Ryan Keith Riggs, 34, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested at 7:19 am, charged with violation of an injunction by contacting petitioner, either directly or indirectly, by phone or another means of communication (no bond).
James Joseph McQuilkin, 47, of Floal City, FL, was arrested at 2:40 am, charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance ($4,000 bond). He was arrested during a traffic stop conducted at E. Floral Park Dr. and S. Florida Ave. in Floral City, while riding a bicycle, for not coming to a stop at the stop sign at the intersection. During the traffic stop, he was found to be in possession of 1.45 grams of heroin and 2.69 grams of methamphetamine.
Chance William Hess, 22, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at 12:04 am, charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond).
