Lance Allan Chamberlain, 32, of Invernsss, FL, was arrested at Potts Preserve, located at 2988 N. Hooty Pt. in Inverness, on two Sumter County, FL warrants, each for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked, second offense ($4,000 bond).
Richard Eugene Herod, 38, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with driving under the influence with damage to the property of another, and leaving the scene of a crash with property damage ($1,000 bond).
Jesse Thomas Martin, 34, of Floral City, FL, was charged with felony battery (committing battery with a previous battery conviction), with his bond set at none.
Kimberly Diane Williams, 56, of Beverly Hills, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750, and then released on her own recognizance. The report stated, that while using the self checkout area of the Lecanto, FL Walmart store, Ms. Williams is accused of - on 54 items in her shopping cart - placing some of the items into shopping bags without scanning them, or scanning the bar code of a less expensive item for a more expensive item, which resulted in a loss to the store of $381.29. The report stated that Ms. Williams was visably upset, apologized to the deputy and told him that she'd never done anything like that before.

Benjamin Wade Burdick, 53, and Catilynkyrie Anastashia Gonzalez Burdick, 29, were arrested under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, when a search warrant was executed at their 3766 S. Susan Pt., Inverness residence, as the result of a multi-agency yearlong investigation into the sale of counterfeit controlled substance over the internet. Mr. Burdick was arrested on 13 charges and Ms. Burdick was arrested on 11 charges, with their bonds each set at none.
Justin Nicholas Katchmer, 30, of Beverly Hills, FL was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with petit retail theft of $100 or less. He was released on his own recognizance. He's accused of failing to scan and pay for merchandise in the amount of $36.64 at the Inverness, Walmart store self checkout.
Iris Mariselle Gonzalez-Hawkins, 31, of Beverly Hills, FL was issued a notice to appear in court citation, charged with petit retail theft. She was released on her own recognizance. She's accused of failing to scan and pay for merchandise in the amount of $136.45 at the Inverness, Walmart store self checkout.
Charles Rowland Bray, 63, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with trespassing after warning ($1,000 bond).
Jonathan Randall Gordon, 25, of Inverness, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus Count Detention Facility, was arrested on a Pasco County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge related to non-resident requirements for a driver's license, with his bond set at none. However, he was held on the unrelated charges of his previous arrest.

Brian Christopher Curry, Sr., 39, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation ($755 bond).
Marcus Eric Sawyer, 44, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Lake County, FL warrant for felony battery (committing battery with a previous battery conviction), with his bond set at none.
Shawn Michael Votino, 25, of Inverness, FL, was charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000; trafficking or endeavoring to traffic in stolen property, and giving false verification of ownership or false identification to a pawnbroker ($9,000 bond).
Nicole Danielle Raymond, 50, of Inverness, FL, who was already an inmate at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for introduction of contraband (drugs or narcotics) into a detention facility ($500 bond).
Craig Andrew Walker, 42, of Brooksville, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County, FL warrant for driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, first offense; aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, and fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pursuit in a marked vehicle with lights and sirens activated ($10,500 bond). He was transported from the Dixie County Jail in Cross City, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.
William Jackson Wilsey, 32, of Crystal River, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on 3 Levy County warrants for failure to appear in court on the following charges: trespassing ($2,000 bond), battery ($20,000 bond) and trespassing ($20,000 bond).
Gaige Scott Holdaway, 31, of Hernando, FL, was arrested at Plaza Chrysler Dodge, located at 2077 Highway 44 West in Inverness, FL, on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia ($305 bond).

