Kevin Lee Berryhill, 32, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 7, 2025, on two Levy County warrants, charging him with contempt of court by violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence ($50,000 bond) and grand theft of a motor vehicle (no bond).
Deputies arrived at an Inglis residence with the search warrants to find Berryhill on the property, riding a tractor. One warrant gave permission for deputies to search for a black 2017 Chevrolet Silverado. Berryhill told the deputies that the vehicle was parked behind his home, and they might find spent ammunition inside the vehicle, as well.
Deputies located the vehicle in question, and In the back seat, found a box of CCI 0.22 shot that contained 82 rounds of ammunition. Inside the driver's door side pocket, deputies found 9 rounds of 0.22 LR ammunition, and inside the center console, deputies found 5 rounds of 0.22 Magnum ammunition, Due to a February 12, 2025 injunction for protection against domestic violence, Berryhill is prohibited from being in possession of ammunition or a firearm.
Christopher Lee Brown, 46, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 8, 2025, charged with trespassing in a structure or conveyance, and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (both bonds set at credit for time served)
Shane Brown, 18, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 12, 2025, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense; possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($3,500 bond). He was also charged with probation violation (no bond).
Walter Alexander Burns, 54, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 8, 2025, charged with withholding support of a child, children, or spouse ($300 cash bond).
Peter Sherman Campbell, 73, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, October 11, 2025, charged with trespassing ($150 bond).
Walter Chittenden, 37, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by an unspecified agency, October 7, 2025, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense, with his bond set at credit for time served.

Michael Lee Dove, 43, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 6, 2025, charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon ($25,000 bond).
The arrest report stated, about 2:15 p.m., deputies arrived at an Inglis residence due to a reported domestic altercation. A deputy reported that the victim had numerous lacerations to her upper torso and arms, and the same areas of her body were covered in glass fragments; the window was shattered, and glass fragments were "everywhere."
The victim told deputies that she arrived at the location after work and got into an argument with Dove, threatening to evict him from the residence if certain conditions were not met. She told deputies that Dove, while holding a knife, threatened to cut her throat, and after the threat, she sat down on the couch, which was about a foot away from a glass window, and Dove exited the residence. The victim said that she watched as Dove picked up a rake and shattered the window with it, which had caused the lacerations to her body.
The deputy contacted Levy County Emergency Medical Services (EMS), which arrived at the location to treat the victim's injuries that the deputy reported were minor
Taylor Finn Scott, 34, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 7, 2025, on an out of county warrant (no bond).
Clayton Fletcher, 40, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Williston (Florida) Police Department, October 7, 2025, charged with fraud by giving false information of ownership of items pawned for less than $300, and unarmed burglary of an unoccupied structure, with both bonds set at release on his own recognizance. He was also charged with second degree petit theft, first offense; dealing in stolen property, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($70,000 combined bond).
James Foshee, 52, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by a probation officer, October 9, 2025, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Lauren Frazier, 38, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 10, 2025, charged with battery, a repeat offense ($5,000 bond), and probation violation (no bond).
Charles Andrew Harrison, 86, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 9, 2025, charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.

Luis Omar Lopez, Sr., 45, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, October 10, 2025, charged with failing to register a motor vehicle being operated on a public roadway, attaching registration to a license plate not assigned to it, driving while license suspended, a repeat offense; two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and smuggling contraband, a controlled substance, into a prison ($218,500 bond).
Daniel McCall, 45, of Horseshoe Beach, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 6, 2025, charged with contempt of court by violating an injunction for protection by coming within 500 feet of a prohibited location - such as a residence, school or place of employment; and unarmed burglary of an occupied dwelling ($35,000 bond). He was also charged with probation violation (no bond).
Jordan McElroy, 29, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 7, 2025, charged with battery (no bond).
The arrest report stated that a deputy arrived at an Inglis residence, just before 9:00 p,m., in regard to the report of a physical disturbance that had just occurred. The victim told the deputy that a woman had battered him while he was riding an eBike to walk his dogs.
