Michael Edward Carver, 50, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).
James Lee Gavin, 51, of Ocala, FL, was charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance, trafficking in greater than 4 grams of morphine, opium, oxycodone or heroin; and possession of drug paraphernalia ($30,000 bond).
Steven Troy Gibson, 52, of Inverness, FL, was transported from the Chatham County Detention Center in Savannah, Georgia and booked into the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL on a Citrus County warrant for maintaining a dwelling for the purpose of using or selling controlled substances, 3 counts of child neglect without great bodily harm, and manslaughter in the death of an infant (bond set at none). Mr. Gibson was initially arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), Sept. 8, in GA. He and 3 others have been arrested on the same charges, all relating to the death of an infant due to methamphetamne toxicity. The others were arrested by the USMS on Sept. 4: Kevin Courtney 25, and Tammy Allison, 44, in Citrus County, FL, and Stephanie Carroll, 25, in Hernando County, FL.
Steven Michael Hemnarine, 37, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).
Robert Kevin Huntoon, 38, of Bowling Green, KY, was transported from the Warren County Regional Jail in Bowling Green, KY to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation on original charges of domestic battery by strangulation and aggravated assault (no bond).
Darrin Layton, 55, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond).
Fidel Delavago Pulliam, 60, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at the Wawa gas station, located at 2932 W. Norvell Bryant Hwy. in Lecanto, on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond).
Ryan Michael Smith, 37, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop in Homosassa due to a seatbelt violation. The report sttated that he was found to be in possession of 9.64 grams of methamphetamine, 0.93 gram of heroin, 15 plastic baggies, a glass smoking pipe, a digital scale and $705 in cash. Smith was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($8,000 bond).

Benjamin Henry Strickland, 55, of Chassahowitzka, FL: trespassing after warning at the McDonalds restaurant, located at 9566 S. Suncoast Blvd, in Homosassa, FL ($1,000 bond), and failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of seconde degree open container of alcohol within 100 feet of a business ($2,000 bond).

Ryan Dale Dipetrillo, 29, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on two Citrus County warrants: one for violation of felony probation on original charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of heroin (no bond), and the other for violation of felony probation on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine (no bond).
Charles Francis Aloi, 23, of Avon Park, FL: Citrus County warrant for 2 counts of violation of felony probation, one original charge was for battery, and the other was for burglary (no bond).
