Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2020

Shiloh Merle Brooks, 29, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at 4:06 pm, Sept. 22, charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked ($500 bond). The arrest occurred during a traffic stop by the Florida Highway Patrol due to his vehicle traveling 58 mph in a 25 mph speed zone on S. Palm Ave. at W. Highland St. in Homosassa.

Lucas Frank John Calcagni, 37, of Hernando, FL, was arrested at 5:12 pm, Sept. 22, charged with petit theft with a previous theft conviction ($1,000 bond). Mr. Calcagni is accused of removing $647.11 in merchandise from its packaging at the Inverness Walmart, and passing all point of sale with the merchandise, without paying for it. On Sept, 23, Mr. Calcagni was additionally charged with 2 counts of criminal use of personal identification information and 2 counts of unlawful possession of a stolen credit or debit card ($29,000 bond).

Candice Elizabeth Campbell, 22, of Hernando, FL, was arrested at 2:04 pm, Sept. 22, charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,500 bond).

Anthony Monroe Green, 41, of Crystal River, FL, who was already incarcerated at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested at 3:10 pm, Sept. 22, on a Citrus County warrant for 3 counts of possession of child pornography ($3,000 bond).

Kevin Patrick Kelley, 36, of Inverness, FL, who was already incarcerated at the Citrus County Detention Facility, was arrested at 5:00 pm, Sept. 22, on a Citrus County warrant for criminal mischief of $200 or more, but less than $1,000; and resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond).

Mark Vladimir Khokhlov, 34, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at 7:15 pm, Sept. 22, charged with threatening violence by word or act to do violence to another, and armed burglary ($25,500 bond). Mr. Khokhlos is accused of forcing open a locked door and entering, with two dogs, Crystal River Health and Rehab, located at 136 NE 12th Ave, in Crystal River, allegedly cornering two nurses, then going in and out of patient's rooms with a knife on his person, and gesturing for the dogs to attack a person (the person was not attacked).

Jeffrey Allen Lott, 56, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested at 5:00 pm, Sept. 22, charged with violation of an injunction by going to or being within 500 feet of the petitioner's residence, school or place of employment, etc. ($1,000 bond).

John Maglio, 54, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at 12:02 am, Sept. 22, charged with domestic battery (no bond),

Carl Leonard Marcy, III, 45, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at 4:06 pm, Sept. 22, by the Florida Highway Patrol at W. Highland St. and S. Crystal Grove Pt. in Homosassa, on a Citrus County writ of bodily attachment in the amount of $870, for failure to pay child support.

Tanner Lee Marston, 23, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at 11:33 am, Sept. 22, charged with petit theft of less than $100 ($500 bond). Mr. Marston is accused of taking $30.80 in merchandise from the Homosassa Walmart store without paying for the items, which included a shirt, which he donned (he'd entered the store shirtless, the report stated), along with a pair of jogging pants and a Caesar salad.

At 4:32 am, Sept. 22, two people were arrested on drug charges after a deputy was dispatched to a closed park, located a 1 Village Center Circle, in the Sugarmill Woods area of Homosassa, with the report of a suspicious person asleep inside a vehicle in the  parking lot. A deputy arrived to find three people. The two arrested were Matthew Philip Nurse, 43, of Beverly Hills, FL, charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond); and Kristina Marie Petralia, 32, of Homosassa, FL, charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond), and violation of felony drug probation (no bond).

Justin Alex Ray, 33, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at his residence at 6:55 pm, Sept. 22, on a Citrus County warrant for violation of felony probation (no bond).

Justin Lee Ringle, 28, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at his residence at 3:51 pm, Sept. 22, on two Citrus County warrants, each for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving while license suspended or revoked, a second or subsequent offense, with the bond for each warrant set at none.

Walter Harvey Rogers, Jr., 39, of Hernando, FL, was issued a citation for having an unsecured hazard, a discarded or abandoned appliance with an attached door.

Clinton Dewilton Walker, 52, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at 6:29 pm, Sept. 22, charged with driving under the influence ($1,000 bond).

Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2020

Shawn Ryan Garnett, 33, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at 4:40 pm, Sept. 23, charged with violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence (no bond).