Tommy Glenn Dees, Sr., 52, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with familial or custodial sexual battery of a person underthe age of 18, a capital felony (no bond), lewd or lascivious molestation of a person under the age of 12 (no bond), and second degree lewd and lascivious exhibition ($5,000 bond). According to a press release, during an interview, Mr. Dees confirmed the allegations made against him by the 4 year-old victim, while the child was in his care. The release also stated that Dees is a registered sexual offender due to a 2016 conviction for child pornography.
Douglas Edward Dickerson, II, 41, of Inverness, FL, who was already incarcerated at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of driving under the influence (no bond).
Brandy Nicole Maulden, 42, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of a control substance ($2,000 bond). During a traffic stop (due to a trailer hitch obstructing the view of the license plate) of a teal colored truck on S. Withlapopka Dr. in Floral City, FL, Ms. Maudlen, a passenger inside the truck, was found to be in possession of 1.0 gram of methamphetamine, which was located inside her backpack.
Randall Earl Williams, 30, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). During a traffic stop that was conducted at the intersection of W. Rochelle St. and S. Utech Ter, in Homosassa, due to a deputy initially being unable to see the Arkansas license plate of a white Chevrolet pickup truck, Mr. Williams, the driver, was found to be in possession of 0.4 gram of methamphetamine and a syringe, which were found inside his left pants pocket.

Antawan Laron Murphy, 38, of Melbourne, FL, was charged with possssion of a controlled substance, driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, resisting an officer without violence, and fleeing from a law enforcement officer in a marked vehicle with sirens and lights activated ($5,500 bond).
Mary Cathleen Donahue, 55, of Inverness, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).
Cody James Melvin, 45, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of probation, on original charges of two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).
Davon Donell Edouard, 18, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of cannabis less than 20 grams ($3,000 bond).
Michael Paul Sullivan, 34, of Trenton, FL, was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender ($5,000 bond).
Casey Ray Hardy, 31, of Floral City, FL, was arrested, at Stately Oaks Dr. in Inverness, FL, on a Citrus County warrant for knowingly discharging a firearm in a public place or roadway, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($2,500 bond).
Kevin Douglas Smith, 38, of Hernando, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violance ($1,000 bond) when a deputy, aware that he was wanted on a Citrus County arrest warrant, spotted him sitting in the passenger seat of a gray truck parked at the Circle K convenience store in Hernando, FL. When the deputy called out his name, the report stated, Smith took off running east, across N. Carl G. Rose. Hwy., in an attempt to avoid capture. However, the deputy was able to take him into custody and arrested him on the warrant - for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of driving while license suspended with one or more previous offenses ($1,255 bond).
Anthony Ryan Lolly, 33, of Homosasssa, FL, turned himself in at the Citrus County Sheriff's Office Warrants Division on 3 Citrus County warrants: 1 warrant for failure to appear in court for violating shellfish laws ($2,000 bond), and 2 warrants for failure to appear in court for harvesting oysters less then 3 inches in diameter ($6,000 bond).
Amanda Lavona McElmurray, 29, of Homosassas, FL, was arrested at her residence on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation on original charges of possession of cocaine, and possession of clonazepam (no bond).
Donna Jean Gobin, 62, of Floral City, FL, turned herself in at the Citrus County Sheriff's Office Warrants Division and was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor common law offense ($2,000 bond).
Tara Lynn Meinen, 37, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested on 3 Citrus County warrants for violation of felony probation (one for possession of methamphetamine, one for possession of alprazolam, and the other for possession of cannabis wax resin) with her bond set at none. She was transported from the Alachua County Jail in Gainesville, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.
Chasity Cheyann Pressley, 25, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation on an original charge of introducing contraband into a detention facility (no bond).
Jonathan Michael Wayte, 35, of Bushnell, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for trespassing (no bond), and transported from the Sumter County Jail in Bushnell, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.
Lawrence Steven Kauffman, 53, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for contracting without a license ($1,000 bond).
Justice Michael Brantley, 21, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).
Daniel Elias Irizarry Ballagas, 39, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with criminal mischief of $200 or less ($500 bond).
Brandon Francisco Virgen, 23, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested on a Cirus County warrant for violation of probation on original charges of aggravated assault with a firearm, and discharging a firearm in public from a vehicle (no bond).
Eric Joseph Daugherty, 38, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with trespassing ($1,000 bond).
David Michael Casch, 36, of Morristown, TN, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patroll, charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond). The arrest occurred during a traffic stop in Crystal River, about 1:15 am, when a trooper observed Mr. Casch failing to maintain a single lane while driving south on US 19 in Crystal River, FL, near W. Ozello Trail. The report stated that Mr. Casch performed poorly on roadside sobriety testing, and his breath alcohol test results were 0.153 and 0.146 (greater than the legal limit of 0.08).
