Giancarlo Aguillon, 22, of San Marcos, TX, was arrested by an unspecified agency, January 9, 2025, charged with possession of cocaine, and possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana ($75,000 bond).


Christian Andrews, 27, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, January 7, 2025, on an out of county warrant (no bond),


UPDATED:  Kevin Berryhill, 32, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), January 12, 2025, charged with battery (no bond). According to the arrest report, on January 5, 2025, a LCSO deputy was dispatched to the Gulf Hammock Post Office. located at CR 326 and U.S. Highway 19 in Gulf Hammock, FL, due to an allegation of battery. The victim reported that she and Berryhill were involved in an altercation behind the Marathon gas station, located at 399 N. Hathaway Ave. in Bronson, FL, during which he became enraged and threw a beverage at her while she was inside the cab of her vehicle. The deputy reported there were splash marks to the interior of the passenger door of the vehicle that indicated a beverage had been thrown. She told the deputy, that after the incident, she left the area, and Berryhill had run her off the road several times. The deputy reported that there was probable cause for Berryhill's arrest.


Jennifer Betterly, 37, of Clermont, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, January 12, 2025, charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana, and possession of drug equipment ($3,500 bond). She was also arrested on an out of county warrant ($3,013 bond).


Daniel Castro-Rosas, 24, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, January 10, 2025, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($250 bond).


Benneton Anthony Ceda, 31, of Clearwater, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, January 12, 2025, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($150 bond).


Kimberly Chatman, 46, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by an unspecified agency, January 7, 2025, charged with first degree petit theft of $100 or more but less than $300 ($2,500  bond).


Joseph Coen, 40, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, January 6, 2025, on an out of county warrant (no bond).


William Colson, 30, of Fanning Springs, FL, was arrested by the Dixie County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, January 9, 2025, to be held at the Levy County Detention Bureau for another agency (no bond).

Jonathan Elder, 35, of Hudson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, January 7, 2025, charged with driving while license suspended, first offense (bond set at credit for time served).


David Dwayne Greene, 51, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, January 12, 2025, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with serious bodily injury to another person (no bond).


Johnathan Rafael Irizarry, 33, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), January 8, 2025, charged with 5 counts of sexual assault of a person between the ages of 16 to 17 by a person age 24 or older ($500,000 bond). According to the LCSO, Irizarry had been employed by the School Board of Levy County since 2020 as an English and Theatre teacher at the Bronson Middle High School, and he also worked as the school's “High Q” team coach; however, his employment was terminated upon his arrest.


Raulney Macon, 42, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, January 8, 2025, readmitted from court (no bond).


Tanner McDaniel, 32, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, January 11, 2025, charged with sexual assault of a person between the ages of 16 or 17 by a person 24 years of age or older, and cruelty toward a minor by transmitting information harmful to a minor ($175,000 bond).


Jared Lachlan Miernik, 46, of Archer, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, January 11, 2025, on an out of county warrant (no bond).


Jonathon Orr, 23, of Williston, FL. was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, January 11, 2025, charged with battery (no bond).


Andre Dominique Rodgers, 28, of San Marcos, TX, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, January 9, 2025, charged with possession of cocaine, and possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana ($125,000 bond).


Phillip Sisk, 40, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, January 11, 2025, charged with possession of drug equipment ($500 bond).


Daniel Patrick Smith, 63, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Dixie County (Florida) Sheriff's Office, January 9, 2025, charged with failure to appear in court ($10,000 bond).


UPDATED:  Robert William Spiegl, 42, of Yankeetown, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) January 12, 2025, charged with battery (no bond). According to the arrest report, the victim and Spiegl got into an argument, and as a result, the victim slept on the couch. The victim told a deputy that Spiegl awakened her, and they got into another argument during which he grabbed her wrist, and she was concerned because he'd been drinking alcohol. Siegl told the deputy that he awakened to the victim hitting him, and he did have a bruise to his inner lip, but due to inconsistencies in Spiegl's statements and a video recording taken by the victim of Speigl yelling, he was taken into custody.


Brady Benjamin Turner, 26, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, January 7, 2025, charged with two counts of probation violation (no bond).


James White, 62, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, January 8, 2025, charged with driving while license suspended, first offense (no bond).


 Zack Wilson, 24, of Chiefland, Fl, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, January 8, 2025, charged with driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license ($150 bond).


UPDATED:  Tyler Aaron Wood, 27, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, January 8, 2025, charged with aggravated battery of a person the offender knew or should have known was pregnant, child abuse without great bodily harm, and obstruction of justice by tampering in a third degree felony proceeding ($200,000 bond). According to the arrest report, the victim told a LCSO deputy, that during an argument, Wood chased her around the residence, flipping over furniture and throwing food at her, and he also attempted to choke her. She said that he also took her phone from her, but she was able to quickly escape from the residence, due to the front door being left open, and she went to a neighboring residence to contact law enforcement. The deputy reported that the victim had red marks around her entire neck, and the home was in disarray, with furniture overturned, food lying about, and a Christmas tree in pieces. When the deputy called the victim's phone number, the report stated, Wood answered the phone; he told the deputy that he was angry because he suspected that the victim was cheating on him, that he would return to the location to speak with the deputy. When he met with the deputy, Wood was placed under arrest.


Timothy Young, 33, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Williston Police Department, January 6, 2025, charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver ($2,500 bond).
