Levy County, Florida - A 42 year-old man from, Williston, Florida died as the result on a two-vehicle collision that occurred at 2:43 p.m. on Saturday, August 2, 2025 in eastern Levy County, Florida on County Road 241, north of County Road 335.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the man was driving a pickup truck, traveling south in the southbound lane of County Road 241, when he drifted into the northbound lane, directly into the path of a van that was traveling north in the northbound lane of County Road 241. As a result, the front left of the pickup truck collided with the front left of the van.
The three people inside the van, all female and residents of Williston, received minor injuries: the 40 year-old driver and her two passengers, ages 4 and 13.
