Anne Armstrong, 53, of Reddick, FL, was arrested by the Williston (Florida) Police Department, October 23, 2024, charged with driving while license suspended as an habitual offender ($2,500 bond).


Jeffrey Steven Baggett, 49, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 25, 2024, charged with probation violation (no bond). 


James Boatright, 61, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 25, 2024, charged with battery, and aggravated battery using a deadly weapon (no bond).


Angela Dawn Bunn, 55, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 26, 2024, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($40,000 bond) and two counts of failure to appear in court (bonds of $10,000 and $5,000). 


Robert Joseph Bush, 51, of Lecanto, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 25, 2024, charged with contempt of court for violation of an injunction for protection against domestic violence ($5,000 bond).


UPDATED:  Susan Faith Cross, 25, of Morriston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 26, 2024, charged with battery (release on her own recognizance bond). According to the arrest report, the victim told deputies that she was in the kitchen, cooking, when Cross entered the kitchen, arguing with her. She said, that during the argument, Cross had pushed her with both hands, which caused her to stumble backward and hit her head on a cabinet. A deputy reported that the victim had a small lump to the back of her head. The report stated that one witness heard the argument, but did not see Cross push the victim, but he'd witnessed the victim stumbling backward. A second witness, who said that she had observed the incident, corroborated the victim's account of the incident. Cross had left the home after the incident, but the following day, she told the deputy that the victim had been yelling at her regarding the WiFi, and when she went into the kitchen, the victim had stumbled over a chair and hit her head. She said she had not pushed the victim, and she also had not raised her voice to her.


UPDATED:  Jessica Rose Elser, 26, of Dunnellon, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), October 25, 2024, charged with battery (release on her own recognizance bond). The arrest report stated that the LCSO was contacted with the report of neighbors screaming in a neighboring yard. Deputies arrived at the location to find Elser in the yard. She told a deputy that she and her boyfriend had gotten into an argument and he'd locked her out of the house after they'd gotten violent with one another. The report stated that the boyfriend had brief videos of the altercations, and it appeared that Elser was the primary aggressor. The report stated that Elser's injuries, "were of her own doing," caused by her boyfriend protecting himself from her.


Lauren Frazier, 37, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 23, 2024, on an out of county warrant (no bond).


Samantha Jo Gath, 38, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, October 22, 2024, charged with driving while license suspended, a repeat offense; and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription (release on her own recognizance bond). She was also charged with possession of a Schedule 1 controlled substance - methaqualone or a mecloqualone derivative, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($11,000 bond).


Keren Damaris Guerrido Rosado, 33, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 22, 2024, charged with failure to appear in court ($2,500 bond).


Bryana Lee Hall, 23, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 22, 2024, charged with battery ($5,000 bond).


Christopher Edward Hathcox, 38, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Cedar Key Police Department, October 26, 2024, charged with possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted Florida felon, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment ($36,000 bond). He was also charged with probation violation (no bond). 


Johnny Steven Hemby, 31, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 25, 2024, on two  out of county warrants, one with $15,000 bond and the other with no bond.


Gilber Alex Hernandez, 44, of Gainesville, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 22, 2024, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license (release on his own recognizance bond).


Delbert Matthew LaBlanc, 59, of Steinhatchee, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, October 26, 2024, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs (release on his own recognizance bond).


Michael Allan Lakosky, 31, of  Trenton, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 22, 2024, charged with two sex offender violations: failing to report vacating his permanent residence, and failing to comply with registration law ($50.000 bond).


Tony Lemmons, 68, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 23, 2024, charged with battery, and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($3,000 bond).


Larry Andy Meeks, Jr., 42, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 21, 2024, charged with criminal mischief with damage to property of $200 or less ($150 bond).


UPDATED:  Frank Petrosky, 75, of Inglis, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office (LCSO), October 22, 2024, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill ($5,000 bond). The arrest report stated that Petrosky, according to a complaint by the victim, which was corroborated by an independent witness, was accused of going into an Inglis business, confronting the business owner about payments owed on a vehicle, threatening to kill the business owner and burn the business down, while lifting his shirt and showing a black object tucked into the waistband of his pants, which the victim feared was a gun. The arrest report stated that in February 2024, Petrosky had been arrested by the LCSO, charged with disorderly intoxication and using a firearm while under the influence of alcohol; at that time, deputies recovered a Taurus 9mm handgun from Mr. Petrosky's person.


Susan Lee Rowe, 63, of Old Town, FL, was arrested by the Florida Highway Patrol, October 26, 2024, charged with leaving the scene of a crash involving damage to property, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and driving under the influence with damage to property (release on her own recognizance bond).


Jimmy Sanchez, 18, of Bronson, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 24, 2024, charged with interfering with the custody of a minor or an incompetent person, and resisting or obstructing an officer without violence ($30,000).


Benjamin James McGuire Schnier, 35, of Chiefland, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland Police Department, October 25, 2024, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill, domestic battery by strangulation, aggravated battery causing bodily harm or disability, false imprisonment of an adult, possession of a weapon or ammunition by a convicted Florida felon, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, and possession of drug equipment  ($148,000 bond). He was also charged with possession of drug equipment (release on his own recognizance bond).


Casey Lamar Thomas, 36, of Cross City, FL, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, October 26, 2024, charged with driving while license suspended as an habitual offender (release on his own recognizance bond).


Olver Manuel Turcios Bautista, 27, of Gretna, LA, was arrested by the Chiefland (Florida) Police Department, October 26, 2024, charged with operating a motor vehicle without a valid license ($150 bond).


Angela Faith Williamson, 41, of Williston, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 27, 2024, charged with battery, and criminal mischief with damage to property of $1,000 or more (no bond).


Lee Lamar Willis, 25, of Palatka, FL, was arrested by the Williston (Florida) Police Department, October 24, 2024, charged with second degree petit theft, first offense ($150 bond).
 

Christopher Wilson, 40, of Cedar Key, FL, was arrested by the Levy County Sheriff's Office, October 23, 2024, on an out of county warrant ($250 bond).
