Joshua Eric Beliveau, 37, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at 1:12 pm, Sept. 16, charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; and possession of drug paraphernalia ($11,000 bond).
Lamark Daniel, 50, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested early morning, Sept. 16, charged with battery, resisting an officer without violence, theft of a motor vehicle, battery of a law enforcement officer, driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense; driving under the influence, driving under the influence with property damage, and leaving the scene of a crash with property damage ($10,500 bond). The report stated that a woman gave Mr. Daniel a ride, around 11:30 pm, Sept. 15, from a residence in Homosassa, and they got into an altercation, during which Mr. Daniel allegedly threatened and attempted to choke the woman, then got into her vehicle and drove away. Later in the morning, Daniel is accused of crashing the woman's vehicle into a power pole at W. Balloon Ln. in Crystal River, then running from a deputy, resisting arrest, and attempting to strike the deputy.
Wayne Allen Diaz, 55, of Floral City, FL, was arrested at 2:36 pm, Sept. 16, charged with battery of a person 65 years of age or older ($2,000 bond).
Ashlee Nicol Graham (see photo on right), 20, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested at 4:42 pm, Sept. 16, charged with 2 counts of lewd and lascivious molestation, 3 counts of transmission of material harmful to a minor, and 1 count of solicitation of a minor. Her bond was set at $28,000. A press release by the Citrus County Sheriff's Office says that an investigation began on Aug. 20, 2020, regarding an allegation that Ms. Graham had sent nude photographs of herself to a minor via text messaging. The press release stated that photos were exchanged between the two, that Ms. Graham is accused of touchig the minor in an inappropriate manner, and she allegedly told the victim to keep their information secret so that she (Graham) would not go to jail. In an interview, according to a press release, Ms. Graham admitted to several of the allegations against her. "This case sheds light on how easily predators can use technology to target children," said Citrus County Sheriff Mike Prendergast, "even right here in our community."
Dennis Gene Himmel, 34, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at 1:12 pm, Sept. 16, charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; possession of drug paraphernalia, and obstructon of a search warrant ($12,000 bond). At 5:20 pm, he was charged with violation of felony probation.
Jessica Ann Marie Holloway, 32, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested at 7:42 pm, Sept. 16, charged with driving while license suspended or revoked as an habitual traffic offender, resisting an officer without violence, and fleeing from a law enforcement officer in pursuit with lights and sirens activated ($8,000 bond). The arrest came as the result of a traffic stop that began in Beverly Hills, FL due to the tag of a vehicle being expired, and the vehicle matching the description of a vehicle that had recently fled from another deputy. The vehicle fled from the second deputy, as well, and did not stop until the vehiclee's tires went flat on Hwy. 44 due to being punctured by stop sticks placed by other deputies. The report stated that Ms. Holloway also resisted deputies when they attempted to take her into custody. The following day (Sept. 17), she was charged with two counts of violation of felony probation (no bond).
Calvin Lavyvonne Lane, IV, of Palatka, FL, was arrested at 11:50 am, Sept. 16, on two Citrus County, FL warrants: failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while license knowingly suspended, cancelled or revoked ($2,000 bond), and failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of driving without a valid license, second offense ($2,500 bond). He was transported from the Sumter Correctional Institution in Bushnell, FL to the Citrus County Detention Facility in Lecanto, FL.
Robert Louis McCarron, 53, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at 2:36 pm, Sept. 16, charged with trespassing after warning ($1,000 bond). The report stated that Mr. McCarron had been trespassed from Hunter Springs Park in Crystal River on Aug. 28, 2020 and returned to the park on Sept. 16. He told a deputy that he was drunk and had forgotten, the report stated.
Philip Elijah McDaris, 24, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at 1:03 am, Sept. 16, charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and 3 counts of possession of a controlled substance ($16,000 bond). At 9:40 am, he was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge, and at 10:40 am, he was charged with violation of felony probation (no bond).
Shawn Eric Newbanks, 44, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at 1:17 pm, Sept. 16, charged with theft of a motor vehicle ($2,000 bond). The report stated that a deputy was dispatched to an unrelated call at the Bell Villa Motel, locatd at 3430 S. Suncoast Blvd. in Homosassa, and spoke with Mr. Newbanks, who was inside a 2013 Nissan Maxima, which had been reported stolen from Charlotte County, FL. The report stated that in Nov., 2019, Newbanks allegedly removed the vehicle from an impound lot located at 1590 S. McCall Rd. in Englewood, FL, and never delivered the vehicle to its owner or let the owner know of the vehicle's location.
Shane Roger Simms, 36, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at 9:53 am, Sept. 16, charged with possession of a controlled substance, and driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense ($3,000 bond).