Sarah Lee Justin, 31, of Floral City, FL, was arrested at 10:44 pm, Sept. 23, charged with animal cruelty ($2,000 bond). A deputy found a dog at Mr. Justin's residence malnourished, very weak with sores on his body, no food or water available to the dog, and no dog food found within the home.

Zeverick Jerrod Lee, 41, of Floral City, FL, was arrested at 3:43 pm, Sept. 23, on a warrant for violation of felony probation.

Brandy Nicole Maulden, 42, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at the Circle K convenience store, located at 1224 North US 41 in Inverness, at 10:12 pm, Sept. 23, on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of failure to register a motor vehicle ($2,500 bond).

Aaron Russell Slater, 27, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at 9:09 pm, Sept. 23, charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less ($500 bond). The report stated that Mr. Slater is accused of taking $91.13 in merchandise from the Homosassa Walmart store on Sept. 20 (4 pairs of basketball shorts, a Gillette Pro-Glide face shaver cartridge, and a large back pack), and then leaving the store with the merchandise in a tan colored van. When he returned to the store on Sept. 23, the report stated, a deputy was summoned to the store, viewed the video surveillance of the alleged incident, and placed him under arrest.

Thursday, Sept. 24, 2020

Robert Wayne Brooks, 20, of Homosassa, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation at 10:37 pm, Sept. 24, charged with possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The arrest report stated, that during a traffic stop at Civic Circle and E. Lake Beverly Dr. in Beverly Hills, a deputy smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle, and within the vehicle, located 1.75 grams of marijuana and a glass bong (smoking pipe) that tested possitive for marijuana.

At 1:00 pm, Sept. 24, three people were arrested when a drug search warrant was served at a 317 Ella Ave., Inverness residence. Kelly Lynn Brosey, 52, was charged with possession of controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, leasing or renting a place for the purpose of drug trafficking, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($13,000 bond). Joshua James Lee Brosey, 34, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond). Trina Elaine Wheeler, 52, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond).

Johnathyn Duane Crum, 28, of Carrabelle, FL, was arrested at 2:46 am, Sept. 24, in the area of the RaceTrac gas station, located at 3310 W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Lecanto, FL, on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on 2 counts of an order level two Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) rule violation, and 1 count of selling oysters out of state without proper labeling (no bond).

Travis Lloyd Ericson, 31, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at 4:46 am, Sept. 24, in the area of the Dollar General store, located at 1385 N. Florida Ave. in Hernando, FL, on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on an misdemeanor charge of failure to register a motor vehicle ($10,000 bond).

Richard Christain Hernandez, 48, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at 6:08 pm, Sept. 24, charged with misdemeanor battery ($1,000 bond).

Heather Lisa Holohan, 50, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at 9:33 pm, Sept. 24, on S. Mooring Dr. in Inverness, on a Sumter County, FL warrant for petit theft of $100 or more, but less than $750 (no bond).
 
Crystal Rose Kammers, 34, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at 7:48 am, Sept. 24, charged with criminal mischief of $200 or less, and resisting an officer without violence ($1,500 bond).

Michael Kenneth Lea, II, 37, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at 3:20 pm, Sept. 24, on a warrant for 2 counts of violation of misdemeanor probation. He was also charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond).

Angalena Christina Nigh, 44, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested in the area of S. Red Wing Ave. and W. Glen St. in Lecanto, at 11:40 pm, Sept. 24, on a Charlotte County, FL writ of bodily attachment, in the amount of $261, for failure to pay child support.

Matthew Chadwick Padgett, 25, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at 6:23 pm, Sept. 24, charged with theft of a motor vehicle ($2,000 bond).

Ryan Lee Ritter, 41, of Hernando, FL, was arrested at 8:52 am, Sept. 24, on two warrants: one for driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense; and the other for driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, third offense plus a conviction ($2,000 bond).

Lindie Marie Wilkins, 29, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at 12:23 pm, Sept. 24, on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge (no bond).

Kristin Lavelle Zeigler, 20, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at 7:05 pm, Sept. 24, charged with domestic battery (no bond), and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($2,000 bond).
