Edith Galley, 62, of Tampa, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 14, 2024, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and refusing to submit to sobriety testing after a previous driver's license suspension ($20,000 bond).

James Winfred Hall, 43, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, Dec. 13, 2024, charged with failing to register a motor vehicle being used on a roadway, driving while license suspended - second offense, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($6,000 bond).

John Hudson, 56, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 9, 2024, charged with failing to reregister as a sexual predator as required by law ($100,000 bond) and violating a condition of release (no bond).

Kaliah Lewis, 18, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 14, 2024, charged with failure to appear in court on a felony warrant (no bond). She was also arrested on three out of county warrants (no bond).

Kent Jared McGee, 40, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 9, 2024, charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($5,000 bond). He was also arrested on an out of county warrant ($670 cash bond).

Ashlee Nicole Partain, 19, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 9, 2024, on two out of county warrants; one bond was set at none and the other at $2,500.

UPDATED: George Risher, 30, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 12, 2024, charged with two counts of dealing in stolen property ($5,000 bond).
       The arrest report stated, that on Dec.. 2, 2024, a deputy investigated a burglary that had occurred at a shop located in Inglis, where three items were reported as stolen: a red Suzuki 125CC four-wheeler, a red and black Lincoln 180 Weld Pack MIG Welder, and a black Coleman mini bike frame.
       The shop owner told deputies that he'd already located the missing items as the result of speaking with people in the Cason Acres neighborhood. One person told the victim that a relative had purchased the welder from George Risher, and a male had delivered it. The person also told the victim that George "Zack" Risher had told him that the four wheeler was at a woman's place, and when he went to the woman's location, he was able to identify the four-wheeler as his, although it had been partially painted blue and white. The victim also located the Coleman bike frame at a nearby residence, and had been told it had been purchased from "Zack."
       On Dec. 6, 2024, the deputy spoke with the person who stated he'd purchased the welder from Risher. The witness told the deputy he'd been pricing welders, and the model he'd purchased from Risher usually sells for $100 to $200 used - closer to $200, and he'd paid Risher $80 for it. The deputy reported that the retail price for a new one was listed at $849, and the sale price of $80 was less than 10% of the price of a new welder. The witness told the deputy that he was out of town when the welder was delivered to his home, and he'd suspected the welder may be stolen before he learned that it had been.
       On Dec. 8, 2024, the deputy spoke with another witness, who said that "Zack: had dropped by the residence where he'd been staying and asked him if he would like to buy a welder, four-wheeler or bike frame. He said he'd been told later that he could keep the bike frame because he'd (victim) paid nothing for it.
       On Dec. 12, 2024, a deputy located Risher, hiding at SE Linda St., Inglis residence. He admitted to the deputy that he'd sold the scooter frame, but claimed that it had not been stolen; he said he'd gotten it from a relative in exchange for a "bowl," but he refused to elaborate on what that meant, the arrest report stated.

Brandi Robertson, 33, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 11, 2024, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Elizabeth Slusser, 32, of Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 13, 2024, charged with driving while license suspended - first offense ($150 bond). She was also charged with two counts of failure to appear in court ($5,000 bond).

Leanna Kay Stamper, 40, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 15, 2024, on an out of county warrant (no bond).

Travis Taylor, 29, of Mooresburg, TN, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 12, 2024, charged with trespassing in a structure or conveyance ($2,500 bond).

Tabith Teerlink, 42, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Dec. 9, 2024, charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (release on her own recognizance bond).

Larry Watkins, 49, of Newberry, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, Dec. 11, 2024, charged with driving while license suspended - a repeat offense ($10,000 bond).
