Martin Bishop Lee, 40, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at 10:24 pm, Sept. 19, charged with hindering, delaying or preventing communication to a law enforcement officer or judge, information relating to an offense or violation of probation, and felony domestic battery by strangulation (no bond). He was also arrested on a Citrus County writ of bodily attachment in the amount of $1,177, for failure to pay child support.
Daryl Lee Veltman, 26, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested at W. Norvell Bryant Hwy. and N. Betty Pt. in Lecanto, FL, at 6:24 am, Sept. 19, on a Citrus County warrant for violation of probation on original charges of attempted sexual battery, and lewd and lascivious molestation of a child under 12 years of age (no bond).
John Allen Walmer, 36, of Crystal River, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation at 3:23 pm, Sept. 19, and then released on his own recognizance, charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less. Mr. Walmer is accused of concealing a blue tooth speaker valued at $9.88 and a frozen hamburger valued at $1.53 on his person at the homosassa Walmart store and then passing all points of sale and heading toward the restroom when he was apprehended by a deputy.

Ethan Alan Augsburger, 19, of Crystal River, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation at 2:11 am, Sept. 20, charged with possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia. The citation was issued during a traffic stop conducted at W. Homosassa Trail and S. Michigan Blvd. in Homosassa due to traveling 70 mph in a marked 55 mph speed zone.
Brian Reese Hamilton, 48, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at 1:50 pm, Sept. 20, on a warrant for grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000; and falsely identifying himself to a law enforcement officer (no bond).
Tiffany Lynn Horne, 27, of Inverness, FL, was detained at 1:36 am, Sept. 20, charged with possession of cannabis less than 20 grams, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Eliajah Jasaun Mangrum, 19, of Winter Garden, FL, was arrested during a traffic stop conducted at W. Homosassa Trail and W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Lecanto, FL at 4:49 am, Sept. 20, on a Polk County, FL warrant for making a written threat to kill or do bodily injury ($5,000 bond).
Jesse Steven West, 37, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at 3:18 pm, Sept. 20, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond). Mr. West, the front seat passenger inside a vehicle during a traffic stop conducted at S. Will Pt. and W. Meadow St. in Homosassa, FL, was found to be in possession of a glass smoking pipe that tested positive for methamphetamine.

Angela Faith Cirullo, 38, of Summerfield, FL, was arrested at 1:00 pm, Sept. 21, on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge.
Daniel Cristello, 43, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at 3:21 am, Sept. 21, charged with trespassing after warning ($1,000 bond). The report stated that Mr. Cristello had been trespassed from the BP gas station, located at 6206 W. Gulf to Lake Hwy. in Crystal River, at 2:30 am Sept. 21, and returned to the gas station at 3:21 am, the same day. The report stated that Mr. Cristello complained that he didn't know what he'd done with his backpack, that he was using crutches to assist with walkling, and he appeared to be intoxicated.
Ziana Flanders, 32, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested at 6:41 pm, Sept. 21, charged with battery ($1,000 bond).
Donna Marie Fonseca, 29, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at 8:26 am, Sept. 21, charged with theft of a motor vehicle ($2,000 bond).
Abel Hernandez Guerrero, 37, of Tampa, FL, was arrested at 1:00 pm, Sept. 21, on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on misdemeanor charges of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license, and driving under the influence (no bond). He was transported by the Marion County Sheriff’s Office from the Marion County Jail in Ocala, FL, to the Citrus County Detention Facility, in Lecanto, FL.
David Allen Kovacs, 51, of South Bend, IN, was arrested at 1:00 pm, Sept. 21, on a Citrus County warrant for petit theft of less than $100, burglary of an occupied residence, and burglary of an unoccupied conveyance, with a blanket bond set at $20,500.
Edwin Luis Rolon, 27, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at his residence at 4:14 pm, Sept. 21, on two Citrus County warrants, one for failure to appear in court on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond), and the other for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (no bond).
Travis Ryan Royal, 38, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested at 1:00 pm, Sept. 21, on two Citrus County warrants, one for violating an injunction for protection against domestic violence (no bond), and the other for violation of probation on an original charge of misdemeanor battery (no bond). He was transported by the Marion County Sheriff's Office from the Marion County Jail in Ocala, FL. to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.
Vickie Harris Strader, 56, of Floral City, FL, was arrested at 11:10 am, Sept. 21, charged with aggravated battery using a deadly weapon (no bond).
Rebecca Diane Weaver, 31, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at her residence at 5:32 am, Sept. 21, on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of petit theft first degree ($100 or more, but less than $750), with her bond set at none.
