illness.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Wash your hands often with soap and water – 20 seconds or longer or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Practice social distancing. If you are around other people, keep 6 feet between you when possible. Avoid hugs, handshakes, large gatherings and close quarters.
Wear a face mask when around others or in public. To test the efficiancy of your mask: If you can blow out a candle while wearing your mask, you should find a more effective mask (additional layers of fabric or add a filter).

People with COVID-19 have reported a wide range of symptoms reported, ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2 to 14 days after exposure to the virus.

•Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
•Fatigue
•Muscle or body aches
•Headache
•New loss of taste or smell
•Sore throat
•Congestion or runny nose
