According to the arrest report, a man overheard a juvenile arguing over a phone with Holley, and he interjected himself into the argument, during which Holley allegedly threatened to do harm to the juvenile. A short time later, Holley appeared at the victims' residence with a double-barrel shotgun. The man, worried that Holley would shoot the juvenile, wrestled the shotgun from Holley and found that it was loaded with two 12-gauge rounds of ammunition. The male victim unloaded the shotgun and threw the bullets into his yard. He placed the shotgun into his garage, and reported the incident to the LCSO.
A deputy arrived at the victims' residence and was about to view video surveillance of the incident when he head Holley yelling at his nearby residence. The male victim informed the deputy that Holley had a least one other weapon, a 22-gauge rifle, so the deputy waited for two backup deputies to arrive at the location before approaching Holley.
When the deputies arrived, the deputy viewed the surveillance video of the altercation, which occurred just as the victim had described, with the struggle for the shotgun taking place in the victims' garage, into the victims' yard and into the road. After the victim wrestled the shotgun from Holley's possession, he pushed Holley and told him to go home.
The deputies, using their Public Address (PA) System, ordered Holley to exit his residence. At first he ignored their commands, but he eventually exited his home wearing his underwear and was placed into handcuffs. The report stated that Holley smelled of alcohol, and his speech was slurred. The report also stated that no one else was present at Holley's home when he was placed under arrest..

Nancy Marie Inglis, 67, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, Nov. 4, 2024, charged with fraud by uttering a false bank bill (release on her own recognizance bond).
The arrest report stated that Inglis attempted to exchange a false $100 bill for five $20 bills at the Subway restaurant, located at 18 Highway 40 East in Inglis, and the clerk had informed Inglis that she was unable to do this, as the bill was false. Inglis had also attempted the same transaction at a neighboring store, the Vapor Spot Smoke Shop, but the clerk had told her there was not enough cash on hand to complete the requested transaction.
The deputy found Inglis in a Toyota pickup truck in the parking lot and spoke with her. She said that she had been given the bill by a female juvenile relative, and she did not know the bill was fake, although the bill stated, "For Motion Picture Purposes" several places on the front and back of the bill, which was taped together in the center.
The deputy spoke with the female juvenile, who asked if Inglis was okay, stating that her brother had told her what happened and asked her to lie for Inglis, because being a juvenile, she couldn't get into trouble. She told the deputy that her brother had given the bill to Inglis.
The juvenile's brother told the deputy that he'd given the bill to Inglis, but he'd also told her it was fake.  A text message had been exchanged between Inglis and the male relative. Inglis texted, "I'm going to probably go to jail for this thanks a lot... two cops" and the male had sent a reply text, "tell them (the juvenile girl) gave it to you."
Inglis eventually admitted that she knew the bill was fake, then later denied that she knew it was fake.

Medical staff members observed bruising over much of the child’s body, in various stages of healing. The child was also diagnosed with two bone fractures, one in each wrist. All of these injuries were indicative of child abuse. Medical staff members contacted the Child Abuse Hotline to report their findings.
LCSO Detectives and victim advocates responded to the medical facility where the child was being treated, to assist the Department of Children and Family Services (DCF) in an investigation. The investigation determined that the child had been the target of abuse by Dakota Lee, who initially denied the accusations.