The victim told the deputy, that as he rode past a residence located in the 18000 block of SE Highway 19, dogs had exited the property and aggressively chased his dogs, and his dogs had chased the other dogs back onto the property. He said, that as he continued riding his bike, traveling north on Highway 19, he noticed that a person driving an ATV (all-terrain vehicle) began following him, driving on the shoulder of the roadway. He said the ATV returned to the location where the dog incident had occurred, and a second person got into the ATV, and the ATV had returned. The victim told the deputy that he began traveling south, to return to his residence in order to secure his dogs, and when he returned to the location where the dog incident had occurred, the two people on the ATV confronted him, and he began recording the incident with his phone.
The deputy viewed the video, which showed McElroy getting into a verbal altercation with the victim, who repeatedly told McElroy that he was recording the incident, yet she used her right hand on the victim's lower body to shove him while he was sitting on the bike, which caused the bike to fall over.
The deputy went to McElroy's residence to speak with McElroy. The report stated that McElroy told the deputy that she's had issues with the victim, due to his dogs coming onto her property. She denied striking he victim, but admitted she'd shoved his bike.
Jodie Katherine McGowan, 34, of Summerfield, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 6, 2025, on an out of county warrant ($1,000 bond).
Nathan Douglas Miller, 35, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 7, 2025, charged with withholding support of a child, children, or spouse ($845.88 cash only bond).
Montgomery Morris, 56, of Otter Creek, FL, was arrested by the Marion County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, September 6, 2025, and booked into the Levy County Detention Bureau, October 6, 2025, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Ronald Pate Newman, 26, of Youngstown, Ohio, was arrested on a federal warrant by the United States Department of Homeland Security, October 7, 2025, after a search warrant was served on his Ohio property. He is being held without bond at the Mahoning County Jail in Youngstown, Ohio, awaiting transport to Florida, where he will face charges in connection with possessing child sexual abuse material and sexual offender violations.
In April 2025, the parental guardian of a female juvenile in Levy County, Florida discovered online chats between the child and a male who had contacted the juvenile through a popular social media platform, requesting explicit photos and sexual favors of the juvenile.
The parental guardian contacted the Levy County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Division, which immediately launched an investigation. LCSO detectives Ryan Sullivan and Mary Weaver with the Levy County Sheriff’s Office Internet Crimes Against Children/Sex Offender Unit also worked on the investigation. The male, who had identified himself through a moniker (screen name), was identified as Ronald Pate Newman, a registered sexual offender.
Levy County Sheriff’s Office detectives contacted the United States Department of Homeland Security Investigations for assistance, due to the criminal acts having occurred over numerous state lines. Detectives with the United States Homeland Security Investigations and Levy County Sheriff’s Office presented the case to the Northern District Court of Florida, where the Levy County case was adopted at the federal level, and federal charges were filed against Newman in the investigation.
LCSO Lieutenant Scott Tummond made a statement for Levy County Sheriff Bobby McCallum, "Sheriff McCallum is - and the LCSO remains - committed to these investigations, in order to protect our children. He encourages all parents to monitor their children as they navigate online."
Quardarell Robinson, 37, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, October 6, 2025, charged with fleeing from or eluding a law enforcement officer with disregard as to property or the safety of people, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and smuggling contraband into a detention facility ($45,000 bond). He was also charged with resisting or obstructing a law enforcement officer without violence, with his bond set at release on his own recognizance.
John Chester Slater, II, 61, of an unstated location of residence within Florida, was arrested by a probation officer, October 11, 2025, charged with violating a condition of release ($500,000 bond).
Joseph Solano, 22, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 12, 2025, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($3,000 bond).
Eliezer Valle-Pagan, 52, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, October 9, 2025, charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license ($150 bond).
Nathaniel Watson, 30, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 11, 2025, on an out of county warrant (no bond).
Richard Weeks, 27, of Otter Creek, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, October 11, 2025, charged with driving with a suspended or revoked license, and failing to register a motor vehicle being operated on a public roadway, with both bonds set at release on his own recognizance. He was also charged with attaching registration to a license plate not assigned to it ($2,500 bond) and possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana ($5,000 bond).
