Teresa Lynn Peavy, 46, of Hernando, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($1,000 bond).
Gerald Edgar Rock, 36, of Inverness, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less ($500 bond) when a deputy was dispatched to the Inverness, FL Walmart store to conduct an urgent wellbeing check on a man, later identified as Mr. Rock, who was slumped over in a wheelchair in the store's vestibule. The deputy reported that Mr. Rock was clutching a silver smoking pipe in his right hand, and he was also in possession of a single peach in a plastic produce bag. The deputy reported that Mr. Rock awakened and accused the deputy of harrassing him and stated that he wanted to contact his attorney. The store's loss prevention officer told the deputy that the store's surveilance showed Mr. Rock taking the peach from the produce department and passing all points of sale without paying for it.
Roderick Dashaun Smith, 32, of Inverness, FL, was charged with operating a vehicle without a valid driver's license ($500 bond).
Nikhaila Samone Mills, 24, of Lecanto, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($4,000 bond). The report stated that a deputy found Ms. Mills asleep inside her vehicle at the RaceTrac gas station in Lecanto, FL, and she was found to be in possession of two folded pieces of aluminum foil that contained heroin, cannabis that was located inside the ashtray and a burned straw found on her lap that the report stated was apparently used as drug paraphernalia.
Jessica Renee Yates, 30, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of possession of drug paraphernalia ($355 bond).
Katelyn Marissa Rodriguez, 25, of Hernando, FL, was charged with battery ($1,000 bond).

Breianna Lee Hodges, 21, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at N Suncoast Blvd, and W. Riverwood Dr. in Crystal River, on a Levy County, FL warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked ($2,000 bond).
John Edward Jenkins, 49, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on N. Barbour St. in Beverly Hills, FL, on a Citrus County warrant for violation of probation on a misdemeanor charge of battery (no bond).
John Wesley Evans, 64, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge off possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond). He was transported from the Marion County Jail in Ocala, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.
Cody John Brunner, 28, of Floral City, FL, formerly of Inglis, FL and Dunnellon, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of grand theft of a motor vehicle (no bond). He was transported from the Pasco County Jail in Land O Lakes, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.
Andy Ray Hale, 53, of Floral City, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop that was conducted when a deputy saw him driving a vehicle without wearing his seatbelt. He was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked (no bond) with three previous convictions of the same charge, on Sept. 17, 2020, March 14, 2017, and April 8, 2002.
Noe Barton Bali, 28, of Invernes, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).
Damien Michael Shade, 19, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($500 bond).
During a traffic stop conducted at W. Cardinal St. and W. Lima Ave. in Homosassa, FL, about 12:20 am, due to an inoperable tag light, two people were arrested: Casandra Brooke Hallmark, 29, of Homosassa, was charged with possession of cannabis less than 20 grams ($1,000 bond). Kaley Grace Parrish, 19, also of Homosassa, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond), due to her being in possession of a plastic bag that tested positive for methamphetamine residue.

Solomon Jedidiah Cummings, 46, of Floral City, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction by going to or being within 500 feet of petitioner's residence, school, or place of emplyment, etc. ($1,000 bond).
Zachary Scott Gregory, 45, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with violation of an injunction for protection against domestic violence (no bond).
Jonathan Randall Gordon, 25, of Inverness, FL, was charged with failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of resiisting an officer without violence ($513 bond).
Robert Nye Davis, 67, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving under the influence with damage to another person's property (the rear bumper of a gray Dodge Ram 2500 truck) after a traffic crash on W. Cardinal St. at S. Gross Ave, in Homosassa, and a Florida Highway Patrol trooper determined that Mr. Davis was under the influence of alcohol. The report stated that Mr. Davis' beige Buick had heavy front end damage.
Two people were arrested at 8:19, pm, during a traffic stop that was conducted on a vehicle traveling north on S. Lecanto Hwy. (CR 491) in Lecanto, FL, due to the vehicle having an inoperable headlamp and a heavy window tint. Ryan Michael Smith, 37, of Homosassa, FL, the rear seat passennger, was found to be in possession of 10.33 grams of methamphetamine, 8.12 grams of cannabis, and a glass smoking pipe that contained methamphetamine residue; he was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($4,000 bond). Jason Wayne McGaha, 44, of Crystal River, FL, the front seat passenger, was found to be in possession of 2.7 grams of methamphetamine; he was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Sandra May Reed, 69, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).
Kyle Jessie Martin, 23, of Crystal River, FL, who was already in custody at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested on a Marion County, FL warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation on an original charge of domestic battery (no bond).
Cameryn David Holloway, 20, of Bellview, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation on an original charge of possession of cannabis with intent to sell (no bond). He was transported from the Lake County Jail in Tavares, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.
Rhonda Renee Ridley, 49, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon (no bond).
Nicholas Rory Havens, 18, of Hernando, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence, theft of a motor vehicle, fleeing from a law enforcement officer in a marked vehicle with lights and sirens activated with disregard for safety, and burglary of an occupied residence ($23,000 bond).
Anthony Richard Griswold, 40, of Citrus Springs, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and 1 count of possession of marijuana less than 20 grams (no bond).