Ashley Marie Smith, 33, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at 4:31 pm, Sept. 16, charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less ($1,000 bond). Mr. Smith is accused of removing a Timex Indigo Ironman watch, valued at $35.92, from its packaging, placing it inside her purse, an then of passing all points of salee at an area Walmart store without paying for the item.
Melisa Ann Strong, 38, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at 1:12 pm, Sept. 16, charged with 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, manufacture or deliver; and possession of drug paraphernalia ($11,000 bond).
Daniel Delbert Dewane Williams, 34, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at 2:00 pm, Sept. 16, charged with failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of operating a motor vehicle without a valid license. After being booked into the Citrus County Detention Facility, he was released on his own recognizance.
Robert Quinton Williams, 38, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at 9:49 pm, Sept. 16, charged with grand theft of $750 or more, but less than $5,000 ($2,000 bond).

Emory Randolph Beasley, 40, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at 12:40 am, Sept. 17, charged with possession of a controlled substance ($2,000 bond). Beasley, the driver of a vehicle, was arrested during a traffic stop in Homosassa at W. Homosassa Trail and W. Rosedale Dr., when deputies noticed a bulge, and then found 27.5 gramd of cammabis tucked into the waistband of his pants.
James Arthur Bennett, Jr., 40, of Floral City, FL, was arrested at 9:05 am, Sept. 17, when deputies arrived at his residence to serve him with an arrest warrant. The report stated that deputies found him asleep on a bed inside a horse stall, and on the bed, they found approximately 0.5 gram of methamphetamine and a glass smoking pipe. He was arrested on the Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (no bond), and additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia ($3,000 bond).
Dustin Curtis Brown, 38, of Summerfield, FL, was arrested at 1:00 pm, Sept. 17, on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a felony charge of principal to grand theft (no bond).
William George Buesing, IV, 39, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested at 10:45 am, Sept. 17, charged with driving while license knowingly suspended or revoked, second offense; operating a motorcycle without a motorcycle endorsement, and having no motor vehicle registration or an unregistered vehicle ($2,000 bond).
Rebecca Stephanie Costa, 31, of Crystal River, FL, was issued a notice to appear in court citation at 2:20 pm, Sept. 17, charged with retail petit theft of $100 or less. Ms. Costa is accused of failing to pay for $92 in merchandise from the Lecanto Walmart store when she checked out her purchase at the self checkout area.
Maya Leann Eubanks, 40, of Crystal River, FL, was arrested at 6:38 pm, Sept. 17, charged with violation of condition of pretrial release when the original arrest was for domestic violence (no bond).
Patricia Nichole Hall, 31, of Hernando, FL, was arrested at 4:38 pm, Sept. 17, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia ($1,000 bond). The report stated that a deputy was dispatched to an E. Goldenpearl Ln., Hernando residence, due to the repot of a possible stolen vehicle, and he found a methamphetamne smoking pipe inside a bedroom where Ms. Hall was staying.
Nathan Andrew James, Jr., 23, of Inverness, FL, was arrested at a residence in the 1100 block of S. Maplenut Way in Floral City, FL, at 2:00 pm, Sept. 17, on a Citrus County warrant for battery ($1,000 bond).
Steven Michael Maurer, 49, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested at his N. Wahoo Trail residence at 5:32 pm, Sept. 17, on a Citrus County warrant for shooting a deadly missile into a dwelling or conveyane ($30,000 bond). Mr. Maurer is accused of firing several rounds at a vehicle that made a u-turn from his driveway onto the street, striking the vehicle and an occupied neighboring home.
Beatrice Biddle Scova, 55, of Homosassa, FL, was arrested at 2:46 pm, Sept. 17, charged with resisting an officer without violence ($1,000 bond). The report stated that a deputy was attempting to trespass Ms. Scova from the parking lot of the Winn Dixie store, located at 3792 S. Sucoast Blvd. in Homosassa, and she failed to provide information to the deputy, other than stating that her name was "Trish." The report stated she refused to leave the parking lot, stating that the deputies had no authoriy over her.
Kevin Michael Vrabel, 36, of Beverly Hills, FL, was arrested at 7:01 pm, Sept. 17, charged with disorderly public intoxication or endangering another person while intosicated, and resisting an officer without violence ($1,500 bond).
Robert Lee Walton, III, 18, of Beverly Hills, FL, turned himself in at the Citrus County Sheriff's Office warrants duty office at 10:30 am, Sept. 17, and was arrested on a Citrus County warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge of petit theft first degree ($100 or more, but less than $750), with his bond set at none.
