10:20 am: William Carl Butler, 50, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge ($2,500 bond).
1:15 pm: James Elton Ely, 51, of Dunnellon, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third offense with a previous conviction ($5,000 bond).
1:12 pm: Kyle Edward Purtee, 30, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with knowingly driving while license suspended or revoked, second offense; driving an unregistered vehicle, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($2,500 bond). He was also arrested on two Citrus County warrants for failure to appear in court (no bond).
10:53 am: Erika Freya Vogel, 67, of Hernando, FL, was charged with violation of felony probation (no bond).
6:50 pm: Melinda Arline Ward, 43, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for fraud - illegal use of a credit card ($2,000 bond).
1:51 pm: Brenda Sayer Weiler. 63, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).
9:30 am: Jesse Joel Weeks, 28, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000 ($2,000 bond). He's accused of taking a payment of $1,700 as down payment for a boat, but not getting the boat to the victim. The arrest report stated that Weeks told a deputy that his phone had broken and he couldn't remember the victim's name to contact her. He was also charged with driving while knowingly license suspended or revoked and having no motor vehicle registration ($1,000 bond).

7:48 pm: Cassandra Lee Ascolillo, 36, of Beverly Hills, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation for petit retail theft of more than $100, but less than $750, from the Lecanto Walmart store, and then released on her own recognizance.
11:25 pm: Daniel Lee Collins, 55, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of misdemeanor probation (no bond).
1:11 am: Brian Christopher Curry, 39, of Homosassa, FL, was charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($1,000 bond).
6:39 pm: Wendy Lou Ann Halpin, 57. of Dunnellon, FL. was arrested during a traffic stop, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of a controlled substance (15 Adderall tablets). Her bond was set at $3,000.
4:18 pm: Julius Michael Horvath, 36, of Beverly Hills, FL, was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon ($10,000 bond).
7:48 pm: Elizabeth Rose Ieslin, 38, of Beverly Hills, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation for petit retail theft of more than $100, but less than $750 from the Lecanto Walmart store, and then released on her own recognizance.
6:49 pm: Richard Jessie Moralis, 26, of Floral Citry, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond), resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond), and possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond). On Sept. 27, he was charged with possession of a short-barrel rifle, shotgun or machine gun ($5,000 bond).
2:46 am: Ryan Lee Ritter, 41, of Hernando, FL, was charged with driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender, failure to appear in court on a felony charge, resisting an officer without violence, and operating a motorcycle without a motorcycle endorsement ($15,500 bond).
1:27 pm: Michelle Louise Vanhoose, 56, of Inverness, FL, was charged with robbery by sudden snatching while carrying a firearm or other dangerous weapon, and battery ($2,500 bond). She was also arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge (no bond).
6:31 pm: Nicole Marie Watkins, 27, of Citrus Springs, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).

3:38 am: Gage Dylan Cyrus, 29, of Inverness, FL, was charged with domestic battery (no bond).
1:48 pm: Justen Cole Huff, Jr., 29, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation on an original charge of dealing in stolen property (no bond).
12:33 pm: William Acton Huffman, 48, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with shooting or throwing a deadly missile into a dwelling or conveyance (no bond).
5:11 am: Charles Lee Kostal, 40, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond). The report stated that a deputy saw Mr. Kostal riding a bicycle without headlight on Gulf Ave. in Crystal River, and he refused to give his name to the deputy. However, the deputy located his identification when he took Mr. Kostal into custody.
10:32 am: Ryan Anthony MacDonald, 34, of Hernando, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failurre to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked ($2,500 bond).
9:00 pm: Elana Sue Rogers, 30, of Inglis, FL, turned herself in and was arrested on 2 Citrus County, FL warrants: one for violation of felony probation on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine (no bond), and the other for violation of felony probation on an original charge of possession of hydrocodone (no bond).
6:32 pm: Amethyst Rose Sandelier, 21, of Crystal River, FL, was charged with retail petit theft of more than $100, but less than $750 from the Lecanto, FL Walmart store ($1,000 bond).
9:55 pm: Bryne Lee Sering, 63, of Inverness, FL, was charged with 2 or more prior convictions of violating an injunction with subsequent violations (no bond).
10:16 pm: Melisa Ann Strong, 32, of Inverness, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop in Floral City, FL, charged with possession of a controlled substance (0.5 gram of methamphetamine), and possession of drug paraphernalia (a glass smoking pipe). Her bond was set at $3,000.
9:36 am: Kenneth Edward Watkins, 39, of Inverness, FL, was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a charge of driving while license suspended or revoked, second offense ($2,000 bond).
