Bryan Bailey, 20, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Dixie County (FL) Sheriff's Office, Oct. 2, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Sydney Elizabeth Beck, 24, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the LCSO, Sept. 30, charged with battery. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance.
George Charles Benjamin, 47, of Summerfield, FL, was arrested by the Cedar Key (FL) Police Department, Oct. 3, charged with driving under the influence ($2,000 bond).
Valerie Jean Benjamin, 54, of Summerfield, FL, was arrested by the Cedar Key (FL) Police Department, Oct. 3, charged with disturbing the peace. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance.
Dustin H. Bowen, 22, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Marion County (FL) Sheriff's Office, Oct. 1, charged with burglary and grand theft of a motor vehicle ($35,000 bond).
Felipe Dominguez-Fernandez, 62, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the LCSO, Oct. 1, charged with driving while license suspended, second offense; and failing to register as a sex offender as required by law ($80,000 bond).
Terrence John Doty, 21, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the LCSO, Oct, 2, charged with using or displaying a weapon during the commission of a felony, improper exhibition of a firearm or other dangerous weapon, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, and possession of drug equipment ($12,000 bond).
Keith Lee Eberhardt, 25, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission and the Florida Fish & Wildlife Foundation, Sept. 28, charged with violation of a saltwater products license or stamp, taking unculled oysters or oysters from an unapproved area, and violation of shellfish laws. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance.
Robert Lee Gaines, 35, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Wiilliston (FL) Police Department, Sept. 30, charged with failing to register a motor vehicle and driving while license suspended as an habitual offender ($7,500 bond).
James Forest Goodman, 57, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Marion County (FL) Sheriff's Office, Sept. 8, and booked into the Levy County Jail, Oct. 1, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Paul Preston Granier, 35, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Dixie County (FL) Sheriff's Office, Oct. 2, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Johnson Cameron Martinez, 20, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the LCSO, Oct. 1, charged with committing an act which could cause death; and sending a missile into a dwelling, vehicle, aircraft or building ($800,000 bond).
Arin McNulty, 38, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the LCSO, Oct. 2, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Larry Andy Meeks, Jr., 38, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Cedar Key Police Department, Oct. 4, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($3,000 bond).
Amanda Reann Messer, 19, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the LCSO, Oct. 3, on an out of county warrant ($5,000 bond).
Kesia Moraima Mundo, 37, of Ocala, FL, was booked into the Levy County Jail, Sept. 28, charged with soliciting or conspiring to commit a capital felony ($500,000 bond), and first degree premeditated murder (no bond). Ms. Mundo, who was arrested in Hernando County, FL on Aug. 7, 2020, was one of four people (the others were Christian Cirilo, 27, Omar Ortiz, 38, and Jesse Torres, 32, all of Ocala) charged in the Aug. 11, 2019 death of Jafet Rodriguez, 33, of Ocala. Mr. Rodriguez's body was found dumped on CR 464 in Levy County, FL, and his vehicle was found burned in Marion County, FL.
Raymond Paramore, 34, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the LCSO, Oct. 1, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Jason Patterson, 39, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the LCSO, Sept. 28, charged with driving while license suspended, a third or subsequent offense ($10,000 bond).
Tammy Lee Patty, 50, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the LCSO, Sept. 29, charged with petit theft from a merchant, second offense; possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($8,000 bond).
Sean Lee David Prince, 47, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the LCSO, Sept. 28, charged with assault of a firefighter, and resisting an officer without violence. His bond was set at release on his own recognizance. The arrest report stated that a firefighter arrived at the Inglis Fire station, located at 138 Hwy. 40 West in Inglis, to find a man, later identified as Mr. Prince, lying on the ground in the driveway. The deputy arrived to find Mr. Prince lying on the ground under an overhang. The firefighter told the deputy that he was concerned for Mr. Prince, that he identified himself to Mr. Prince, and Mr. Prince threatened him and swung at him, but missed, three times. The report stated that Mr. Prince told the deputy that he was too intoxicated to remember what had happened. At the jail, according to the arrest report, Mr. Prince also threatened and resisted deputies.
Robert Wayne Shipp, 21, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the LCSO, Oct. 4, charged with fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pursuit with lights and sirens activated, commission of a thrid degree felony with a weapon, possession of methaqualone or a derivitive of the drug, and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).
Peter Guiseppe Stefani, 19, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the LCSO, Oct. 2, charged with improperly exhibiting a firearm or other dangerous weapon ($25,000 bond).
Amamda Tompkins, 36, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Marion County (FL) Sheriff's Office, Oct. 1, charged with 2 counts of probation violation (no bond).
Carolyn Patricia Walker, 58, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the LCSO, Oct. 2, on an out of county warrant. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance.
James Lorenzo Washington, 25, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the LCSO, Oct, 1, on an out of county warrant (no bond).
Kirstie Nicole Williams, 31, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Cedar Key (FL) Police Department, Oct. 4, charged with disturbing the peace. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance.
Christie Sue Winters, 44, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Wiliston (FL) Police Department, Sept. 30, charged with possession of cocaine, and possession of drug equipment. Her bond was set at release on her own recognizance.
