On July 7, at 2:55 pm, Kinchen Taylor Black, 33, of Inverness, was arrested at an E. Hilite Ct., Inverness residence by the CCSO on a Citrus County warrant for falsely identifying himself to a lawn enforcement officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,000 bond).
On July 7, at 11:59 am, Jacob Lawrence Burley, 18, of Dunnellon, was arrested by the CCSO on a charge of domestic battery (no bond), and at 1:40 pm, he was additionally charged with violation of felony probation.
On July 7, at 9:06 am, Angelique Pauline Fitzpatrick, 37, of Floral City, was arrested by the CCSO, charged with possession of a controlled substance, petit theft with a previous theft conviction, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($4,000 bond). Mr. Fitzpatrick is accused of purschasing several items at the Homosassa Walmart, but not paying for several items: ruby red nail polish (value not stated) she's accused of concealing within her spandex pants, and two Gold Leaf teas (valued at $3.36) that were concealed within her backpack, which also contained brass knuckles and a syringe with needle that contained 2 milliliters of liquid methamphetamine.
On July 7, at 1:24 pm, James Michael Jones, Jr., 40, of Brooksville, was arrested by the CCSO, charged with battery ($1,000 bond).
On July 7, at 8:34 pm, Alex Yamil Muniz-Rodriguez, 18, of Beverly Hills, was arrested by the CCSO, charged with 3 counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($6,000 bond). Mr. Muniz-Rodriguez is accused of firing two to three shots at three people as they were leaving Water Tower Park in Beverly Hills.
On July 7, at 3:09 pm, Jason Nathaniel Weille, 41, of Dunnellon, was arrested by the CCSO, charged with felony petit theft (due to two or more theft convictions), with his bond set at $2,000.
On July 6, at 10:53 pm, Robin Lynn Bartholomew, 57, of Crystal River, was arrested by the CCSO, charged with disorderly conduct (breach of peace), and resisting an officer without violence ($1,500 bond).
On July 5, at 7:00 pm, Paul Alan Soelch, Jr., 19, of Homosassa, turned himsef in at the CCSO Warrant Division and was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of probation on an original charge of possession of alprazolam (no bond).
On July 4, at 6:53 pm, Judite Fatima Correia, 50, of Crystal River, was charged by the CCSO with retail petit theft of $100 or less.
On July 4, at 2:34 pm, Timothy Wilson Dunn, 23, of Inverness, was charged by the CCSO with violation of condition of pretrial release when the original arrest was for domestic violence (no bond).
On July 3, at 9:04 pm, Christopher Carl Corbitt, 39, of Homosassa, was arrested at his residence by the CCSO on a Citrus County warrant for violation of probation on an original charge of driving under the influence with one prior conviction (no bond).
On July 3, at 7:00 pm, Austin Dakota Ebbert, 26, of Inverness, was arrested in the area of the Walmart Supercenter, located at 2461 E. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Inverness, by the CCSO on a Citrus County warrant for possession of a controlled substance, and possession of cannabis less than 20 grams ($3,000 bond).
On July 3, at 9:23 pm, Miranda Lynn Haley, 23, of Homosassa, was charged by the CCSO with violation of felony probation (no bond).
