Levy County Jail, Bronson, Florida

Jerry Lee Alexander, 60, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by Officer J. Ambrose with an unspecified agency, Oct. 7, charged with with driving with a permanently revoked driver's license ($25,000 bond).

Nancy Barton, 52, of Fanning Springs, FL, was arrested by the Gilchrist County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 8, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Rebecca Ann Carter, 26, of Floral City, FL, was arrested by an unspecified agency, Oct. 7, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia ($12,000 bond).

Savannah Salome Cooper-Epps, 32, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 10, on an out of county warrant ($2,000 bond).

Devontre Terrell Dallas, 26, of Willistion, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 5, on 3 counts of probation violation (no bond).

James Russell Davis, 44, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 5, charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon (vehicle) without intent to kill, and indecent exposure ($20,000 bond). The arrest report stated that deputies were dispatched to the Cedar Key #4 Bridge with the report of a naked man running around in the roadway. Deputies arrived to find the Mr. Davies wearing only pajama pants. The witnesses told deputies that they were exiting the Garden Patch Cafe in Chiefland, FL, when a man, later identified as Mr. Davis, asked them if they wanted to buy marijuana. The witnesses told a deputy that they said nothing and got inside their car, and Mr. Davis was screaming. They said they drove south on U.S. Hwy. 19 and were followed by Mr. Davis. The witnesses said that they ran a red light to get away from Davis, and thought they'd lost him, but in Otter Creek they saw him speeding toward them, speeding up and slowing down. They said he pulled up beside their car, ran into a ditch, traveled on and off the roadway, and they were in fear for their lives. When they arrived at the bridge on SR 24, they said, Mr. Davis suddenly stopped his vehicle, almost causing them to crash into his vehicle, and exited his vehicle by way of his driver's side door, completely naked. The report stated that the complainant was "extremely distraught."

Lance Neil Dorsey, 30, of Chipley, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 9, charged with lewd or lascivious behavior toward a victim between the ages of 12 and 16, and lewd or lascivious molestation of a victim younger than the age of 12 ($150,000 bond).

Eric James Einsmann, 63, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Cedar Key Police Department, Oct. 6, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs ($15,000 bond).

Justin Fortner, 41, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 9, on 2 counts of failure to appear in court, with his bond set at relelase on his own reognizance on one charge and at none on the other charge.

Todd Clifford Hamp, 50, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 6, charged with battery, and obstruction of justice by tampereing in a misdemeanor proceeding ($20,000 bond).

Ashley Hartley, 29, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 9, charged with fraud by giving false ownership to a pawnbroker in the amount of $300 or more, dealing in stolen property, passing a forged or altered instrument, and passsing a forged or altered bank bill, note, draft or check ($22,500 bond).

Jody Edward Johnson, 45, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 9, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Everett Warren Muth, 56, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), Oct. 9, when an unauthorized Amazon purchase made on a burglary victim's account was tracked to Mr. Muth's residence, and Muth was also identified as the suspect who had pawned an item in Ocala, FL that had been reported stolen from the same victim's residence. When a search warrant was obtained to seach Muth's home, deputies located additional items that had been stolen from the victim's home. Muth was charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted felon, burglary of an unoccupied structture, and grant theft of $300 or more, but less than $5,000 ($30,000 bond). During the search of Muth's residence, items were recovered that had been reported stolen during a seond, unsolved burglary, on which charges are currently being drafted. According to the LCSO, Muth has a "multi-state felony career" and is currently on parole in the State of Tennessee.

Ashley Nicole Parrott, 24, of Fanning Springs, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, Oct. 9, charged with petit theft from a merchant, second offense (no bond).

Marcus Daniel Ramirez, 27, of Hazlehurst, Georgia, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Oct. 9, charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving property damage, and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs ($15,000 bond).

John Boyd Rivers, 42, of Alachua, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 1, and booked into the Levy County Jail, Oct. 9, charged with 2 counts of probation violation (no bond).

Michael Noel Rodriguez, 27, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, Oct. 6, charged with domestic battery by strangulation, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance. 

Tracy Ann Rutledge, 31, of Gibsonton, FL, was arrested by the St. Johns County (FL) Sheriff's Office, Sept. 3, and booked into the Levy County Jail, Oct. 10, charged with failure to appear in Court  ($2,000 bond).

Frank Jackson Sapp, 51, of Newberry, FL, was arrested at court by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 5, charged with petit theft first degree of $100 or more, but less than $300, with his bond set at credit for time served.

Jesse James Smith, 30, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 10, charged with driving while license suspended, third or subsequent offense ($2,500 bond).

Joe Lee Smith, 32, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, Oct. 11, charged with driving while license suspended as an habitual offender ($2,500 bond).

Shane Steven Sparks, 47, of Crawfordville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 7, charged with domestic battery by strangulation, and aggravated battery using a deadly weapon ($200,000 bond).

Peter Guiseppe Stefani, 19, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Probation Department, Oct. 6, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Jason Wayne Tice, 37, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 7, charged with probation violation (no bond).

Mark Anthony Vogel, 31, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Oct. 9, charged with burglary on an unoccupied structure and grand theft of $300 or more, but less than $5,000 ($50,000 bond).

Victoria Lane Woolsey, 35, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Alachua County (FL) Sheriff's Office, Oct. 9, charged with failure to appear in court, with her bond set at release on her own recognizance.
