James T. Barker, 36, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office at 10:54 pm, Sept. 24, charged with driving while license suspended as an habitual offender (no bond), and 3 counts of failure to appear in court ($14,000 bond).
Shauna Lee Briggs, 48, of Bronson, FL, was arrested at 11:48 am, Sept. 23, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment, with her bond set at credit for time served.
Fransisco Joseph Calvillo, 26, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office at 2:51 pm, Sept. 21, charged with 2 counts of possession of ammunition by a convicted Florida felon ($150,000 bond).
William Joseph Daley, 61, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office at 6:58 pm, Sept. 27, on an out of county warrant ($10,000 bond).
Anthony Figueroa, 31, of Gulf Hammock, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Levy County Jail at 6:35 pm, Sept. 24, on 2 counts of battery ($100,000 bond).
Sarah Suzette Fine, 33, of Otter Creek, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office at 9:55 am, Sept. 23, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,000 bond).
Kimber Foster, 28, of FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office at 6:00 am, Sept. 24, charged with driving while license suspended, first offense ($1,000 bond); possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($50,000 bond), and possession of drug equipment (release on her own recognizance bond).
Christian Samuel Glidewell, 36, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office at 4:14 pm, Sept. 23, charged with wounding a protected species, animal cruelty, and resisting an officer without violence ($55,000 bond). The arrest report stated that a deputy was dispatched to SW 6th Ln. in Bronson, FL. A witness on scene had recorded a video of Mr. Glidewell kicking a tortoise while it was on the roadway, and then stomping on the tortoise, crushing it's shell and killing it. The deputy viewed the tortoise and reported that it was "obviously deceased." He also reported that Mr. Glidewell appeared to be intoxicated, that he was "extremely loud and belligerent" toward the deputy, and explained that he killed the turtle because it was bothering him.
Jeremy Haggerty, 44, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office and booked into the Levy County Jail at 10:53 am, Sept. 24, charged with possession of cocaine ($30,000 bond), possession of a controlled substance without a prescription ($30,000), and possession of drug equipment (release on his own recognizance bond).
Sheila Haines, 54, of Williston, FL, was arrested at the Levy County Courthouse at 11:31 am, Sept. 21, charged with violating a condition of pre-trial release for domestic violence, with her bond set at credit for time served.
Cipher Klemencic, 18, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department at 12:31 am, Sept. 26, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs ($5,000 bond).
Michael Patrick McClure, 52, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office at 10:20 pm, Sept. 21, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Ronald Alan McDaniel, 54, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office at 9:00 pm, Sept. 21, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Amy Nichole Murray, 36, of Homerville, GA, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office at 11:45 pm, Sept. 25, charged with driving while license suspended, first offense ($2,500 bond).
Gregory Connel Provett, 37, of Bradenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office at 6:13 pm, Sept. 25, charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle ($50,000 bond).
Jacqueline Ratley, 41, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Sept. 25, and booked into the Levy County Jail at 4:50 am, Sept. 26, charged with first degree pettit theft of $100 or more, but less than $300; dealing in stolen property, and sale of stolen property of less than $300 via the internet ($7,500 bond). She was also arrested on an out of county warrant ($2,000 bond).
Ryan Lynn Sheeler, 29, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office at 12:20 pm, Sept. 21, charged with probation violation (no bond).
Christopher Turbeville, 40, of Williston, FL, was arrested and booked into the Levy County Jail at 2:47 pm, Sept. 23, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, assault of an law enforcement officer, firefighter or emergency medical technician, etc.; and criminal mischief with property damage of $200 or less.
Billy Nathaniel Watkins, 27, of Ocala, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department at 3:34 am, Sept. 27, charged with driving while license suspended as an habitual offfender, and resisting an officer without violence ($50,000 bond).
